We are seeking a Volunteer & Service User Involvement Administrator to play a vital role in supporting the implementation of our 5-year strategy, which places service user involvement and volunteering at its core. This role is key to ensuring that the voices of service users, volunteers, and women with lived experience of VAWG are actively captured, organised, and integrated into the development of our services, operational activities, and strategic direction.

About the Role

The key responsibilities of the Service User Involvement Administrator are:

• Provide high-quality administrative support to the Volunteer & Service User Involevment Coordinator across all areas of service user and volunteer engagement.
• Support the recruitment, onboarding, and exit processes for volunteers and service user involvement activities, including processing DBS checks, references, and welcome packs.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records on volunteer and service user engagement databases and spreadsheets.
• Prepare agenda’s, correspondence, newsletters, and recruitment materials as required.
• Assist in planning and coordinating events, focus groups, training sessions, consultations, and board meetings.
• Manage invitations, bookings, and logistics for internal and external meetings or workshops involving volunteers and service users.

• Draft and disseminate regular communications, including newsletters, reminders, surveys and feedback forms.
• Ensure information is accessible and aligned with Solace’s inclusive and psychologically informed frameworks.

The Meetings and Events Manager would lead on the delivery of the RSTMH meeting and events strategy. They should be comfortable liaising with venues for meetings space, developing budgets for events, managing logistical aspects of the events programme and setting up new events online and in person.

MAIN DUTIES

• Resident engagement, taking and responding to residents’ calls, ensuring that all such engagement is documented on the Goulden House Resident Engagement Database
• Updating the Goulden House Registers (Risk Register, Complaints Register, Anti-Social Behaviour Register, Intercom Databases etc)
• Raise Works Orders and Purchase Orders and services on SAGE as per Estate Manager instruction

JOB PURPOSE 

Reporting to the Director of People, the Head of People Services is responsible for leading the delivery of a quality and customer focused core people service to MSF UK. Philanthropy and Partnerships Manager

We are seeking a dynamic, strategic and relationship-driven Philanthropy and Partnerships Manager to lead on growing and stewarding First Give’s portfolio of high-value funders. This role will focus on securing income from High Net Worth Individuals and developing corporate partnerships – from first engagement to account management and delivery.

You will play a pivotal role in shaping First Give’s income growth, working closely with our Deputy Director. This role will also support key engagement activities, including hosting donors at student-led Final events and facilitating employee volunteering at schools.

Role overview: 

A pivotal senior position within the Legacy and In Memory Fundraising team, this role works closely with the Head of Legacy and In Memory Fundraising to lead key fundraising initiatives and stewardship efforts. Age UK Croydon have an established befriending service providing one-to-one befriending for older people in their home. We are now launching a new and exciting Gift of Friendship (GoF) Programme to run alongside this existing face to face and telephone befriending service.

The GoF programme will offer a new additional person-centred companionship service where volunteers and older people are matched to reduce loneliness and isolation together.  The service is person centred and dependent on the goals of the individual which could include, going for a walk, going shopping, attending activities or helping an older person to build or regain confidence in going out and about and developing more social connections.

London Youth Gateway is a sector leading service supporting 18-25 year-olds facing homelessness or rough sleeping across the capital.
