As Supply Chain Manager within our Finance & Assurance directorate, you'll be one of the internal expert colleagues turn to for procurement strategy, supplier management and contractor compliance. In this role, you'll use data and market intelligence to drive value for money and cost savings. You'll design innovative tools and dashboards that demonstrate supply chain effectiveness. Crucially, you'll be THE specialist on IR35 and contractor compliance. The person the Society relies on to navigate complex employment regulations, maintain our position on Sole Traders and Limited Company Contractors, and ensure we meet every HMRC obligation. You and your team will be the point of contact for contractor onboarding, building effective relationships across all levels while working in close partnership with our People directorate.
Working closely with Procurement Business Partners and collaborating with Finance, Legal, Risk and IT teams, you'll develop strategies for everything from tail-end spend management to sustainability-driven procurement. You'll draft contract terms, manage supplier relationships, and engage widely to build awareness and understanding of effective supply chain management.
This role would suit someone who can operate strategically while staying hands-on with the detail. Someone who builds credibility through expertise, influences through clear communication, and drives change through partnership rather than process alone.
You will be responsible for managing a team of three direct reports and developing their capabilities while role-modelling the high-challenge, high-support culture that drives our team's success.
About you:
You're an experienced procurement professional with a proven track record in supply chain management within large or complex organisations. You understand that effective procurement isn't just about cost savings. It's about building robust processes, managing risk, ensuring compliance, and partnering with colleagues to achieve better outcomes. You're equally comfortable analysing spend data, negotiating with suppliers, advising on IR35 obligations, and influencing senior stakeholders to adopt best practice.
You'll have:
- Proven ability to design and implement procurement strategies in large or complex organisations, delivering efficiencies, cost savings and improved compliance through enhanced engagement with procurement policies.
- Demonstrable experience working with contractors, including deep knowledge of IR35 and HMRC obligations - essential as you'll be the Society's internal expert responsible for compliance, reporting and contractor onboarding.
- Significant experience of contract management and negotiation, including dispute resolution, with the ability to draft terms that mitigate contractual and commercial risk.
- Strong understanding of supply chain management and the procurement landscape, including relevant legislation, regulation and third sector considerations.
- Track record of building strong relationships with senior leaders and working across departmental boundaries (particularly with HR/People teams on employment-related matters) to resolve challenges and deliver strategic procurement partnership.
- Strong analytical and data-handling skills, with experience auditing databases, developing spend management strategies and producing reports that drive behaviour change.

- Harnessing spend data and market intelligence to unlock cost savings and operational efficiencies across our tail spend that protect resources and maximise impact across the Society.
- Creating innovative tools, dashboards and strategies that transform how we manage suppliers and contractors, making our supply chain effectiveness visible and actionable.
- Partnering with senior colleagues across directorates to understand strategic priorities and provide expert procurement guidance that enables better, faster decisions.
- Owning the Society's approach to contractor compliance as THE internal expert - maintaining our overall position on Sole Traders and Limited Company Contractors, ensuring IR35 compliance, managing HMRC reporting requirements (including CEST checks and status determination letters), and serving as the point of engagement throughout contractor onboarding in close partnership with our People team.
- Building strategies that make procurement accessible and effective for all colleagues, including approaches for managing lower value spend that balance efficiency with control.
- Collaborating across Finance, Legal, Risk, People, IT and Sustainability teams to create a supply chain that's compliant, efficient, and environmentally responsible.

Tender is an arts charity working with children and young people to prevent domestic abuse and sexual violence through creative projects. The Research & Impact Manager plays a vital role in our team, with a broad scope to get to the heart of, and tell the story of, our impact through quantitative and qualitative data. Your role is essential in providing insights and conclusions that critique and strengthen our theory of change and inform programme development. You will also increase our credibility with supporters through robustly-evidenced reporting, and inform the development of our policy and influencing work.
This is a role which encompasses both big picture thinking and detailed design and implementation. You will oversee monitoring and evaluation projects across Tender, engaging stakeholders within and outside the charity. You will also provide research-based advice and expertise to internal teams, using your insights to help inform and develop practice.
Your expertise will strengthen the impact we have on over 30,000 young people every year and play a crucial role in raising the funding needed to continue delivering this work.
Role Purpose
The main purposes of the Corporate Partnerships Officer role are:
- Managing the continually improving the digital systems to improve Tender’s monitoring and evaluation structures and procedures
- Leading the development and implementation of monitoring and evaluation frameworks and processes across Tender, with the support of the COO
- Distilling learning from Tender’s work and wider research into key insights to inform ongoing service improvement, new initiatives, policy work, profile-raising and income generation
- Conducting research into arts-based and other interventions to prevent violence against women and girls (VAWG) and applying insights to improve Tender’s work
Essential knowledge and experience
- Understanding of impact measurement and evaluation, applying appropriate and proportionate approaches, tools and methods to maximise learning at project and organisational level
- Understanding of quantitative and qualitative research techniques and comfortable using them to gather relevant data
- Understanding of the use of theories of change and outcomes frameworks
- Advanced proficiency in office and CRM software, in particular Excel, PowerPoint and Salesforce

- Experience of data administration and analytics, sometimes from disjointed data sets, with the ability to produce high-quality outputs to clearly explain findings

Person Specification

- Excellent relationship building and proposal writing skills. Experience in Trust fundraising or an equivalent field is desirable but not essential.

