About the Role
Medical Aid for Palestinians (MAP) works for the health and dignity of Palestinians living under occupation and as refugees. MAP is the leading UK charity delivering health and medical care to those worst affected by conflict, occupation and displacement, in the occupied Palestinian territory (oPt) and Lebanon 

To provide a high standard of executive and personal assistance to the CEO. The role will be varied and will suit somebody with experience in supporting senior executives, excellent multi-tasking and combining an eye for detail and the ability to see the ‘bigger picture’. The right candidate will be efficient, diplomatic and have interpersonal skills to deal with senior staff and trustees. 

About You
The ideal candidate will have previous experience as an Executive Assistant to a senior executive. Excellent communication skills, including a high standard of written and spoken English. Self-motivated, flexible, discrete and able to make judgement calls as to when to take the initiative on the CEO’s behalf. Experience in preparing meeting agendas and minute-taking.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Complex diary management for the CEO, liaising with multiple stakeholders for timeslots and rescheduling appointments.

• Handle internal and external enquiries in a professional, confidential manner; dealing with these to conclusion where possible, or referring them to the appropriate person.

• Monitoring CEO inbox to flag urgent emails and highlight unanswered emails.

• Take accurate minutes of regular and ad hoc meetings as requested by the CEO, monitor progress on agreed actions and follow up with action holders directly as necessary.

• Manage and organise Monthly All Staff meetings, Weekly Update meetings and other meetings requested by the CEO, and ensure all audio/ visual set-up is working, and agendas are updated.

• Manage arrangements for incoming visitors (from MAP’s overseas offices and external), arranging meeting schedules, and assisting with travel and hotel bookings.

• Organise venues, flights, accommodation, visas, meals and taxis for SMT offsite workshops and Project based workshops for CEO, SMT members and the participating MAP staff.

• Manage expenses and credit card statement invoices of the CEO.

• Review expenses, leave requests and other items that need CEO approval, as requested by the CEO, and make recommendations to the CEO

• Ensure various email distribution lists / Teams groups are up to date and IT issues are resolved.

• Responsible for collating data from stakeholders and drafting the Weekly Newsletter.

• Ordering and managing stock of stationary for the UK office and workshops.

• Organising social events for the UK office (including yearly Christmas event) 

• Organizing catering for onsite meetings when requested

• Organise and maintain a logical online filing system on SharePoint as requested by the CEO

• To be available out of hours when the CEO is travelling. 

• Support with the administration of Board and Committee meetings, including booking meeting venues, collating reading materials and taking meeting minutes

• Perform other associated duties as may arise in line with the remit of the position of EA.

• Experience as an Executive Assistant to a senior executive.

Main purpose of post
An Appeal Support Officer is required to support the activity associated with a
major appeal for the charity. The appeal will raise £1.85m enabling a step change
in our support of Weston Park Cancer Centre.
Reporting to and working closely with our Senior Major Donor & Philanthropy
Manager, Appeal Consultant and Head of Fundraising, you will support the
coordination of appeal activity planning, as we undertake the public phase of the
appeal.
Supporting our established Appeal Board, you will coordinate communications,
prospecting and stewardship management of our major donor growth
programme and portfolio, as we build up both our private fundraising phase and
undertake our wider public fundraising activity.
You will help bring together a range of different public fundraising activities
planned for the next 12 months.

Key Responsibilities
 Support management of the appeal prospects portfolio, including research,
due diligence checks, profiles development and relationship management
plans.
 Coordinate and manage the appeal plan, including all facets of both the
private and public fundraising phases, liaising with appointed agencies and
contractors.
 Directly support the Appeal Board with communication, prospecting and
donor management planning, under the direct supervision and guidance of
the Senior Major Donor & Philanthropy Manager and Appeal Consultant.
 Act as a single point of contact for public appeal enquires and coordination
of supportive fundraising activity across the internal teams.
 Assist in the formulation of personalised stewardship plans and establish
effective systems to collate information about prospective and current
major donors, ensuring compliance with charity law, fundraising policies
and guidelines, GDPR and our organisational policies.
 Work alongside the team and support appeal event activity, including
planning, communication and coordination of guests, attending events as
required.

Job Purpose

This role plays a key part in the delivery of Operation Smile UK’s retention programme, generating income and retaining existing cash and regular giving donors. The Giving Engagement Officer (Retention) will support the Giving Engagement Manager to implement multi-channel (mail, telemarketing, web and email) donor retention campaigns, ensuring timely delivery, creative accuracy, and effective stakeholder coordination.

