What you’ll do
In this role, you’ll support the delivery, supervision and academic quality of a specialist postgraduate programme training clinicians to work with autistic children, young people and those with learning disabilities.
- Delivering and developing teaching, particularly skills-based workshops, across the Pg Dip programme
- Marking assignments and taking part in calibration workshops to ensure fair, consistent assessment
- Facilitating small Practice Tutor Groups, supporting trainees’ clinical skill development and monitoring their progress
- Providing personal tutoring, responding to trainee queries and supporting an inclusive, positive trainee experience
- Contributing to programme operations, attending team meetings and maintaining high standards in safeguarding, EDI and professional practice
What you’ll bring
You’ll be a strong fit for this role if you’re an experienced clinician in ASC/LD who brings confidence in teaching, supervision and supporting trainees, and can work collaboratively within a busy academic and clinical training environment.
- A recognised core mental health qualification plus specialist training in ASC/LD evidence-based therapies for children and young people
- Extensive clinical experience with autistic children, young people, parents and families, including work within CYPMH or wellbeing services
- Significant experience providing ASC/LD-specific clinical supervision and managing or overseeing practitioners
- Knowledge and experience of delivering clinical training or university-level teaching
- Strong organisational skills, the ability to work flexibly, manage deadlines, and create an inclusive, reflective learning environment
Key details
Hours: Part-time (7 hours per week)
Whilst this will usually be worked on Mondays during term time, there may be occasions where you are requested, or you may request, to work flexibly and on a different day of the week to support peak points in the academic cycle, e.g. to meet marking deadlines.
Salary: £52,000 FTE per annum, plus 6% contributory pension scheme
Location: Hybrid (a mixture of home/onsite working): staff are working onsite for at least 20% of their working hours at our London site (4-8 Rodney Street, London N1 9JH). Flexibility will be required to attend in-person teaching days during term time.

WHAT WE DO
Caudwell Youth shapes young people’s futures by providing person-centred support to at risk 11 to 24-year-olds through volunteer-led mentoring for up to 18-months, alongside a targeted intervention programme.
Our mentoring service is designed to ensure every young person feels safe, heard and supported. Each young person gains a trusted adult (a trained volunteer) who meets with them once a week to support them as they take steps towards a more positive future.

ABOUT THE ROLE
To support the Deputy CEO in ensuring the effective delivery and growth of Caudwell Youth’s services.

The Access Interns Programme, a partnership between The Kartik Foundation and Variety, provides disabled young people with meaningful corporate internship opportunities to support their career aspirations. For many disabled young people, accessing work experience can be challenging due to societal barriers, lack of support, and limited opportunities. Access Interns is designed to break down these barriers, ensuring that participants gain valuable work experience, professional skills, and industry connections to help them succeed in their chosen careers.
The Access Interns Programme Manager is responsible for the successful delivery of the ACCESS INTERNS programme, overseeing the internship placement process, employer engagement, and student support. This includes managing the selection process, coordinating placements, ensuring workplace accessibility, and tracking the programme’s impact.
The role also involves working closely with corporate employers to create inclusive work environments, supporting interns throughout their placements, and expanding engagement with schools, employers, and industry leaders to ensure disabled young people have equal access to high-quality career opportunities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Programme Management
· Managing the Access Interns Programme, ensuring it is delivered to a high standard and in line with Variety’s policies and procedures
· Working with the Chief Executive Officer to set annual internship placement targets, manage the Access Interns budget and develop the Access Interns Programme.
· Overseeing the end-to-end process of the programme, from student recruitment and employer engagement to placement coordination and post-internship evaluation.

Budget and Income Generation
· Managing the Access Interns Programme budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources and cost control.
· Generating income from the programme, including securing corporate partnerships and funding opportunities to sustain and expand Access Interns.
· Working closely with the fundraising team to assist in converting Access Intern partners into Corporate Donors for Variety’s wider work.
· Working with the Chief Executive Officer to set financial targets and explore additional funding streams.
· Monitoring expenditure, tracking income, and providing financial reports on programme performance.
Student Outreach & Support
· Manage the application and selection process, ensuring fair and transparent recruitment.
· Working closely with students to support their career development, including

Employer Outreach & Support

· Working with employers to develop meaningful internship opportunities, ensuring placements align with both business needs and student development goals

Customer Service and Administration

About this key role

Customer Services Advisor
We are seeking a confident and empathetic Customer Services Advisor to be the first point of contact for residents and help deliver excellent housing services.
Position: Customer Services Advisor
Salary: £28,357 per annum
Location: Hammersmith with hybrid working
Hours: Full time, 35 hours per week including a mandatory office day on Tuesdays
Contract: Permanent

About the Role
You will be part of a small and collaborative customer services team providing a reliable, positive and professional service to residents. Acting as the first point of contact, you will handle a high volume of enquiries, resolve issues quickly, and ensure that residents feel listened to and supported.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing customer enquiries by phone and email, providing clear and accurate information
- Handling tenancy and responsive repair queries, raising works orders and keeping residents informed
- Keeping records and systems updated with detailed and accurate notes
- Liaising with contractors to ensure repairs are completed efficiently
- Supporting rent and service charge enquiries, including taking payments
- Helping to manage voids and lettings by keeping applicant information up to date
- Working with colleagues across the organisation to ensure a seamless and resident focused service
- Responding professionally to complaints and helping drive improvements based on resident feedback
- Ensuring all work complies with policies, procedures, safeguarding and data protection requirements
About You
We are looking for someone organised, calm under pressure and committed to delivering the best possible customer experience.
You will have:
- Experience providing high quality customer service, including managing difficult conversations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong IT skills, including confidence using Microsoft Office
- Experience handling a high volume of calls
- Ability to prioritise workload and work to deadlines
- A collaborative approach and the confidence to use your own judgement
- Empathy, professionalism and a commitment to supporting residents
- An understanding of equality, diversity and inclusion
It would be an advantage if you have experience with works ordering systems or Microsoft Dynamics, or knowledge of basic property maintenance, but full training will be provided.

Chief Campaigns and Creative Officer (£25,000)

Why this role exists
The Trans Legal Clinic turns frontline legal work into change people can feel. We need a senior creative lead to set the look, sound and pace of our public work, run audience-led campaigns and make complex issues clear and actionable.
What you will lead
· Creative direction: Own visual identity, tone of voice and message architecture across print, digital and events.
· Campaigns that move people: Plan and deliver campaigns across our pillars: client rights, systems change, fundraising and recruitment. Turn data and casework insights into creative that lands.
· Social media and content: Own the calendar. Ship platform-specific posts, threads, carousels, short video and email. Moderate comments with care for community safety.
· Rapid response: Prepare toolkits and holding lines for breaking stories. Coordinate with legal and policy colleagues.
· Production: Brief, storyboard, shoot or commission. Edit to deadline. Manage freelancers and suppliers. Keep files, rights and releases in order.
· Accessibility and inclusion: Bake accessibility into everything: captions, alt text, readable layouts and plain language.
· Measurement and learning: Set goals, define KPIs, track performance and share honest learnings. Improve what works, stop what does not.
· Internal enablement: Build a tidy brand kit, templates and guidance so the team can self-serve without diluting quality. Train staff and volunteers.
· Workflow: Keep projects moving with clear briefs, timelines and approvals.
