Salary: £26,000 - £29,000 + benefits
Location: Home based or the option of a desk at our Oxford office.
Terms of Appointment: Full-time (37.5 hours per week). Permanent.

Salary: £38,000 - £45,000 per annum
Goodman Masson is delighted to be partnering with B&D Reside Regeneration Ltd to recruit an Asset Data Officer.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing and ambitious housing organisation committed to providing high-quality homes and services for its residents. As part of the Asset Management team, you will play a key role in ensuring property and compliance data is accurate, robust and supports effective investment, maintenance and strategic decision-making across the housing portfolio.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional with experience in asset, compliance or property data management who is passionate about driving improvements through accurate information and effective systems management.
The Role
The Asset Data Officer is responsible for maintaining and developing the organisation's asset management data, ensuring information is accurate, accessible and supports both operational delivery and long-term asset planning.
Key responsibilities include:
- Maintaining and updating the asset management database, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
- Managing housing asset information, including stock condition data, compliance records and maintenance history.
- Supporting the coordination and monitoring of compliance programmes, ensuring inspections, servicing and remedial actions are completed within required timescales.
- Producing regular reports on asset performance, compliance status and maintenance activities.
- Supporting the development of business plans and investment strategies through effective analysis of asset data.
- Assisting with the ongoing development and enhancement of asset management systems and processes.
- Providing support and training to colleagues on asset management systems and data procedures.
- Working collaboratively with internal teams, contractors and external stakeholders to maintain high-quality asset information.
- Supporting resident communications relating to inspections, maintenance works and compliance activities.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will be able to demonstrate:
- Experience within asset management, data management, compliance or a related discipline within the housing sector.
- A strong understanding of housing compliance requirements and health and safety regulations.
- Experience using asset management systems and databases.
- Excellent data analysis and reporting skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
- The ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
Desirable experience includes:
- Experience supporting system development and process improvement initiatives.
- Knowledge of property maintenance and building components.
