I’m supporting a fantastic charity with the recruitment of an interim Fundraising & Volunteer Database Manager. This is an ongoing temporary role offering the chance to make a real impact by improving data processes, reporting, and supporter engagement across the organisation.

You’ll be the go-to expert for all things Raiser’s Edge NXT, ensuring the accuracy, integrity and effective use of the fundraising and volunteer CRM.

Key responsibilities

• Lead on database management, ensuring smooth data processing, cleansing and housekeeping.
• Oversee system integrations, connecting the CRM with donation platforms, the website and finance systems.
• Produce regular and ad hoc reports, with advanced Excel skills essential (SQL experience a bonus).
• Manage data selections, segmentation and mailing lists to support high-quality fundraising and marketing activity.
• Deliver training and guidance on Raiser’s Edge to staff and volunteers.
• Support month-end processes for the Finance team.
• Drive system improvements, upgrades and automation across data workflows.

This exciting new part time role has been created to support the CEO and Head of Operations, providing administrative support in a wide variety of areas including finance, fundraising, office systems and management, premises, promotion, marketing and communications. 

Financial administration includes input and reconciliation of all financial data and ensures efficient reporting, analysis and measurement of data and financial information against set timescales, targets and objectives. H/she will support annual budget preparation and will contribute to the Annual Report.

H/she will track funding opportunities, deadlines and bid submissions and will draft/edit grant applications.  They will maintain the funding database and track Award deadlines and write Award entries.

Office and systems management will include efficient record keeping and databases, maintain IT equipment and oversee insurance and service contracts.  They will also maintain TAG's website and social media platforms and support/represent TAG at external events.  They wil manage DBS documentation, insurance policies and membership subscriptions.

About This Role

We are looking for an exceptional Outreach Manager to lead our outreach and develop excellent referral partner relationships across London. Our Outreach Manager will play a vital role in ensuring that as many women as possible know about and can access our service. 

This is an exciting opportunity for an organised, passionate, strategic, and relationship-driven individual to grow our reach and impact within London (and beyond). 

The role would be based across all of London and our three London centres (Islington, Ladbroke Grove and Croydon). You will be expected to travel to and attend outreach events, as well as meeting referral partner organisations. There will also be occasional evening and weekend work, for which time off in lieu is given.

Job Purpose  

The Clinical Audit Project Administrator plays a key role in supporting the delivery and continuous improvement of BSR’s national clinical audit, the National Early Inflammatory Autoimmune Diseases Audit (NEIAA). Working within the Practice and Quality directorate, this role supports effective project coordination, data management, stakeholder engagement, and operational delivery of audit outputs. 

The post holder will work closely with the Clinical Audit Project Manager and the Head of Policy to ensure the audit runs efficiently and delivers value to clinicians and patients, and support wider BSR quality improvement objectives.

Project Coordination and Administration 

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Project Manager, including setting up and maintaining project processes and systems.

Job Summary

The Development Manager will be a dynamic and experienced fundraiser with strong technical skills in grant and funding solicitation, management and stewardship across Crisis Action’s current donor targets including major foundations, governments, and High Net Wealth Individuals (HNWI). They will serve as the anchor of a newly configured fundraising team designed to support Crisis Action to nurture its existing donors and secure the next generation of support for its ground-breaking work.

This role is pivotal in ensuring excellence in our outreach, proposals, reporting and communication to drive resource mobilisation that is essential for the organisation’s financial sustainability at a time when our distinct model and way of working is needed more than ever.

Principal responsibilities

Donor engagement and communications 

• Oversee and coordinate day-to-day engagement with current and prospective foundation, government and individual donors by members of the Crisis Action team
• Represent the organisation vis-à-vis donor representatives 
• Support HNWI donor benefits structure and cultivation plans
• Prepare compelling and timely donor reports, donor updates, letters of receipt and other outreach materials in collaboration with finance and campaign teams.

Grant management and oversight 

• Ensuring timely and skilled drafting, consultation and sign off of high-quality grant proposals 
• Timely acknowledgement of all contributions and compliance with donor requirements
• Preparation of high-quality proposal budgets and financial reports for donors in compliance with grant specifications and deadlines, in close cooperation with the Finance Team

Job Specifications 

Essential Skills & Experience

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in fundraising, donor relations, or development within the non-profit or international advocacy sector
• A proven track record of engaging with foundations and government officials to secure and manage grants
• Demonstrated ability to forge new donor partnerships, and a track record of bringing in new revenue
• Strong understanding of government and foundation funding landscapes with at least some familiarity with differences between them and the stewardship of major gifts from individual giving

Salary & Benefits 

Salary: We have set bands for the salary range for all positions at Crisis Action. The baseline of our salary range for this position is £40K per annum. 

Benefits: 25 annual leave days (30 days after 3 years). Up to 6% contribution to pension. 3-month long service leave after 6 years and one-month sabbatical leave in year 10. CA additionally offers an annual inflationary increase, and 2% salary increase in year 2, 4 and 8 subject to availability of funds.

About this key role

Our successful candidate will contribute to and implement a three-year Corporate Fundraising Strategy with ambition to raise £1million annually, this will include managing a Corporate Partnership Assistant and implementing effective processes, data management and procedures across the team.  We will also count on you to deliver exceptional account management, meet agreed partnership objectives on programme impact, income, communications and engagement and to provide excellent stewardship to increase value of partnerships, with a 70% renewal rate of partnerships.

Expanding and improving the ways in which we work with corporates to include event sponsorship, payroll giving, volunteering and other relevant non-financial support is also a key aspect of this role, as are developing an engaging and effective volunteering and challenge events programme and developing excellent, high-quality applications, presentations, and pitches to drive high-value and sustainable multi-year income.

• Database management experience
• Experience devising, planning and implementing fundraising strategies
• A good understanding of fundraising best practice and regulations, including Fundraising Regulator guidelines, GDPR and data protection
• The ability to think strategically and develop innovative ideas to help us stand out to our existing and new donors

The role:
As the Commercial Events Manager at Shakespeare’s Globe, you will be responsible for driving the sales and successful delivery of high-quality, income-generating Commercial Events. What you’ll do

In this role, you’ll be part of a friendly, collaborative team that delivers high-quality training, conferences, and events for mental health professionals. You’ll play a key part in coordinating sessions, supporting trainers and participants, and keeping our operations running smoothly so that every event feels seamless and well organised

• You’ll coordinate and schedule training, conferences and events (online, in-person and hybrid), liaising with internal colleagues and external partners to ensure smooth delivery.
• You’ll support delivery days by facilitating sessions, handling AV/IT setup, and assisting with any troubleshooting needed during the event.
• As the Training Conferences and Events Officer, you’ll act as the administrative lead for allocated programmes, managing systems, processing bookings and applications, sending invoices, monitoring payments, and ensuring attendee viability.
• You will provide high-quality administrative support to trainers and speakers, including preparing documents, arranging travel within budget, offering Zoom guidance, and organising team meetings with agendas and minutes.
• As the Training Conferences and Events Officer, you’ll maintain accurate data across our systems, manage a high volume of email and phone enquiries, and nurture strong relationships with trainers, supervisors and commissioners to help plan and deliver programmes effectively

What you’ll bring

We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, people-centred environment, bringing strong organisation, calm under pressure, and proven experience in coordinating training or events while delivering an excellent experience for everyone involved.

• Experience coordinating projects or events in a busy, deadline-driven environment, with the ability to manage competing priorities confidently.

Key details
