We're a hybrid working employer, meaning you're required to come into the office at least 2 days per week currently Tuesday, and Wednesday or Thursday.
The role is being advertised as full-time, but we would consider someone working 4 days per week pro rata.

An exciting opportunity for a Data Services Manager has arisen at World Cancer Research Fund (WCRF).
WCRF is the UK’s leading cancer prevention charity focusing on the link between cancer and risk factors such as diet, body weight and physical activity.
We are seeking a Data Services Manager to lead and be responsible for the management, use and maintenance of systems and in-house CRM databases to support the achievement of the charity’s fundraising strategic objectives. You will be analysing and reviewing data and reporting on results that can then be used to build engagement with our supporters.You will also be responsible for a team of two people.
The successful candidate will have proven experience of working with industry standard fundraising software solutions in the charity sector, ideally have knowledge of Claris Filemaker products and will have experience of creating new, and maintaining and updating existing, complex database systems.Experience of creating scripts and troubleshooting existing scripts is key, along with considerable hands-on experience of working with complex data sources, transfers and imports. An understanding and working knowledge of Data Protection regulations is required.

We are expanding the Data & Insights team at the National Theatre and are seeking a Manager, Data & Insights to play a pivotal role in shaping how data informs strategic decision making across the organisation's digital activity. This is a high-impact role at the intersection of reporting, insight generation, and data storytelling. You will translate complex datasets into clear, compelling narratives, enabling stakeholders to make informed, customer-centred decisions. In addition to your own analytical output, you will line manage a junior analyst, providing direction, coaching, and quality oversight of their work. As part of a growing central team, you will help establish best practice, elevate data maturity, and contribute to delivering world-class theatre experiences for audiences at scale.
The successful candidates will have the following:
- Experience line managing or mentoring junior analysts, with demonstrable ability to develop others' skills and quality of output
- Proven ability to own end-to-end analytical workflows, from data extraction to insight delivery
- Comfortable operating in a developing data environment, able to work effectively with evolving data and varying levels of data maturity while helping shape more robust, scalable solutions
- Optimistic and solutions-focused, approaching challenges with a constructive mindset
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence, challenge, and build credibility across functions

The role will be an integral part of the Living Wage Operations Team, providing strategic technical support and ensure the integrity of our systems, often overseeing development projects with external partners.
The Operations and Data Manager will need to be highly numerate and have great analytical skills to support our monitoring and evaluation functions, working with the Head of Operations and Insight on financial and budgeting management, reconciliation and forecasting for the Living Wage Foundation. The suitable candidate will be detail-oriented, be able to demonstrate their ability to seek out improvements and problem solve creatively and have experience working with Salesforce or equivalent CRM systems.
