About the Role

Medical Aid for Palestinians (MAP) works for the health and dignity of Palestinians living under occupation and as refugees. We deliver life-saving medical care and strengthen health systems for those worst affected by conflict, occupation, and displacement in the occupied Palestinian territory and Lebanon. We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Supporter Care Manager to lead our Supporter Care team. You’ll oversee our supporter care operations, ensuring every donor, fundraiser, and campaigner receives outstanding, empathetic service. You’ll also champion the voice of our supporters across MAP, ensuring their experiences shape our work.

• Lead and inspire our Supporter Care team (3 direct reports), fostering a supportive, high-performing environment.

 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

Supporter Experience and Relationship Management 
- Lead MAP’s Supporter Care team to deliver a high-quality, empathetic and efficient 
service that underpins all income generating and engagement activities.
- Ensure consistent, engaging and supporter-centric communications across all channels 
(written, verbal and digital), supporting the team to continually improve interactions with 
supporters. 
- Be responsible for translating complex organisational and campaign information into 
clear and actionable briefs, messaging, scripts and training resources for the team. 
- Be an internal advocate for MAP’s supporters, ensuring their voices and experiences are 
heard across MAP’s teams. 
Team Leadership and Development 
- Inspire, coach and develop the Supporter Care team – creating a psychologically safe 
environment where the team can do their best work, learn and collaborate. 
- Line manage the Supporter Care and Database Assistants – set clear objectives and 
provide ongoing feedback, ensuring professional growth, satisfaction in their roles and 
supporting their wellbeing. 
- Proactively manage workloads, resources, and wellbeing within the team to deliver highquality service across varying activity and enquiry levels.
- Support the team in handling complex enquiries and complaints, leading by example in 
delivering exceptional supporter care and acting as the first point of escalation. 
Processes, reporting and systems improvement
- Be responsible for the delivery and continuous improvement of supporter care 
operations, ensuring KPIs and SLAs are met and ensuring that MAP has great 
interactions with every supporter who emails, calls or writes to us. 
- Regularly review, monitor and report on KPIs, including the speed and quality of 
interactions. Identify trends, opportunities and risks and be responsible for 
implementing timely and appropriate adjustments where necessary. 
- Be responsible for submitting complaint and feedback reports and information for 
quarterly reporting to the SMT and board. 
- Presenting quarterly reports more widely across MAP and proactively share feedback, 
complaints and compliments with relevant colleagues. 
- Adopt a culture of continuous improvement, leading and supporting the team to 
develop processes to better meet SLAs and supporter needs. 
- Maintain a working knowledge of MAP’s CRM (Microsoft Dynamics) and be able to 
troubleshoot non-technical issues and provide a high level of support and training to the team.                                     Cross-organisational collaboration 
- Work collaboratively to develop and deliver the supporter care programme, ensuring it is 
relevant, supporter-led and inspiring – with a key focus on deepening engagement with the cause, providing ease of interaction and supporter complaint management. 
- Build strong working relationships with key stakeholders to deliver cross-organisational objectives and supporter-focused solutions within agreed timelines.
- Collaborate on the development of FAQs and supporter messaging, highlighting supporter queries and concerns and collaborating with colleagues to develop appropriate and accurate responses.
- Manage relationships with relevant external stakeholders including MAPs fulfilment house, donation platform provider 
Compliance and risk management 
- Ensure MAP’s supporter care activities, and those of third-party suppliers, fully comply with relevant legislation and standards, including GDPR/ Data Protection, PECR, PCIDSS, Gift Aid and Fundraising Codes of Practice and Direct Debit Regulations. 
- Act as MAP’s operational lead for compliance in supporter care, keeping up to date with regulatory developments, sector initiatives and best practice. 
- Be responsible for MAPs adherence to BACs guidelines including paperless Direct Debits.
- Maintain robust processes for risk identification and escalation, safeguarding MAP’s reputation and supporter trust.

Essential
- Proven experience in a supporter or customer care leadership/supervisor role, with significant experience of delivering and improving customer service, including managing and prioritising conflicting strategic priorities. 
- Strong leadership skills with experience of line management, coaching and developing team members.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a high level of empathy and understanding. Plus the ability to adapt your communication style to different internal and external audiences. 
- Strong organisation and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and delegate effectively. 
- Experience with setting and monitoring Service Level Agreements – both for internal teams and individuals as well as with external service providers. 
- Experience in improving team processes and implementing service enhancements which improve experience and the meeting/exceeding of SLAs
- Good understanding of GDPR/Data Protection, safeguarding and the Fundraising Code of Practice in a supporter care context. 
- Proficient in the use of CRM systems and supporter databases (experience with Microsoft Dynamics is Desirable).

About KLS’ Future Foundations education team 

Future Foundations is an education programme of Katherine Low Settlement. Since 2004, KLS’ Future Foundations education team of 10 part-time staff and over 100 volunteers, have supported young refugees and their families in Battersea and the London Borough of Wandsworth to thrive in their education. Through mentoring, family support, casework and homework clubs, we provide the tailored support each young person and their family (if they have one) needs to overcome the barriers to education they face at home and school.

The Individual Giving & Community Fundraising Manager will have an exciting opportunity to grow World Child Cancer’s individual giving. They will also lead on creating a donor experience that will ensure people can engage with us in lots of different ways, from a lottery or regular support, legacies, community fundraising and events (including the London Marathon).

