We’re looking for a talented and ambitious Senior Trusts & Foundations Officer to join our passionate team. The Role:

You’ll be managing and growing a portfolio of key trusts and foundations, delivering exceptional stewardship.

Working across mass participation fundraising products, you will deliver market-leading campaigns, develop creative and engaging supporter content and explore channels of communication with our supporters to achieve further transformational growth.

This role requires an ambitious marketeer with previous product/event marketing experience, outstanding copywriting skills and an enthusiasm for identifying and implementing new social and digital technologies. Fundraising experience is not essential.

You will work alongside another Marketing Campaigns Officer to support the Marketing & Engagement Manager and the Head of Sporting Events on the development of SLF campaigns. You will provide copywriting support to the SLF team and manage creative and media agency relationships. The role also works closely with the Sporting Events Managers, the Relationship Fundraising Managers and their teams, as well as collaborating with other colleagues in the Communications, Brand, Strategic Marketing, Project Management, Digital and Data teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the marketing activity for mass participation campaigns

· Write clear, engaging and fun copy for campaigns including social media adverts, marketing toolkits, emails and web.

· Work with agencies, partners and internal stakeholders to ensure on-time campaign delivery

· Own the overall marketing/comms calendar for income-driving campaigns.

· Be innovative: review and implement new technologies to improve our campaigns, drive engagement and boost supporter experience.

· Help bring our For A Cure brand messaging to life across SLF marketing

Campaign marketing: supporter acquisition

· Supporting the Marketing & Engagement Manager, play a significant role in bringing thousands of new supporters to the charity through targeted, considered and tactical marketing campaigns.

· Lead on the day-to-day management of marketing campaigns for the SLF team Provide the SLF team with copywriting support, marketing assets, and wider marketing support.

· Assist the Marketing & Engagement Manager and the Head of Sporting Events on campaign proposition and development to maximise income and attract new supporters.

· Work with our external agencies and partners, managing relationships where required.

· Work with internal stakeholders to ensure SLF campaigns are integrated across the charity to drive maximum value and awareness in particular our digital team.

· Deliver all campaigns on time, on budget, on brand.

· Lead on the gathering of data for campaign review and analysis, with proactive adaptation of plans to optimise results.

Budget Management and reporting

· Manage budgets, marketing spends and monitor campaign ROI for campaigns you are responsible for.

· Work closely with Digital and Data teams to ensure engagement, acquisition and remittance is monitored and evaluated (CPA, trend analysis, KPI tracking and lifetime value.

· Provide monthly campaign performance reporting and benchmarking against market trends, previous similar campaigns and to agreed campaign measures.

· Demonstrable experience in delivering product campaigns including planning, asset creation, implementation and reporting

Additional Information:

Ways of working: As part of our Agile ways of working you will be required to work approximately 2 days a week from the office, which is subject to the requirements of the role and the business needs. Flexibility on where you work can be split between working from home and our office.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Executive Support

• Act as liaison between the CEO and internal and external stakeholders, drafting communications and ensuring clear, timely information flow; supporting scheduling of meetings and tracking of actions and, with support from the CRM Manager, ensuring key contacts and relationship data are accurately and securely maintained on the organisation’s central database.
• Coordinate meetings and agendas with the CEO, Director of Finance and Operations, Chair of the Board, and Board sub-committees; manage papers and follow-up actions.
• Organise external meetings, including venue liaison, room bookings, and travel arrangements.
• Provide administrative support to the Senior Management Team (SMT), including preparing reports, presentations, and other materials as required.
• Coordinate SMT and Programme Board meetings including compilation and circulation of agendas and supporting documents.
• Prepare regular status updates on project progress; maintain a record of agreed actions from meetings and liaise with team members to gather updates and ensure timely completion.

Board Support & Impact Reporting

Governance and Additional EA Support Duties

• Support the Director of Finance and Operations and Operations Manager to ensure AVUK’s legal obligations regarding governance, record-keeping and reporting requirements are maintained.
• Oversee office management and liaise with landlords at AVUK centres in London, Bicester, and flexible workspaces in Glasgow and Leeds.
• Manage special projects and initiatives as assigned by the CEO or Senior Management Team, including planning and execution.

Role Overview: Fundraising and Operations Director

The successful candidate will lead RLS’s income generation through our next phase of development. You’ll oversee our relationships with key funders, individual giving, our approach to major donors and our communications. You’ll work closely with the Management Team and trustees to set and implement fundraising strategy and highlight and manage risk.

As a member of the Management Team, you’ll be involved in the day-to-day leadership and oversight of the organisation, with involvement in decisions from strategy to HR, project design and many other aspects of our work.

Core Responsibilities:

Fundraising strategy and development 

• Lead the development and delivery of RLS’s fundraising strategy to meet our funding targets and deliver our strategy.
• Meaningfully involve and guide the Management Team, trustees and Fundraising Officer in strategy development and delivery. 
• Develop new funding sources as appropriate.
• Ensure that funding sources fit with RLS’s values and our moral and ethical fundraising policy.