You will be responsible for managing campaign schedules, supporting the creative and data processes, and ensuring delivery partners are aligned. Key Responsibilities

Campaign Delivery & Coordination

· Deliver cultivation and retention campaigns, setting up and developing schedules in Asana and coordinating all required stakeholders.

· Manage timelines to ensure all activity is delivered on time and to plan.

· Compile campaign costs and track expenditure against budgets, flagging issues as they arise.

Creative, Data & Fulfilment Management

• Develop campaign briefs for creative, data output, print and fulfilment for review by internal teams and suppliers.
• Manage the creative sign-off process: collate feedback from stakeholders and ensure briefing accuracy to suppliers.
• Proof all campaign materials to maintain brand integrity and accuracy.

Digital & Email Communications

• Support the development of donor emails in line with agreed campaign structures.
• Coordinate the production and scheduling of email content in collaboration with the communications and data and tech team.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting

• Compile campaign results for analysis and provide reports to inform future activity.
• Work closely with data teams to ensure appropriate segmentation and tracking.

Donor Stewardship

• Support the thank-you process, including personalising and developing donor thank-you cards as required.
• Contribute to improving supporter journeys and experiences through campaign touchpoints, especially for regular givers.

Key Responsibilities:

Service Management & Development

• Manage staff and services, ensuring high standards of delivery, efficiency, and positive outcomes for our clients and tenants.

• Oversee the secure storage, retention, and disposal of all personal data, both digital and physical

• Manage data subject access requests (SARs) and data breach incidents, ensuring timely and appropriate responses and reporting to the ICO where necessary.

• Ensure staff receive appropriate data protection training and maintain accurate records of compliance efforts.

Operational Management

• Lead on complaints, compliments, and comments management, overseeing the entire process from receipt and investigation to resolution and trend analysis for service improvement and reporting.

About the Role

As Advice Manager, you’ll take a strategic lead on developing our advice service to ensure it is accessible and high-quality, and also actively challenge the root causes of inequality. The Advice Manager will have wide ranging responsibilities for the performance, quality assurance and development of internal advice services and will be responsible for achieving and evidencing high quality positive outcomes for service users.

You will Manage our advice teams: Information Navigation, Benefits Advice, Money Advice and our benefits advice contract with South West London and St Georges. We also administer a number of grants on behalf of local grant giving charities and the local authority and you will manage the administration of these grant funds.

Centrepoint, the UK’s leading youth homelessness charity, is looking for Compliance Manager – Fundraising to join our Compliance Team based in London, Sunderland, Bradford or Manchester.

About us

We help vulnerable young people by giving them the practical and emotional support they need to find a job and live independently. Centrepoint provides homeless young people with accommodation, health support and life skills in order to get them back into education, training and employment. We want to end youth homelessness by 2037.

Together with our partners, we support over 16,000 young people each year.

The Compliance Team’s role is to provide assurance that, based on evidence, internal controls are in place and are operating effectively. We are responsible for ensuring Centrepoint can operate and develop safely within regulatory frameworks. The team, which consists of managers, officers and a head of department, oversees several aspects of compliance across Centrepoint, including fundraising, employability & skills, data protection, complaints, internal policies and procedures and safeguarding.   

Centrepoint operates a hybrid working model. The current requirement is a minimum of two days in the office per week, with the remaining days worked remotely. From 1 July 2025, this will increase to a minimum of 50% of your working week. For most full-time colleagues, this means attending the office for five days over a two-week period (e.g., two days one week and three days the next). Every day, millions of older and disabled people are denied the social care they need. Most local authorities can’t meet the growing demand for care, and none are confident they can meet their legal duties in the future. This affects all of us - we will all need social care at some point in our lives. 

We all have a right to hold public bodies to account, but most of us cannot afford lawyers so rely on legal aid. The 92% drop in legal aid cases since 2010 means that we have nowhere to turn. Without access to justice, our rights do not exist. The rule of law is broken. 

What we do 

Access Social Care provides free legal advice and information for people with social care needs, helping achieve a better quality of life. We work with communities to increase knowledge of the law and our rights. We highlight the gap left by cuts to Legal Aid and provide advice for those who can’t afford it. 

With a 98% success rate, our network of lawyers provide access to justice when things go wrong. We collaborate with social services whilst ensuring legal obligations are met. We are working towards a future where social care is adequately funded, and we all get the support we need. 

We provide rights awareness training to front line managers, and legal advice and support to families and individuals. As well as providing access to justice, our aim is to drive system level change through evidence-led influencing and strategic casework.
