As part of the Social Media Team and wider Digital Marketing department, you will support the day-to-day running of Family Action’s social media activity. Working with the Social Media Manager, you will help deliver engaging and consistent content across our main channels, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube - ensuring posts are accurate, timely and aligned with organisational priorities such as fundraising, brand awareness, service marketing, volunteering and influencing.
Main Responsibilities:
· Content delivery: Support the Social Media Manager by drafting, scheduling, and publishing content across Family Action’s channels, ensuring posts are engaging, accessible, and aligned with organisational priorities.
· Community & performance: Lead community management, monitor trends, gather analytics, and report on performance to help improve engagement.
· Collaboration & creativity: Work with colleagues to surface stories, create visual content, and contribute ideas for campaigns.
· Service support: Help services use social media safely and effectively through training, guidance, and managing access to accounts

· Good understanding of social media platforms and experience creating or adapting engaging content.
· Strong writing skills, with creativity and attention to detail in both text and visuals.

About the Role

As Witness Service Head of Volunteering, you will:
- Create and deliver a Witness Service mobilisation plan delivering the mobilisation project outcomes within the Witness Service volunteering strand.

About us:
The Choir with No Name runs choirs and builds joyful singing communities with people impacted by homelessness and marginalisation, around the UK. We currently have choirs in Birmingham, Liverpool, London, Brighton, Coventry, Cardiff and Sheffield.
We were founded on the premise that singing makes you feel good - it helps you to build confidence, skills and genuine, long-lasting friendships. Our choir members are people who have experienced homelessness, or who are going through a tough time in their lives. Our choirs are a supportive, safe space for people to be among friends, where they can experience the joy of singing together, have fun, build confidence and skills, and feel more able to tackle life's other challenges, such as securing housing or finding work.
What we do is simple: our choirs meet once a week for a cuppa and a catch up, we then sing our hearts out for an hour and a half and sit down together afterwards for a hot meal cooked by volunteers.
We perform regularly at a whole load of different places, including local homeless hostels, community festivals and world-class venues, such as the Cadogan Hall and Brighton Dome. Gigs are a highlight for everyone at the Choir with No Name, offering members something to work towards together and feel proud of, showcasing their many talents to the world. The thrill of performing in front of appreciative audiences in inspirational venues can instil a sense of purpose and self-worth that may have been lost along the way.
We also deliver community projects for people at risk of homelessness, or who are experiencing related issues (such as mental health challenges, drug and alcohol addiction, refugees and asylum seekers) in each of the cities where we work, motivated by a desire to share the joy of singing with as many people experiencing isolation and marginalisation as possible, and hopefully recruit a few more choir members along the way!
About the role:
We are looking for a highly motivated and creative manager for our London choir involving people impacted by homelessness. You’ll be part of a supportive team at CWNN and will work closely with our choir director to deliver fun, inclusive, welcoming rehearsals and gigs throughout the year.
This is an exciting and varied role working with our choir members and volunteers to support the safe running of weekly rehearsals, as well as delivering regular gigs and outreach workshops across London (and beyond!). You will need to be available to attend Monday night rehearsals in Stoke Newington London and have an understanding of working with people who have experienced complex trauma. We are looking for someone with impeccable organisational skills and the ability to multitask, as well the ability to take a creative approach to delivering inclusive group activities. Experience in volunteer and project/event management is desirable, as is a love of music and an understanding of the positive impact of singing together.

Refugee Week is seeking a freelance Social Media Manager to lead the development and delivery of our social media presence in the lead-up to and during Refugee Week 2026. Working closely with the Refugee Week team, you will help shape and tell the story of Refugee Week over the year - inspiring people to take part, building our digital profile, and growing our online community.
This role is ideal for someone who is creative, organised, and confident in digital storytelling, with an interest in social change, arts and culture, and refugee rights.
Refugee Week is coordinated by Counterpoints Arts, a leading national organisation in the field of arts, migration, and cultural change. We are based in Hoxton, London, and work both nationally and internationally.
Key responsibilities:
Social Media Strategy & Management
- Develop and implement a clear social media strategy for Refugee Week
- Manage Refugee Week social media channels, including day-to-day posting, reshares, replies, and community engagement
- Generate creative content ideas and oversee year-round storytelling across platforms
- Grow our presence on underused or new channels
- Monitor performance and provide insights on reach, engagement, and growth
Content Creation
- Produce engaging assets (e.g. reels, graphics, promotional materials) for key moments such as the Refugee Week Conference
- Share stories that highlight Refugee Week’s impact, history, international presence, and ways to get involved
- Support with copywriting for posts, campaigns, and announcements
- Support with digital commissions e.g. engaging influencers in digital storytelling (Simple Acts countdown etc.)
Comms & Campaigns
- Contribute to Refugee Week’s wider communications strategy and campaigns.
- Manage paid ads to increase reach and engagement
- Help build the public profile of Refugee Week through digital storytelling
Evaluation
- Assist in the collation and reporting of evaluation data for Refugee Week 2026, helping to document and share the impact of the festival

Person Specification
Essential:
- Proven experience managing social media channels for an organisation, campaign, or project

Programme Delivery Officer role
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic candidate to join our Programmes Team as a Programme Delivery Officer. PDOs are responsible for supporting and coordinating the delivery of First Give in up to 50 schools, ensuring smooth running of the programme, providing guidance and troubleshooting for the Lead Teachers.
The role is home-based, in Yorkshire, with regular travel to schools across the county and occasional forays to schools in the North-West. Several times a year travel will be required to London, where our office is based.

Key responsibilities
- Provide logistic and programme support to teachers delivering the First Give programme at their school, including but not limited to:
- an introductory Programme Call with the Lead teacher;

- Ensure all programmes are delivering all core elements of the First Give programme
- Update and monitor Salesforce to track programme delivery

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Partnerships and Development to lead and drive our growth, ensuring the long-term sustainability and expansion of our work.
The role will involve combining strategic leadership and operational delivery, with a particular focus on expanding Abianda’s training programmes across the UK, increasing unrestricted income, strengthening partnerships and overseeing impact measurement.