Organisational leadership 

• Work with the Management Team and trustees to lead on the delivery of RLS’s strategic objectives.
• Work with the Management Team to lead RLS, including finding creative solutions to issues as they arise and ensuring the smooth running of the organisation.
• Foster a supportive work environment that’s true to RLS’s values.

Lead on funder relationships 

• Develop and cultivate relationships with potential funders.

Person Specification

Essential:

• Senior leadership experience in income generation 
• Proven success in securing significant, multi-source funding, including trusts and foundations.

ROLE OVERVIEW

The role is responsible for delivering comprehensive HR support across the organisation covering recruitment, onboarding, training, and support for performance management and employee relations.  It includes managing volunteer processes and working closely with both internal managers and external HR and training providers.

The postholder will play a key role in maintaining effective HR systems, ensuring policy compliance and supporting a positive work culture.

Key responsibilities

· Managing end-to-end recruitment processes across multi-disciplinary teams, including: recruitment, onboarding, DBS checking, training and development, absence and performance management, and leaver processing

· Oversight of SCT’s volunteer recruitment, onboarding, training and administration in collaboration with SCT’s manager

· Working closely with SCT’s outsourced HR support

· Providing SCT managers with guidance on volunteer recruitment and any management issues

· Implementing, maintaining and reviewing an annual training plan for all employees

· Maintaining up-to-date staff files and HR system records including DBS validation, handling confidential employee and volunteer data in line with data protection legislation

· Supporting employee relations by assisting with complaints, grievances and disciplinary procedures including the provision of support to managers on all employee-relations matters

· Working with SCT’s Business Operations Manager to ensure accurate information is provided to SCT’s outsourced payroll administrators to ensure accuracy of all relevant information

· Supporting the ongoing review, development and improvement of clear, consistent and accessible policies and procedures across the organisation

· Working closely with SCT’s managers to promote the ongoing communication, implementation and participation in the review cycle of policies and procedures

PERSON SPECIFICATION

· CIPD-qualified to level 5: significant HR management experience will also be considered

· 3+years demonstrable generalist HR management experience or similar role types – ideally in a small organisation or NFP

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Finance and HR

• Liaise with outsourced bookkeepers (also payroll providers) to ensure timely/accurate information flow.
• Oversee income and expenditure budgets and performance, processing of donations and scheduled payments, and ensuring accurate and consistent coding.

• Support Trustees with designated responsibilities e.g. finance, risk, governance.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding and HR record-keeping (including freelancers).
• Maintain accurate, compliant data in our CRM (Donorfy), including prompt input of donations.

Charitable projects

• Support the planning and coordination of secured charitable projects, liaising with project partners, monitoring delivery milestones, payment schedule and working with the wider team to maximise success.
• Compiling project monitoring/evaluation data from project partners to support excellent impact reporting.

Governance and operations

Together with the volunteer Charity Secretary:

• Coordination of Board meetings and AGMs, agendas, papers and minutes.
• Maintain central registers (trustee attendance/terms, governance documents, policies, risk, safeguarding training etc).
• Fulfil statutory and regulatory responsibilities, including filing of annual accounts.
• Advise trustees on governance best practice, in line with Charity Commission guidance.
• Management of policies, procedures and operational systems (including the CRM) that strengthen internal controls and identify opportunities to improve cost efficiency.
• Prepare Quarterly reports for the Board, and upon request.
• Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and the Fundraising Code of Practice, including delivering the responsibility of data protection lead.
• Maintain relationships with volunteer Independent Advisors and commissioned service providers e.g. finance, HR and legal to ensure compliance/best practice.

Galapagos Conservation Trust (GCT) is looking for an Operations & Finance Officer to join our busy, friendly team in London. Reporting to the Finance Director, you will have an essential and diverse role supporting the operations and administration of a ~£1.8m charity, which has ambitions to grow. You will support the Finance Director through payment processing, CRM management, IT management and HR support/ ensuring team well-being. You will be the first point of contact for all enquiries, providing a critical ‘face’ and ‘voice’ for the charity.  You will be responsible for the smooth running and effective administration of the London office and delivery of our all-team Team Days and meetings. About the Role

The role of Database Officer sits in the Data, Evidence and Monitoring team, at the junction of frontline services, fundraising and the leadership team. In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of In-Form, our case management system for frontline services. In-Form represents a key data asset for the organisation so we are looking for someone who is responsible, conscientious and able to provide excellent customer service to other stakeholders who rely on In-Form. A strong interest in information management and databases is also essential for this role.

We would like to manage aspects of the development of In-Form in-house with limited recourse to the technical support team at In-Form. We recognise that this involves technical skills and will provide relevant on-the-job training to the successful candidate. We believe this job would be an ideal opportunity for someone who already has experience of using a case management system as a frontline worker in health/social care and now wants to move into data management, data protection and/or project monitoring and evaluation (M&E).