Key Responsibilities
Relationship Management
- Provide tailored, high-quality stewardship to a range of large and medium-sized Trusts & Foundations.
- Identify and pursue new funding opportunities and build relationships with new Trusts and Foundations to further grow this income stream.
- Prioritise research to constantly develop future pipeline.
- Work with Head of Philanthropy and other senior stakeholders in engaging potential funders and managing strategic Trusts partners.
Write applications and reports
- Develop compelling funding applications for Trusts and occasionally statutory funders, articulating Resurgo's vision and strategy to persuasively engage new donors with a focus on raising five and six-figure grants.
- Stay ahead of sector trends, media, and political context to market Resurgo's interventions in a compelling way.
- Develop general communications on the work of Resurgo to inspire and update our Trust audience.
- Produce reports and updates on the impact of our work for funders in a timely manner.
Data Management and Monitoring
- Update our internal database (Salesforce) with all donor interactions, donations and other details in a timely and efficient manner and with strong attention to detail, and analyse data to give insights' and drive future activity.
- Manage the Trusts & Foundations pipeline and report on income and other KPIs, and ensure Trusts & Foundations team meets monthly targets and deadlines.
Line Management
- Actively manage and develop the Trusts & Foundations Executive to help them grow personally and in their role.

In this role, you will:
- Own and deliver the strategic priorities for Supporter Engagement and Retention, holding accountability for the £34 million income target and the maximisation of Supporter Lifetime Value.
- Provide direct line management to a team of five specialists, leading the strategic prioritisation and delivery of the entire retention portfolio (Appeals, HV, Email, Stewardship, Magazine).

The role
You will play a key role in ensuring that Camden Learning captures and uses data to drive service development and operate more efficiently. This is a newly created position which will support the implementation and ongoing development of a new CRM system, as well as optimising the other systems and platforms we use. You will support teams and wider stakeholders to get access to the data they need by running reports, undertaking basic data analysis and presenting data in an easy to understand way. Key responsibilities
CRM
- Working alongside our development partner, support the successful implementation of a new CRM system
- Ensure the CRM system continues to meet the organisation’s needs, including setting up and owning the process by which colleagues request changes and new features
- Support colleagues to use the system effectively
- Make changes to the system if required and set up reports requested by colleagues. Liaise with development partner if larger changes or new development is required
Other systems and platforms
- Identify, set up and configure other systems and platforms to meet the organisation’s needs. This will include our training booking platform and HR platform.

Order processes
- Set up and own the processes by which schools place orders for services
- Respond to queries from schools related to subscriptions, orders and pricing
- Work with the Finance Officer to ensure customers are accurately invoiced for services used.
Data reporting, analysis and presentation
- Set up and run regular reports of key information to stakeholders, to include:
- Camden Learning’s leadership team and board of directors
- Local authority commissioners

- Undertake regular and adhoc data analysis of data held within our systems, for example training feedback and staff survey
- Present this information in a format suitable for its intended audience

Role Requirements
- Your main objectives is to support the board and senior leadership team in ensuring the charity continues to deliver high-quality, safe, effective and financially sustainable services for vulnerable children now and in the longer-term;

Experienced in change management, you will be able to analyse insight and evidence to manage and improve performance, as well as being able to work with policies relating to safeguarding, health and safety and data protection.

This role isn’t just about setting strategy; it’s about being actively involved in in a hands-on capacity as you build relationships and lead fundraising efforts across community, individual giving, corporate partnerships, events, legacies and trusts fundraising.
You will also oversee and support the Head of Retail, ensuring that income from our charity shops contributes effectively to the organisation’s overall financial sustainability and growth.
As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, you will also have the opportunity to shape Headway’s future and contribute to key decisions across the charity, including working with trustees and contributing to board meetings.
Key areas of accountability
- Develop, maintain, and evolve a multi‑year fundraising strategy (3‑5 years) aligned with Headway’s strategy, priorities, and risk appetite.
- Lead the development and delivery of income generation plans across all fundraising channels (retail, individual giving, corporate partnerships, trusts and foundations, events, legacies, and community fundraising), translating organisational objectives into clear annual targets, growth strategies, and actionable fundraising plans.
- Personally lead on key fundraising initiatives, cultivating and stewarding donor relationships while overseeing a diverse portfolio of fundraising activities.
- Use data-driven insights to evaluate performance, inform strategy, and identify opportunities for growth.
- Manage and inspire a fundraising team, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and professional development.
- Oversee the Head of Retail and ensure the effective operation and strategic development of Headway’s charity shops.
- Monitor fundraising performance and report on progress to the Chief Executive and Board of Trustees.
- Play an active role within the Senior Leadership Team, contributing insight and expertise on income generation, fundraising performance, risk, scenario planning, and resource allocation, while working closely with colleagues to support decision-making and drive organisational priorities.
- Act as a key ambassador for the organisation, representing its mission and values to external stakeholders, partners, and donors.
About you
We’re looking for an experienced fundraiser who has performed at a director level or equivalent, ideally at a charity with a UK-wide reach.
You will be able to nurture and develop the fundraising team, building a strong culture in line with the organisation’s values, and motivating others to achieve shared goals by using your working knowledge of various fundraising disciplines.
You will be a skilled communicator, able to build relationships with and instil confidence in internal and external stakeholders including donors, supporters, and colleagues.
You will be confident and proficient in using CRM systems and fundraising platforms to manage supporter data, analyse performance and support donor engagement with data-informed decision making.
And you will be able to combine a strategic and analytic mindset with proactive, hands-on fundraising.

- You will be automatically enrolled into the People’s Pension. This is based on your contribution of 5% and with Headway UK contributing 3%. For every 1% you increase above this, Headway UK will increase its contributions by 1% up to a total maximum of 6%.
