About the role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Individual Giving Fundraiser to support the Supporter Development team as Individual Giving Fundraiser.
This is an exciting and varied role will be providing a key role in developing and increasing income, donor acquisition and engagement across SSCH’s Individual Giving fundraising programme, including legacies. The post will work to maximise potential and develop both new and existing donors, through targeted donor development campaigns, supporter acquisition and retention programmes.
The post holder will work flexibly across the Individual Giving income streams including individual donations, campaigns, gifts in memory and legacies. As part of this, a key responsibility will be the relationship management and support to any of our supported families who choose to fundraise for SSCH. This role will also support with legacy administration.
This role will combine a targeted driven approach with excellent donor care and relationship management helping to drive growth and income.
About you
The successful applicant will have demonstrable experience within a fundraising or comparable role. Ideally the candidate will have some legacy administration experience.
You will also have an ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of the wider fundraising team to ensure success of income growth.

ADSS is Kent’s biggest independent charity dedicated to providing support to people affected by dementia. Summary of the role
Reporting to the Head of Fundraising, the role will support the implementation of our 2030 Fundraising Strategy in collaboration with colleagues in Fundraising, Communications and Delivery Teams. Main purpose of job
The individual Giving Fundraiser will be responsible for the delivery of ADSS fundraising from individual donors, primarily through digital platforms.

The Role Responsibilities

Donor Database Management:

Community Fundraising Manager
This is an exciting opportunity to join an ambitious and talented fundraising team
We are looking for an experienced Community Fundraising Manager to join our small and friendly fundraising team. You will be responsible for driving our strategy for Community Fundraising, Individual/Regular Giving and Events. With a database of around 100,000 registrants and 15,000 members, these existing income streams have lots of great potential. We have amazing fundraisers in our community who take on challenges like the London Marathon, London to Brighton bike ride, or their own swimming challenge and there’s lots of great potential amongst our supporters, including our committed members and regular givers.
Contract: Permanent
Hours: 30 hours per week (negotiable for the right candidate)
Flexibility: We are a flexible employer and most of our staff are juggling things (including caring for multiples!) We are great at making jobs work around life.

- Significant experience of leading a 6 figure multi-year community fundraising strategy including forecasting and monitoring income and expenditure
- Experience of leading community, events, or Individual/Regular Giving fundraising - taking ownership and achieving growth in scale and income
- Experience of creating and delivering a new medium to large scale (£25k plus) fundraising event, maximising all commercial opportunities within it

About the role
We are searching for an experienced fundraiser to drive and grow Individual Giving income streams, currently worth around £800,000 annually to the Charity. The postholder will oversee campaigns including Regular Giving, In Memory Giving, Lottery, Raffles, and Appeals, while managing donor stewardship, acquisition, and retention. With a small and high-performing team to support you, you'll lead on budgeting, data management, and help shape the future of fundraising.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Managing income and expenditure budgets, monitor ROI, lead reforecasting efforts, and support the development of long-term financial plans.
- Lead innovative fundraising initiatives, exploring new opportunities (including digital) and refreshing existing campaigns in collaboration with Marketing and Communications.
- Oversee donor stewardship and supporter journeys, building strong relationships with new and existing donors and engaging service users and their families.
- Ensure effective use of the Raiser's Edge database, supporting compliance, performance tracking, and strategic decision-making.
- Manage fundraising compliance, including GDPR, gambling regulations, and fundraising best practices, while participating in the Information Governance Steering Committee.
- Collaborate across departments (Fundraising, Marketing, Retail) to coordinate income generation activities and maximise cross-functional opportunities.
- Lead and evaluate Individual Giving activities, including managing 3rd party contracts, attending key events, conducting market research, and contributing to audits and competitor analysis.

You will bring a proven track record of securing income through the development and delivery of successful fundraising campaigns. You'll bring experience in building donor relationships, strategic planning, and hitting ambitious targets. Strong analytical skills, and experience with CRM or fundraising databases are essential, as is the ability to translate data into actionable insights. You'll bring excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills, as well as experience in budget and resource planning. Regalar travel to attend meetings and events is required so you will need access to your own vehicle.

The Salvation Army, the UK’s leading social welfare charity, is seeking two Supporter Acquisition Managers to project manage and lead on day-to-day delivery of supporter acquisition appeals.
The Salvation Army is one of the largest, most diverse providers of social and community services after the Government. With more than 600 local centres and nearly 100 residential centres, they make a powerful difference to people across the UK who might otherwise be excluded.
Along with the Assistant Head of Individual Giving, the Supporter Acquisition Managers are responsible for growing the organisation’s file of donors and hitting an annual Individual Giving team fundraising target of £50 million in unrestricted income. As a direct marketing subject matter expert, they will lead cold recruitment campaigns and support in identifying and delivering new products or acquisition streams. The roles will lead on planning and project managing delivery of a variety of media channels, both online and offline. Each manager will hold strategic areas of focus, be responsible for seven figure expenditure budgets and line manage a Supporter Acquisition Officer or Executive.
The successful candidates will have significant direct marketing expertise with a strong background in project managing multiple campaigns across a range of channels, ideally in a fundraising role, and with proven success at recruiting new donors. You will have a passion for fundraising with a commercial understanding of the charity marketplace and competitors. Overview of the role
As the Fundraising Officer, you will play a key role in delivering a range of fundraising appeals and our individual and regular giving programmes. This position also provides plenty of variety and the opportunity to support and develop skills across several income streams. Individual Giving

Fundraising support
