Citizens Advice 1066 is seeking a Money Advice Caseworker to join our specialist team. This permanent role is vital for helping people resolve complex debt issues, contributing directly to our charitable mission of relieving poverty and distress.

Key Casework Responsibilities:

• Provide full money advice casework, including calculating, negotiating, drafting correspondence, and making phone calls to act on behalf of the client.
• Negotiate with third parties and creditors as appropriate.
• Ensure income maximisation by checking and assisting with the take-up of appropriate benefits.
• Manage cases according to the Citizens Advice Quality Standard and Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) Guidelines.
• Maintain accurate case records for continuity, statistical monitoring, and reporting purposes.

As Finance Director, you will work closely and collaboratively with Amit Sharma (Artistic Director/ CEO) and Iain Goosey (Executive Director), supporting them as they lead Kiln Theatre through a period of transition and growth. As a key member of the Senior Team, the Finance Director will be responsible for Kiln Theatre's financial health and for ensuring that effective controls are in place and that all regulatory requirements are met.

You will lead and manage the Finance department, ensuring that the finance operation at Kiln operates to the highest standards and is effectively embedded within the organisation.

The Finance Director will play a major role in contributing to Kiln Theatre's business planning and strategic development, including identifying opportunities for efficiencies, supporting the resilience of the organisation for the future, ensuring compliance with best practice at all times and helping the company to fulfil its creative and financial ambitions.

The role will work with members of the Board, particularly the Finance & Risk Committee, as well as the external auditors. The Finance Director also oversees the finances for Kiln Theatre Ltd and its two subsidiaries - Tricycle Screen Ltd and Kiln London Productions Limited.

The health information team produced high quality, accessible health and patient information for people affected by breast cancer or worried about their breast health. Our printed information is used by healthcare professionals across the UK, and our online information includes over 200 webpages.

The health content editor plays a pivotal role in the creation and reviewing of our information portfolio. We’re looking for an organised and collaborative individual to project manage and edit individual information products, working alongside our team of subject matter experts.

About you

You’re a clear communicator with the ability to break down complex medical information for a lay audience. You have excellent attention to detail and are committed to making health information accessible and accurate. You’ll be an experienced editor looking to put your skills and knowledge into practice. You’re someone who is used to juggling an array of projects and can manage and prioritise them.
