Age UK's Digital & Technology division is recruiting for an Asset and Dispatch Team Leader to join our customer-centric team. The Service Desk is embarking on an exciting time as we look to create lots of new processes, procedures and working practices. The Service Desk will become the Single Point of Contact for all IT related incidents and requests.
You will lead a team of Service Desk Analysts within the Warrington office, with responsibility for tasks related to operational performance and people management. You'll be involved in reviewing and updating Service Desk related processes and procedures, co-ordinating Service Desk Analyst coaching and mentoring. This role will focus on managing Age UK hardware assets across all sites.
The team will provide first touch support for all of Age UK's IT Infrastructure - including desktop, software and mobile device management and Telephony (includes Incidents, Requests and Changes). You'll work on operational and administrative activities associated with the Service Desk - including reports, account management, moves, adds, deletes and changes.
Passionate about providing a brilliant Customer Experience, you'll be proactive in monitoring call volumes, queues and data on a daily basis to help to ensure optimal ticket levels and responsible for ticket logging and allocation within the ITSM tool, setting an example on ticket management.
Data-driven, you'll carry out Service Desk reporting and trend analysis activities and play a key role in managing the Asset database and management process.
This role offers hybrid working, where you'll spend up to 3 days a week on-site in our Warrington office, plus ad-hoc cover as requested, working the rest of the time from home.
Working hours are 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Our core hours are 08:00 until 19:00 with cover required on a rota basis across the Service Desk leadership team.
Must haves:
* Significant experience of operational management of a medium sized remote team on a busy Service Desk.
* Significant people management experience.
* Significant experience of working with and managing Incident Management and Request Fulfilment processes.
* Significant experience of managing hardware assets through their lifecycle (deploy, monitor, service, retire).
* Significant experience of working with an ITSM platform.
* Significant experience of working with a Telephony platform.
* Good understanding of effective Office 365 administration support.
* Good understanding of effective Active Directory/AAD support.
* Good understanding of Intune support.
* Passionate about providing a brilliant User Experience.

Additional Information
This role is hybrid between home-based and your designated office(s) with up to 3 days a week on-site plus ad-hoc as requested by the IT Service Delivery Management team. You'll be expected to share management cover of the Service Desk 8-7 core hours rota with the Service Desk leadership team.
Occasional travel to other Age UK sites to enable performance of the duties and responsibilities and for the purposes of maintaining and updating professional skills and development.

Role:
As a CST Client Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in assisting clients transitioning from military to civilian life by providing tracking, referral, and job matching services. The job
- We’re looking for an experienced and highly motivated fundraiser to join Chetham’s as Senior Development Manager to manage the development team in securing over £600k of income per annum across Chetham’s School of Music, Library and The Stoller Hall. Tearfund is looking for a part time Governance Manager and Company Secretary to support the effective governance of the Board, including supporting the Chair and the Board in fulfilling their legal and regulatory obligations and promoting best governance practice. The role will also be responsible for coordinating administrative, logistical and practical support to the Board, including online and occasional in-person Board meetings. This role would also oversee the regulatory and registration requirements for our offices overseas.
The role is based in Teddington, reporting to our Chair of the Board and Head of Legal and working within the Finance and IT Group. The role will be responsible for providing high level support and advice to the Board, Chair, CEO and Board Committees, ensuring that the Trustees understand their roles and are appropriately recruited, inducted and supported to fulfil their roles. The role will also be responsible for all the necessary reporting and filing requirements required by Companies House and the Charity Commission in their capacity as Company Secretary.

About the opportunity
Fundraising is critical to delivering our mission and ensuring we can support as many children and young people facing disadvantage to open doors to their future. We are looking for a Fundraising Manager to work within our passionate Philanthropy Team to help grow our fundraised income and develop and maintain an effective, high-quality funding pipeline. Focussing predominantly on eliciting funding from trusts and foundations, and working closely with the Head of Philanthropy, CEO and Corporate Partnerships Manager, the Fundraising Manager will ensure the effective management of existing funder relations and take responsibility for ensuring Action Tutoring meets its reporting obligations. The Fundraising Manager will be responsible for the line-management and development of three Fundraising Coordinators, through which you and your team will prepare and submit grant applications and funding reports, alongside overseeing the development and growth of our individual giving activities and initiatives, including through expansion of our fundraising events and campaigns.

Duties and responsibilities
· Work with the CEO, Head of Philanthropy and Corporate Partnerships Manager to ensure Action Tutoring’s fundraising targets are met and manage an effective pipeline across Action Tutoring’s different income streams.

· Work with the Fundraising Coordinator for Campaigns, Events and Individual Giving to build Action Tutoring’s income generated from events, ensuring an attractive range of event options across the country. Manage the Fundraising Coordinator to ensure places are secured, participants are supported and engagement is expanded.
· Work with Fundraising Coordinator for Campaigns, Events and Individual Giving to build Action Tutoring’s income generated from individual giving, developing campaigns for driving more regular giving and building our strategies to cultivate, engage and thank individuals.
· Act as a system manager for fundraising platforms, databases and tools including Just Giving and the Giving Block, with support from Fundraising Coordinators.
· Oversee the development of the fundraising area of the website and fundraising pack to attract new funders and fundraisers to the charity, with support from the Fundraising Coordinators.
· Manage the Fundraising Coordinators, ensuring they are growing and developing, and that work load is shared fairly.
· Represent Action Tutoring at relevant meetings and events.

Person specification
This role requires an ambitious, passionate and determined individual with outstanding written and verbal communication skills. Alongside your team you will be responsible for writing and submitting grant applications and reports, so an excellent understanding of the English language and a keen eye for detail are crucial for success within this position. Working to deadlines and line-managing three Fundraising Coordinators, exceptional time-management, prioritisation and organisation skills are essential. With a focus on developing our individual giving strategies, we’re looking for an individual with excellent interpersonal skills.

· A*-C in maths and English at GCSE (or equivalent experience).
