What we are looking for:

Art Reach is seeking a highly organised and proactive Operations and Finance Manager to lead on the smooth running of our office and operations. This pivotal role supports the whole team and Board, ensuring our systems, policies, and finances are robust, efficient, and compliant.

You’ll oversee everything from HR and contracting to grant monitoring, reporting, and financial management. You’ll also play a key role in supporting our work with major funders like Arts Council England, and help ensure our organisation meets all statutory and governance requirements.

• Location: FLEX office, Vauxhall, London - Flexible hybrid working with a mixture of in person and home/office working.

About the role

The Director of Operations will serve as a key member of the Senior Management Team (SMT) and a key driver of our organisational strength. This role leads the development and smooth running of the systems, processes, and culture that enables FLEX to deliver its mission effectively. You will oversee day-to-day operations across human resources, finance, governance, and key compliance areas such as data protection and health and safety.

CAP is a national charity that is driven to help release people from debt, poverty and their causes through partnering with local churches.  We do this by providing a variety of services: CAP Debt Help, CAP Job Clubs, CAP Release Groups and CAP Life Skills.  We also help churches teach basic budgeting and money management skills through our CAP Money course.  Our debt help service involves holding client assets. Purpose:

The finance department is going through an exciting period of transformation. • Build and develop a strong finance operations function with robust internal and external controls through active line management and regular training

The University of Essex in partnership with Mid and North Essex Mind offers an exciting opportunity to a graduate with the relevant skills and knowledge to co-produce and implement data-led impact evaluation tools and a community needs assessment framework based on the Theory of Change model for mental health services, leading to improved outcomes for individuals and the wider voluntary and community sector.

DUTIES OF THE POST

This is a full-time, fixed term for 30 months. The position is fixed term due to being part of a government funded innovation programme, however there may be potential to continue in employment with the company partner following the completion of the KTP.

The duties of the post will include:

• Co-producing and implementing data-led impact evaluation tools and a community needs assessment framework, grounded in the Theory of Change model, to support improved mental health outcomes.

• Developing and piloting tools for data collection, analysis, and reporting—such as Power BI dashboards, stakeholder feedback mechanisms, and longitudinal tracking systems.

• Leading the creation of a scalable follow-up review tool to track long-term service user outcomes and support strategic decision-making.

We are looking for a Head of Financial Operations, who will provide leadership and development to the Financial Transactions Team and the Local Groups Finance Team during a period of transition to new systems and processes. You will lead the annual audit process, acting as the primary contact for auditors and other external advisors. Role Overview: Fundraising and Operations Director

The successful candidate will lead RLS’s income generation through our next phase of development. You’ll oversee our relationships with key funders, individual giving, our approach to major donors and our communications. You’ll work closely with the Management Team and trustees to set and implement fundraising strategy and highlight and manage risk.

As a member of the Management Team, you’ll be involved in the day-to-day leadership and oversight of the organisation, with involvement in decisions from strategy to HR, project design and many other aspects of our work.

Core Responsibilities:

Fundraising strategy and development 

• Lead the development and delivery of RLS’s fundraising strategy to meet our funding targets and deliver our strategy.
• Meaningfully involve and guide the Management Team, trustees and Fundraising Officer in strategy development and delivery.

• Ensure that funding sources fit with RLS’s values and our moral and ethical fundraising policy.

Organisational leadership

Person Specification

Background

Workplace Justice is the organisational home of the annual New Organising Conference, now in its third year, with support from the Network for Social Change The New Organising Conference, held over a weekend, is unique in bringing together a diverse group of participants - trade unions established and new, community organisers, not for profits, academics, lawyers and journalists, with a shared interest in worker rights and community organising. Participants learn, get inspiration and form new collaborations. In September 2025, 60 people delivered 44 different sessions to an audience of 130 people. Overview of the role

This role is largely remote, with weekly online supervision and monthly meet-ups with the Coordinator, and twice yearly Board meetups. It offers the opportunity to support an important social justice initiative which has received hugely positive feedback from participants. The Business Intelligence Reporting Lead will be the MS Society’s leading expert in Power BI and other reporting tools, playing a crucial role in enhancing the organisation’s data maturity and decision-making capabilities. They will be responsible for the design, development, and management of BI reports and dashboards across multiple BI tools, overseeing their full lifecycle from requirements gathering to deployment, maintenance, and optimisation. This includes providing best practice guidance for reporting within systems such as Dynamics and Assemble.

