About the role
We have a new opportunity for a Senior Business Development Officer to join Sustrans. In this pivotal role, you'll support Sustrans’ commercial strategy by leading and improving our competitive bidding process and delivering high-quality business development support across the organisation.

About you

Your copy is of a high standard and you are confident reviewing others' work. You have a proactive mindset with a focus on quality, impact, and continuous improvement.

As Supporter Care Officer you’ll help to build our fundraising activities by working closely with the Head of Fundraising and Partnerships to grow, diversify and sustain our income generation. Role purpose
Compass is a service designed to support adults (18 years and over) in H&F and Hounslow. The service provides support with welfare benefits, debt, housing and well-being/peer support groups/workshops.
The role of the Information and Advice Worker will be to provide advice, guidance and customer representation to H&F and Hounslow residents living with mental health problems. Advice issues may include, housing, benefits, council tax, debt, signposting etc.
The successful candidate will deliver support to enquirers and manage a caseload of individuals as agreed with the service manager. In addition to advice casework, the Advice Worker will also be expected to assist onboarding referrals to the service when needed.
The successful candidate will be required to work alongside the Advice Team Leader and volunteers supporting on the project.
The Advice Worker will be required to work within the Advice Quality Standard framework (AQS), adhere to Mind’s policies and procedures.
Due to the nature of the work, if successful, you will need to have an up-to-date DBS check completed prior to undertaking unsupervised client work.
Place of work
The Advice Worker will be required to work both from home and the H&F and Hounslow office when necessary, alongside work in the community.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver support to enquirers and manage a caseload of individuals as agreed with the service manager.

Supporter Acquisition Manager

We’re looking for a talented and driven Supporter Acquisition Manager to join a renowned charity within their Fundraising team. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in delivering high-profile, multi-channel campaigns that recruit new supporters!
About the role
As Supporter Acquisition Manager, you’ll lead on the day-to-day delivery of direct marketing campaigns designed to inspire and recruit new donors. You’ll be responsible for planning, managing and evaluating campaigns across a range of online and offline media, including innovative new channels and products.
You’ll work closely with creative and media agencies, internal teams, and suppliers to ensure campaigns are delivered on time, on budget and to the highest standards — with budgets of up to seven figures. You’ll also line manage a Supporter Acquisition Officer or Executive and oversee their development and performance.
This role sits within the Individual Giving team, where you’ll have the chance to influence strategy, test new ideas, and contribute to the charity’s mission.
We’re looking for someone with:
- Significant experience in direct marketing or fundraising, delivering successful multi-channel campaigns.
- A proven track record of recruiting new donors and testing new approaches.
- Excellent project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.

Advice Service Delivery Manager
The newly created Advice & Support Team plays a key role in delivering Battersea’s increased strategic focus on early intervention in the pet ownership journey. By offering well-timed expert and empathetic support and advice before owners reach crisis point, the team aims to prevent avoidable animal welfare issues and reduce the number of pets relinquished for preventable reasons.
A key service in this area is the Behaviour Advice Line (BAL), currently delivered by our Animal Behaviour Team. This new role exists to lead the development of a clear, evidence-based service model and plan to transform the line into a cost-effective multi-channel service that delivers measurably improved impact for owners and their pets.
The role is for one year with the outcome to develop a detailed service model and associated change plan and budget, that is evidence based, co-designed and in alignment with the future Advice and Support strategy and Operations structure. Iterative changes should be identified for service improvement within the year and a business case for investment produced by the end of July 2026.

About the Role

The key duties of the Senior Finance Business Partner are as follows:
- Owning relationships with key senior stakeholders within the Communications and Fundraising Directorate.

- Own directorate specific timelines for delivering financial forecasts and budgets.

The successful candidate will have:
- Completed a professional accounting qualification or be part-qualified with relevant professional experience.

Impact and Insights Officer
This is an exciting opportunity to be an impact catalyst across two Youth Zone locations (Carlisle and London).
We are looking for someone who can generate support and build towards a ‘culture of impact’ in both Youth Zones, so that outcome measurement and impact reporting becomes routine and ‘every day’.
This is a hybrid working role, with 8 onsite days per month at the Carlisle and London sites, with the remainder working from home.

