Key Tasks and Responsibilities
- Managing and supporting recruitment related activities and other HR processes, including onboarding

Work Location/Hybrid Working Pattern:
This role will be based at our Head Office in central London. Mothers’ Union operates a hybrid working model. Staff are required to work an aggregate minimum of 90 days per calendar year (pro rata for part timers) at our Head Office, Mary Sumner House in central London. Tuesdays are our anchor days where every staff member is expected to be at the office. The 90 days includes anchor Tuesdays. In addition, Thursday is a core working day where part time staff are expected to work, either at home or from the office as needed.

ROLE DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive individual to coordinate our specialist advisory, support, and legal service for landowners wishing to protect green spaces or make changes to existing ones.
Working closely with our in-house Solicitor and Land Manager, you will become fully conversant in our policies and guidance to act as a key gatekeeper – managing workflows, anticipating issues, and ensuring excellent communication with local stakeholders.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Application and service coordination.
- Manage and process new applications for green space protection.
- Provide administrative support to the in-house Solicitor.
- Manage and process change request applications from owners of protected spaces, ensuring timely and accurate handling of each case.
- Support landowners seeking changes to existing protected spaces

The Senior Manager, HIV Services Coordination and Team Lead plays a key leadership role in supporting and enabling METRO’s HIV service managers and project leads to deliver high-quality, inclusive, and impactful services. About Us

About the role
The post-holder provides essential bookkeeping and basic accounts support to this small but growing charity. The job entails processing all non-salary income and expenditure, ensuring that the accounts are reconciled on a regular basis. Monitoring income and expenditure against budgets and developing forecasts and budgets for projects?
The post holder is expected to be proactive, self-motivated and show initiative and flexibility, taking responsibility for checking their own work. For the right person this will be a rewarding and fulfilling role. Working as a member of the team the post-holder will need to work closely with the Chief Executive and the heads of departments in the preparation of the annual budget, the production of monthly management accounts, accounting for restricted funds and monitoring financial performance. The organisation uses Raisers Edge as it’s fundraising database and uses Xero online accounting system for the monthly accounts. The post holder will need to become familiar with both.
Key Responsibilities
· Ensure the accounting software is up to date and accurate.
· Accounting for other income received via the bank statement and inputting onto Raisers Edge
· Process purchase and supplier invoices (ensuring compliance with authorisation procedures).

The Role
Fundraising and Impact Coordinator
o Assist in the planning and execution of a diverse range of fundraising applications, events and community initiatives

We are looking for a high-calibre candidate to take on the role of Regional Operations Manager for our centres in South London (Walworth, Kennington and Brixton) along with our centres in Southampton and Brighton.

About the role
The Monitoring & Learning Coordinator will lead the design, coordination, and implementation of monitoring, reporting, and learning processes for WaterAid’s Multi-country Urban Water Project. This is a bold initiative aiming to raise $40 million and reach two million people with clean water in urban areas across six anchor countries: Colombia, Nigeria, Rwanda, Mozambique, Bangladesh, and Cambodia. The campaign also seeks to build a global movement of youth advocates to demand action from world leaders to achieve SDG 6 relating to universal access to water and sanitation.
This role ensures accurate, timely data collection and learning, promotes adaptive management, and supports evidence-based decision-making. Working closely with country teams and partners, the Monitoring & Learning Coordinator will strengthen monitoring and learning capacity, support the articulation and measurement of project impact, and help consolidate insights to inform both internal learning and sector-wide knowledge on urban water programming. This includes tracking progress towards the ambitious goal of reaching two million people.

Purpose of Role
As Senior Fundraising Campaigns Project Manager you will take a key role in the planning and delivery of Comic Relief’s fundraising campaigns, developing project management best practices, managing project managers, and ensure the overarching planning, management and coordination of projects. The majority of projects will be related to fundraising activity but on occasion could also include other projects for our funding team, partnerships team and production team. About the Role:
As Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for implementing MQ’s digital marketing strategy to increase supporter engagement, fundraising outcomes and brand visibility. This includes leading on digital advertising, website management, email marketing, and analytics, ensuring all digital touch points are optimised for performance, accessibility, and compliance.
This is a high-impact role that offers the opportunity to make a real difference to MQ’s marketing and fundraising efforts, and ultimately, to the future of mental health research.
Here's a summary of your key responsibilities:
- Strategically manage channels including Paid Search and Paid Social Media to optimise against and meet defined KPIs and performance metrics such as CPC, CTR, impressions, and conversions.
- Develop digital marketing strategies and leverage digital channels to accomplish campaign goals and new project campaign launches.
- Track and report performance metrics to optimise all digital campaigns for campaign success.
- Managing budgets and optimising spend to maximise reach and conversions.
- Website management, including monitoring and improving user journeys through the website, monitoring analytics platforms such as Google Analytics to understand behaviour.
- Optimise website content for Search Engine, AI and Answer Engine Optimisation.
- Manage email marketing campaigns, including planning, targeting, set-up, testing, execution, reporting and optimisation. (Mailchimp).
About You:
This role is for you if you are self-motivated and an experienced digital marketer. You'll need to have experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads and other digital advertising channels, as well as email marketing and website management.