As the expert of BI reporting, they will ensure that staff have access to data, and that reporting mechanisms remains available, effective, and continuously developed to address new and existing challenges. This will involve complex data troubleshooting, including resolving process inefficiencies, data quality issues, and user knowledge gaps. They will work closely with other teams to investigate and resolve these issues.

The BI reporting Lead will contribute to the MS Society’s data, digital, and technical strategy, particularly within Microsoft Azure data architecture, and play a key role in shaping the strategic use of BI tools across the organisation. Through independent research, collaboration with peers, and engagement with stakeholders, they will define the future direction of BI tools, ensuring that the MS Society can fully leverage its data for informed decision-making and operational efficiency.

About the team

This role offers an exciting opportunity to join our ambitious High Value Stewardship & Operations team, part of the newly formed Partnerships Directorate, which is dedicated to building impactful, long-term relationships with philanthropists, corporate partners, and healthcare leaders.

You’ll play a pivotal role in bringing high value supporters into the heart of Macmillan, unlocking significant support to help tackle some of the most complex challenges facing people living with cancer, and the wider cancer care system.

About the role

As Senior Prospect Development and Insight Manager, you’ll lead the charge in identifying and qualifying high value prospects, overseeing rigorous due diligence, working with fundraisers to develop opportunities through the pipeline, and embedding a culture of collaborative, compliant, and insight-led fundraising across the division.

This is a unique opportunity to influence fundraising strategy and drive growth of Corporate Partnerships and Philanthropy income at Macmillan, equipping fundraisers with the intelligence and tools they need to deliver an exceptional experience for high value donors.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead the prospect development and insight function across Corporate Partnerships and Philanthropy
• Develop and implement a high value prospecting strategy to build a robust pipeline of qualified prospects
• Deliver high-quality research profiles and guide fundraisers in their own research
• Oversee due diligence processes, ensuring ethical and compliant fundraising
• Collaborate with fundraisers and leaders to monitor pipeline health and drive performance
• Foster a culture of curiosity, collaboration, and insight-sharing across the division
• Provide strategic analysis on fundraising performance, trends, and market intelligence
• Work with internal teams to ensure compliance with GDPR, the Data Protection Act, and ICO guidance
• Line manage and develop a high-performing team, driving an inclusive work culture
• Champion best practice in prospect development and insight-led fundraising

About you

The successful candidate will demonstrate the following skills and experience: 

• Expertise in prospect research, network mapping, and gift capacity analysis
• Leadership skills, with line management experience (desired) and the ability to influence and deliver through others
• Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent research and analytical skills, with the ability to manipulate data to extract insights
• Knowledge of the current corporate and philanthropy fundraising landscape in the UK and globally
• Experience of using relational databases (ideally Raiser’s Edge)
• Understanding of GDPR and data protection compliance for prospect research

Job Description

• Lead the Medical, Donor Services, and Finance teams, ensuring operational excellence, clinical quality, and alignment with both UK healthcare frameworks and global DKMS standards.
• Co-develop the strategic vision for DKMS UK with the other Country Lead (Communication & Engagement), fostering a values-driven, high-performance culture.
• Oversee personnel, processes, and performance across departments, ensuring effectiveness and continuous improvement.
• Innovate in medical operations, donor services, and registry processes in partnership with colleagues and healthcare partners.
• Ensure compliance with UK laws and regulations, including clinical standards, data protection (GDPR), charitable governance, and healthcare practice.
• Build robust operational infrastructure - systems, workflows, and staffing - that enable sustainable growth and service excellence.
• Work with department heads to enhance donor registration, retention, and support, aligning with global DKMS goals.
• Share responsibility for the UK P&L, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimisation.
• Represent DKMS in national and international forums, positioning us as a trusted leader in stem cell transplantation.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with transplant centres, donor registries, and other key partners.

The Successful Applicant

• Advanced academic qualification in medicine, life sciences, healthcare management or a related field; combined with business administration training or demonstrable commercial experience
• Proven experience in a senior leadership or managing director role, ideally within healthcare, non-profit or regulated medical environments.
• Significant background in leading cross-functional teams with a blend of clinical and operational responsibilities.
• Deep understanding of clinical governance, patient/donor safety, healthcare compliance, and donor management pathways.
• Strong financial management expertise, with experience overseeing budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting.
• Strategic and hands-on leadership experience, with the ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships and navigate organisational change.
