As a Quality Improvement and Review Partner, you’ll play a pivotal role in upholding and advancing these standards. The Advice Services Alliance (ASA) is the umbrella body for the not-for-profit social welfare advice sector in the UK. Our members include national organisations such as Citizens Advice, Age UK, Law Centres Network, Macmillan, and Shelter. The Role

We are looking for a motivated and organised Project Manager to lead the AQS Access Pathway Project, funded by City Bridge Foundation. This newly created role will be responsible for redesigning and updating the Advice Quality Standard (AQS) and developing a new progression-based Access Pathway for advice services.

This is a fixed-term role, with funding secured for a minimum of 36 months. You will work closely with our Deputy Director and a wide range of stakeholders to successfully deliver a new version of AQS and its accompanying framework.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, manage, and deliver the AQS Access Pathway Project in collaboration with the ASA Deputy Director.

• Convene and facilitate a Project Advisory Group comprising ASA members and key stakeholders.

• Engage with external stakeholders including auditing and accrediting bodies such as AgeUK, Citizens Advice, Welsh Government, and the Money and Pensions Service.

• Promote and communicate the project to advice services, funders, and wider voluntary sector audiences.

• Oversee project monitoring and evaluation, including data collection and reporting to ASA’s Board and funders.

• Support budget tracking and financial reporting in collaboration with senior leadership.

• Actively recruit new services to engage with AQS and promote interest in quality assurance across the sector.

• Undertake other duties as required to support successful delivery and integration of the project.

Leadership
• Champion fundraising across the organisation.

and delivers the highest standard of supporter care and donor stewardship.
• Lead the fundraising team to focus on deepening and strengthening existing
relationships and building a strong pipeline of new prospects to deliver multiyear
funding from major donors, high profile supporters, trusts, foundations,
and companies.
• Champion the adoption and use of Raisers Edge NXT CRM to effectively
support data-driven decision making and relationship management to
generate supporter insights in support of increased fundraising.
Brand and Marketing

marketing and communications strategy that is driven by audience insight.

As Assistant Manager – Client Services, you’ll be at the forefront of this work. You’ll: 

• Lead the client services team to deliver exceptional care from first enquiry through to adoption or other support

The Woodland Trust is looking for a Principal Business Analyst to help enable successful change by guiding stakeholders on our business initiatives throughout the organisation.

The Role: 
•    This is a key role in the Digital enablement team that is responsible for supporting the organisation with complex multi-stakeholder programmes within business processes.
•    Facilitate workshops, interviews and discussions to capture business needs and define problem statements.
•    Develop business cases, process maps (As-Is/To-Be), requirements documentation and solution options analysis.
•    Define and manage risks, issues and interdependencies within and between projects.
•    Mentor and coach junior business analysts to build capability and technical requirements.
•    Collaborate with the data engineer and architects to ensure data flows, definitions and models support business requirements.
•    Support with complex multi-stakeholder programmes involving business process redesign, system change and data migration.
•    Act as a trusted adviser to project managers, product owners and business leads. 
•    This role includes a mix of working from home and at our main office in Grantham, Lincolnshire. Visits to Grantham would be required no more than once a month on average.

The Candidate:

•    You’ll have experience as a senior or principal business analyst working on complex functional change initiatives.
•    You’ll have knowledge of service design principles and user journey mapping.

We are looking for a new Office Manager to organise and coordinate administration duties and office procedures in the charity. Your role is to create and maintain a pleasant work environment, ensuring high levels of organizational effectiveness, communication and safety. You will be experienced with a variety of office software (such as email tools, spreadsheets and databases) and be able to accurately handle administrative duties.

As the central point of contact for everyone within our charity you will have an overview of many different things, an impeccable working knowledge of the charity and its aims, and will “pitch in” wherever necessary to ensure the charity operates smoothly.

This position is a permanent full time post (40 hours per week) which will be office based in Holderness House, 51-61 Clifton Street, London EC2A 4DW.  The starting salary for the post will be £37,129.00 per annum.

Essential Skills

§  Line management of key administrative staff.

§  Management the office budget, including processing invoices.

§  Upkeep of the charities’ customer relationship management (CRM) system; providing support to users and troubleshooting issues.

§  Act as the lead manager for ensuring compliance with data protection principles, policy and legislation.

§  Training users of the CRM.

§  Serving as a point of contact for internal and external communications, including general enquiries, phone calls, emails, and correspondence.

§  Coordination of administrative support to other departments, such as managing fundraising supplies and posting them to supporters.

The Combined Cadet Force Association (CCFA) is a charity dedicated to the promotion of the ideals and activities of the Combined Cadet Force in schools. About the role

As the GIS Manager, you will lead the strategic use of GIS at Sustrans, embedding spatial tools and data across the organisation. You’ll manage a small team of talented GIS Officers, support projects, and drive the development of our ArcGIS and FME architecture. By delivering training and promoting best practice, you’ll build internal capability and expand the effective use of GIS. 

You’ll oversee the administration of our GIS systems, ensuring strong data governance and continual improvement. Acting as a champion for spatial data, you’ll enable effective analysis to support business needs and help shape evidence-based decision making across Sustrans.

About you

You will have extensive hands-on experience with ArcGIS and workflow automation tools, with a deep understanding of GIS data management and national spatial datasets.