• Skilled communicator, able to present complex insights clearly and persuasively.
• Experience with CRM systems (ideally Raiser’s Edge NXT).

About the Adopt a School Trust
Founded in 1990, the Royal Academy of Culinary Arts’ Adopt a School Trust is a national charity delivering food education in schools. The Adopt a School team, members of The Royal Academy of Culinary Arts, and those in the hospitality industry trained by us, work with schools with the aim of passing on their passion and expertise. Our vision is that every child learns about food in a holistic sense and has the confidence to eat well, be healthy and happy. Our programme helps children to develop healthy eating habits and encourages an enthusiasm and interest in food and cooking, as well as giving an insight into the hospitality industry.

About the role
In August 2025 we completed the initial phase of implementing the charity’s first CRM system, Beacon. It marks the beginning of an exciting phase of development for the charity that will continue through to the end of 2028 and include other projects to significantly modernise and improve our operations.

A further period of Beacon implementation will follow throughout the 2025-26 academic year. The CRM and Programme Administrator is a new role, created primarily to fill a pressing need for extra admin and office support. However, there is potential for the role to grow alongside the charity’s ongoing digital transformation.

Our CRM system is heavily customised to meet the unique requirements of the Adopt a School programme. Due to the often-complex nature of facilitating relationships between busy schools and hospitality professionals, our system is only lightly automated at present, but this may change in future.

The successful applicant will join a small and friendly team, working closely with our CRM, Learning and Engagement Manager to coordinate the day-to-day delivery of the Adopt a School programme. Other colleagues and key collaborators include:

• our team of Regional Chefs
• the chefs and hospitality professionals who volunteer their time and expertise to deliver sessions in schools
• the schools who participate in our programme
• our fundraisers, supporters, partners and suppliers
• the Royal Academy of Culinary Arts team, with whom we share our London office.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Main duties

To coordinate the Adopt a School programme for active schools, chefs and volunteers. Responsibilities to include:

• Monitoring a shared Outlook inbox, responding to enquiries about the programme and liaising with schools, chefs and volunteers to coordinate sessions.
• Setting up school subscriptions and sessions in the CRM as they’re confirmed.
• Using third party tools (such as Google Forms and SurveyMonkey) to collect registration forms, onboarding information, safeguarding data and evaluation surveys.
• Sharing allergy information and photo permissions with chefs and volunteers.
• Ordering hats, aprons and other classroom resources to be delivered to schools, chefs and volunteers.
• Preparing bookkeeping information for schools that need to be invoiced.
• Processing applications and expressions of interest from new schools and volunteers.
• Maintaining a waiting list of prospective schools and volunteers.
• Responding to routine and ad hoc requests for data, programme insights and reports.
• Maintaining CRM system integrity by performing data cleansing, troubleshooting and bug fixing tasks as required.
• Assisting in continuously reviewing the CRM system, offering ideas to maximise its capabilities and further enhance our systems and processes.

Additional duties

To regularly research and roll out solutions to common operational challenges, in particular ones that relate to data, tools and technology. Examples may include:

• Options for exporting CRM data to third party map and calendar apps.
• Methods for setting up an efficient and scalable assets library.
• Best use of AI tools and technology for supporting our work.

Ad hoc duties:

• Occasional support and attendance at in-person events including volunteer training sessions, industry expos and fundraising dinners.
• Any other duties that may reasonably be required in line with your main responsibilities and the work of the Adopt a School Trust.

SOHK is at a new and exciting stage of development. Having delivered its programmes to thousands of adults and young people over the past 13 years, in 2024 we chose to focus solely on working in schools. OVERVIEW

The Trusts & Foundations Manager will play a central role in shaping SOHK’s future growth. They will lead on major grant applications, support targeted bids aligned with regional delivery, and manage relationships with existing charitable funders.

Around one-third of SOHK’s £1.5 million income currently comes from grants, with active partnerships including major funders such as the Garfield Weston Foundation and Impetus. Sustaining and growing this income will require proactive research, strategic outreach, and a highly organised, detail-focused approach to both applications and stewardship.

The role works closely with the CEO, who is committed to leveraging their time and networks to support fundraising success. The post-holder will also collaborate with Regional Directors and other fundraising colleagues, while enjoying a high level of autonomy and contributing to the long-term direction of SOHK’s Trusts & Foundations strategy.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Develop and submit high-quality funding proposals, including applications for six-figure and multi-year grants, by meeting appropriate deadlines and tailoring applications so they appeal to different funder priorities
• Manage and develop a strong pipeline of Trust & Foundations funders for future years, including researching and prospecting new leads through active outreach
• Work with the CEO, Regional Directors and overall fundraising team to identify key funding priorities and strategically deploying the capacity available
• Develop and keep the fundraising CRM updated as a central source of trusts and foundations knowledge, clearly identifying funding gaps and adjusting targets
• Strengthen existing funding partnerships through warm stewardship and efficient grant reporting, maximising the charity’s chances of repeat funding
• Build upon the organisational strategy for scaling trusts & foundations income

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Essential

• Demonstrable track record in leading on successful medium and major grant applications, including six-figure and multi-year grants
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, able to present a compelling case for support to a variety of funders
• Comfortable in understanding and presenting financial information and in creating budgets for grant applications
• Experience with CRM/fundraising databases for tracking applications, deadlines, and relationship management
• Highly organised and proactive, used to taking the lead on managing a large volume of potential grants in line with the submission dates