About the Role
You will collaborate closely with a cross section of teams within the Youth Zones, working with the Youth Work delivery teams to feed data into decision making, and with the Communications and Fundraising teams to provide impact measurement and analysis content for use with stakeholders and in donor reporting. Furthermore, it will align impact and data work with national and local policy, and use national census, health, police and other statistical data to position the four Youth Zones for new income generation opportunities.
Main responsibilities include:
- Measuring and demonstrating the charities’ impact to stakeholders
- Authoring and providing the necessary data to the leadership and fundraising teams and Board (as required)
- Annual publications such as Trustees Reports and annual Impact Reports.

About You
This role is ideal for someone who has the ability to bring technical analysis to life in a youth work setting and can communicate insights in an accessible style to different audiences. The Impact and Insights Officer should be passionate about embracing the power of youth work and be keen to support Youth Zones in evidencing the impact created with young people. It will require someone who can bring impact expertise and creativity to create buy-in and drive improvements in data capture; and someone who is keen to work flexibly and closely with teams of passionate Youth Workers and who is unafraid of the challenge presented by Youth Zones in two very different geographic locations.

Product Owner - Dynamics (Charity)
Understanding Recruitment NFP is proud to be working exclusively with one of the UK’s largest and most respected international charities to recruit a CRM Product Manager. This is a key leadership role at the heart of a major transformation programme, focused on delivering a best-in-class CRM experience to support ambitious fundraising and supporter engagement goals.
You'll lead the CRM product strategy, owning the roadmap and prioritisation process, and ensuring the platform meets the evolving needs of both technical teams and fundraising stakeholders. Managing a small team, you’ll work across departments to shape and deliver impactful CRM solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform technologies.
This role is ideal for someone who combines strategic product ownership skills with deep CRM experience, ideally in a complex or mission-led environment. You’ll be a confident communicator, passionate about driving income growth and supporter value through well-designed digital tools and data-led decision-making.
Key Requirements:

Strong experience as a Product Owner or CRM Manager in large-scale CRM environments (e.g. Dynamics 365, Salesforce)

Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences

Experience managing a product roadmap and backlog aligned to strategic goals

Proven ability to lead a team and work within Agile or hybrid delivery frameworks
Salary: £57,000 –£61,000
Location: Hybrid – approx. 40% in-office (London HQ)

Our centres provide a high-impact education programme which includes practical learning support, pastoral care, and motivational and confidence-building activities for young people aged 7-18. Our aim is to enable students from the least advantaged neighbourhoods to realise their ambitions and achieve their wonderful potential.
As the UK’s leading university access organisation,
our staff team is helping 56,000 young people each year at its 44 learning centres and extension projects across England and Scotland, and we plan to scale-up our provision to 50 centres over the coming years.
We are looking for a high-calibre candidate to take on the role of Regional Operations Manager for our centres in South London (Walworth, Kennington and Brixton) along with our centres in Southampton and Brighton.
As a Regional Operations Manager you will line manage the Centre Leaders in your region to ensure that centres are working effectively, that the high quality of programme delivery to young people is maintained across the cluster, and that targets are monitored and met.
And of course, you will need to have a genuine passion and enthusiasm for working with young people and helping them achieve their ambitions.

This is a permanent role. This role can be either full-time or part-time (0.8 FTE) - responsibilities will be adjusted proportionally for part-time candidates.

Tues, Weds, Fri: 09:00-17:30
We are a delivery organisation providing frontline educational services for young people. We are an organisation with team members at different stages of their career, including many in their first roles: We are committed to nurturing talent and providing a developmental culture for all. Our team works in-person 4 days per week (or 3 days for a 0.8 FTE staff member) with 1 day working from home.

The role would be based at one of our centres in the South London and South Coast cluster:
South London: Walworth, Kennington, Brixton
South coast: Southampton, Brighton
Regular travel to all centres in the region will be required.
