About the Role
As a Supporter Care Advisor your role is to deliver outstanding service to our supporters, both proactively and reactively. This service should always meet or exceed the expectations of our supporters, so they are inspired to contribute to our work through donating, volunteering, and raising money and awareness for Save the Children.
Key Accountabilities will include:
- Answering a wide range of enquiries about fundraising and our organisation via telephone, email, letter and social media.
- Processing and recording single and regular donations.
- Recording all incoming and outgoing communications on our supporter database and adjacent systems.
- Track and record all incoming and outgoing communications on a contacts database.
- Listening to and proactively responding to and resolving complaints in line with the complaints policy.
- Proactively seeking out opportunities to go the extra mile to deliver exceptional service to our supporters.
- Adding value to supporter activity and fundraising plans by linking supporters with additional ideas and resources.
- Adding value to the Public Impact Group by capturing and sharing supporter trends and insights to help support strategy and decision making.

The Role
We are looking for a Supporter Care Administrator to provide outstanding support to our donors, supporters and members of the public, ensuring every enquiry, request and complaint is handled with professionalism, care and efficiency. We are looking for an Associate Manager, Data and Digital Transformation (13-month maternity cover) to lead a small data team to incentivise and support ISEAL members to make significant improvements to their data systems, embed data-driven decision-making in their assurance processes, and work towards interoperability in sustainable supply chains.
Data is at the heart of sustainability standards and certification. A key focus of our work at ISEAL is supporting these systems to better leverage the data they collect to create value and drive sustainability impact. We support our members along their digital transformation journey. The goal is to ensure a seamless flow of sustainability and compliance data from producing enterprises to the market and to leverage this data to create incentives and benefits for those at the start of the supply chain. To date, we have focused on building the foundations for robust data governance and management, strengthening their capacity to leverage data for insights, and supporting standardisation of core certificate data. In this next strategic phase, we’re doubling down on data and technology as a strategic priority and are committed to build a more ambitious support programme focused on leveraging technology and AI.
The successful candidate will have a broad understanding of and experience with data management, and in supporting digital transformation projects within complex data ecosystems. They will be confident in engaging data practitioners from across our membership, and in facilitating peer learning on technical topics like data standardisation, interoperability, analytics and data management. Prior experience and understanding of certification, audit and sustainability performance data is an important asset.
The key responsibilities we entrust you with
- Contribute to thought leadership on digital transformation for ISEAL community members
- Provide support and oversight to Digital Innovations Coordinator on running member peer learning groups: Data Community of Practice and Data Insights Lab
- Collaborate with the Manager, Credibility and Innovations on building strong relationships with individual member organisations with regards to their use of data analytics as part of their assurance processes

At the Ramblers, our ability to connect with supporters, manage members, and empower volunteers depends on the smooth running of our CRM (Salesforce). The CRM Operations Analyst plays a vital role in making this possible.
By managing day-to-day CRM operations, handling imports, selections, and user support, you ensure that colleagues across the organisation can trust the data they use and work efficiently. Your contribution means communications are targeted and accurate, volunteer and supporter records are reliable, and teams can focus on their mission rather than system issues.
Your work ensures that colleagues can rely on accurate data and smooth processes, so supporters receive timely communications, members feel well served, and volunteers have the information they need to play their part.
Key Responsibilities
User Support & Administration

Provide first-line technical support for Salesforce, resolving user issues related to access, new fields, layouts, and general functionality, escalating complex configuration or system-wide issues to the Senior Database Administrator where required.

Provide second-line support for record-level data issues (e.g. duplicates, permissions, missing fields, or data discrepancies), escalating where necessary for complex data or automation errors.

Provide guidance to staff on how best to use Salesforce for their day-to-day needs.

Maintain and update user accounts, roles, and permissions.

About this role
This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing Grants & Impact Team, overseeing grant giving and grant management processes within Alder Hey Children’s Charity.
A senior member of the Grants Team, the post holder will manage Alder Hey Children’s Charity’s grant awarding process, providing approximately £5m of grant awards to the Alder Hey NHS Foundation Trust (the ‘Trust’) per year, with ambitions for significant growth.
The Grants Manager will help develop and implement multi-year strategies to support the identification of fundraising needs and grant requirements. In doing so, the post holder will work closely with both Trust colleagues and our charity fundraising and marketing teams.
The post holder will report to the Director of Grants & Impact (DoG&I) and line manage the Senior Grants Officer and Grants Officer.
Main Duties/Tasks:
Strategic Planning, Financial Management & Reporting
- Work collaboratively with the DoG&I to develop and implement strategic, multi-year plans and budgets.
- Monitor progress against strategic plans, budgets, Key Performance Indicators and produce reports for key meetings such as the Charitable Spending Committee.

The Role
Our Individual Giving programme is central to our fundraising strategy to increase our unrestricted, sustainable income. This is a key role in supporting the Individual Giving Manager to recruit and steward donors across a range of channels including face-to-face, telemarketing, direct mail and digital. You will have the opportunity to work across multiple programmes including regular giving, lottery, cash appeals, in-memory and legacy, as well as to play a key role in our matched funding Christmas campaign. This role will help to meet or exceed our annual targets which will help us provide the best care for patients, staff and loved ones at our hospitals.
Key Tasks
- Help to co-ordinate our match funded Christmas Campaign
- Using evidence-based insights, support with the planning and implementation of several integrated direct marketing campaigns across a range of channels including direct mail, email, social, display advertising and newsletters including managing suppliers on concept creation, oversight of copy and creative and delivery schedules. Work with the IG Manager on performance analysis and learnings to enable enhancements and improvements
- Support the IG Manager in the set up and operational management of our face-to-face fundraising campaigns for regular donor and lottery player recruitment. Including invoice processing, complaint handling, site management and training for third party fundraising teams
- Work with the other IG Officer to optimise and improve our regular giving and lottery stewardship journeys. This will include researching and proofing content, engaging with supporters and looking for opportunities to cross-sell
- Being proactive in writing up process documents and maintaining documents for Individual Giving Team
- Day-to-day point of contact with external agencies including face-to-face agencies, creative agencies, printers and fulfilment houses
- To support the Head of Supporter Engagement with the development of a legacy marketing programme
- Support with the stewardship of our in-memory donors, including donors who set up tribute pages on MuchLoved
- Work with hospital staff and stakeholders to gather content, encourage fundraising and manage our contactless stations
- Work with our Supporter Services Team to monitor and action all feedback, speaking with supporters over the phone and via email, and properly recording supporter interactions on our database
- Work with the Fundraising Operations team to open fundraising post and log cash, card and cheque donations
- Send out stewardship materials to supporters from the office
- Support the C&E Manager with fundraising event and donor stewardship as required
- Work with the Communications Team to develop internal messaging for the Charity and King’s College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust
- Work with the Finance Team to process invoices and ensure activities are properly coded
