Job Summary
Ten Ten Resources is seeking a Schools Support Officer to play a vital role in supporting our partner schools in their use of our award-winning Catholic educational resources. Acting as a key point of contact for school staff, you will help ensure a smooth, welcoming and highly responsive experience from onboarding through to ongoing support.
You will handle school enquiries, maintain CRM data, manage user accounts, and support the delivery of school communications and helpdesk services. You’ll also contribute to the systems that underpin our delivery, bringing order, insight, and efficiency to the heart of our operations
This is a full-time, home-based role (35 hours per week), but we are open to applications on a job-share basis. Whether full-time or part-time, you’ll work closely with our collaborative and mission-driven team, combining independent responsibility with shared support.

Responsibilities
As Schools Support Officer, you’ll play a vital role in supporting schools and ensuring the smooth running of our operations. Your key responsibilities will include:
Client Support

Act as the first point of contact for school enquiries across email, phone, voicemail and webchat.

Maintain the accuracy and integrity of our CRM (HubSpot), including:

Project Support

Place of Work
This is a home-based role, open to candidates based in the UK. The successful candidate will work remotely as part of Ten Ten’s home-based team.
The role is full-time (35 hours per week), typically worked across Monday to Friday. However, we are open to applications on a job-share basis, where two individuals work together to fulfil the responsibilities of the role. While there is some flexibility in working hours, availability is expected during core daytime hours to ensure collaboration with colleagues and timely support for schools.
We meet weekly as a team on Zoom to share updates, collaborate on projects, and pray together. In addition, we gather in person at least three times per year - typically once per term - for planning, training and team-building. These in-person gatherings usually involve overnight stays and are held at various locations around the UK.

Movember is the leading charity changing the face of men’s health globally, tackling mental health and suicide prevention, prostate cancer, testicular cancer.
In our mission to stop men dying too young, we’re recruiting four Fundraising Operations Assistants to join our team and help deliver our hugely successful annual charity campaign across our UK and European markets. This is a Fixed Term Contract from September to December 2025.

ReMind UK is an independent charity and internationally renowned centre for research, diagnosis and treatment of neurodegenerative diseases. Our research aims to improve life for people with dementia and their families and carers, and to find drug and non-drug treatments for people with conditions such as Alzheimer's disease and other diseases predominantly affecting older people. Our contracted NHS Memory Clinic service, private memory assessments and allied activities also provide support to people affected. We are currently in an ambitious phase of development looking to Increase our clinical and academic research programme. We work closely with the Universities of Bath, Bristol and other research Institutions, both nationally and internationally and with the Royal United Hospital, Bath.
The role
As Marketing Officer, you will play an important role in helping ReMind UK to realise its vision by overseeing marketing for ReMind UK. You will line manage a Content Executive and together you will design, produce and disseminate materials and communications to raise the profile of the organisation and its work, and in turn raise funding to enable ReMind UK to continue its vital research and support for people affected by dementia.
You will plan and deliver an annual calendar of social posts and adverts, emails, marketing and PR activities including digital and print through organic and paid for media, and working with local organisations and groups. Key responsibilities
· Line management of ReMind UK's Content Executive to create an annual plan for coordinated marketing campaigns across channels.

About the Role

The 999 Club has stood on the corner of Deptford Broadway for more than 30 years, working with and supporting the local community. Our focus now is on people who are street homeless, rough sleeping or unhoused and those who have no recourse to public funds. As the 999 Club, people who use our services are our members.
The Gateway
Our day centre, The Gateway, is open five days a week and provides a welcoming, safe and friendly space where our members can spend time away from their usual situation and sort out practicalities like getting laundry done, taking a shower, charging their phone and having something to eat. It’s where our Intervention Team are often based as part of their work, empowering our members.
The Intervention Team
Working alongside the Essential Services Team and an amazing team of volunteers the Intervention Team provide triage, assessment, holistic progression planning, advocacy and support for members of the Gateway, identifying and addressing their immediate housing situation as well as wider social, health and wellbeing issues with the ultimate aim of them finding a pathway out of homelessness.

About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to join the growing Finance team at Dementia UK in a new role that will oversee the smooth running of the accounts function. As the Accounts Supervisor, you will be responsible for accurately posting expenditure to the accounts system, Business Central and providing support and training to the Assistant Accountant.
The role involves overseeing the entire finance function, ensuring timely payments, including international transfers and BACS runs. You will work closely with other departments to ensure invoices are correctly coded and maintain a smooth flow of information between Finance and other teams. Additionally, you will process and manage staff expenses, including both the payment and administration of the expenses system.
Your responsibilities will also include preparing monthly bank reconciliations for the main Dementia UK bank account, as well as month-end balance sheet reconciliations and related journals. You will assist in preparing year-end information for the financial statements and the annual audit in addition to regularly monitoring the Finance inbox. Ensuring that financial processes and procedures are compliant with GDPR will be a key aspect of your role.
To succeed in this position, you will need a good general education to degree level or equivalent, or be part-qualified by experience and actively studying for AAT, CIMA, or ACCA. You should be computer literate in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and at least one accounting programme. Strong accounting and financial management skills are essential, along with the ability to report to and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.

The Fundraising Executive (maternity cover) is a key part of our small but busy Community and Events Fundraising Team, leading on key fundraising events and activities, personally supporting individual fundraisers and giving support to the Senior Philanthropy & Partnerships Manager. The post holder will be an ambitious, creative self-starter who is passionate about World Child Cancer’s programmes as well as our fundraising activities. This is a varied and challenging opportunity to develop your fundraising career whilst supporting children with cancer. As a smaller organisation (circa £3m) everyone has to be prepared to support each other, so tasks may vary.
Key responsibilities
• To support the Senior Philanthropy & Partnerships Manager to reach or exceed the annual income target set, within the defined expenditure budget, through activities such as Challenge Events, World Child Cancer Special Events and Community Fundraising.
• In conjunction with the Individual Giving and Community Fundraising Manager (once in post), set activity budgets and work within them, accurately recording all income and expenditure.
• Manage the charity’s community fundraising programme including, but not limited to, London Marathon, DIY fundraising, and Outlanders group.
• Develop and lead on relationships with gamers to fundraise for World Child Cancer.
• Support the Senior Philanthropy & Partnerships Manager to manage the Ambassador group and delivery of special events.
• Lead on management of the annual Summer and Christmas Ambassador Quiz events.
• Support Senior Philanthropy & Partnerships Manager with corporate fundraising.
• Work with the Marketing Executive to promote our Events and Community activities.
• Work with the Marketing Executive to create content ideas to grow our engagement across digital platforms.
• Represent World Child Cancer at events and activities.
• Ensure all World Child Cancer fundraising activity adheres to GDPR and the Fundraising Regulator Code of Fundraising Practice.
