Are you an experienced CRM specialist with a strong track record delivering successful database migrations? Do you thrive in roles that blend project management, technical detail and cross‑team collaboration? We’re partnering exclusively with our client to recruit a Database Project Manager to lead the implementation and migration to Raiser’s Edge NXT.
This is a fantastic opportunity to play a central role in a major digital transformation project, ensuring the organisation’s data, systems and processes are fit for the future.
The Role
As Database Project Manager, you will oversee the full migration from Tessitura and Microsoft systems into Raiser’s Edge NXT, working closely with internal teams and the CRM provider to ensure a smooth and successful transition. You will champion data quality, streamline workflows, strengthen compliance practices, and empower staff through training and documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the migration to Raiser’s Edge NXT, acting as the primary point of contact for the CRM provider and internal departments.
- Manage data quality, including segmentation, cleansing, standardisation, and de‑duplication across multiple data sources.
- Develop dashboards, reporting tools and workflow automations to improve system performance and insight generation.
- Ensure compliance with data protection legislation (DPA, PECR, Gift Aid) and support best‑practice policies.
- Provide training, documentation and user support to embed consistency and accuracy across the organisation.
About You
We’re looking for someone who brings:
- Demonstrable experience using and managing Raiser’s Edge NXT
- Proven experience delivering a CRM or data migration project
- Strong project management, organisation and multitasking skills
- Experience working with fundraising or development teams
- Excellent analytical and problem‑solving ability
- A proactive approach to improving systems, processes and workflows
- Confidence developing user guides and training materials
- Knowledge of relevant compliance frameworks (DPA, PECR, Gift Aid)
We are looking for a Database Manager to be responsible for the maintenance and accuracy of the supporter and beneficiary CRM database system, Donorflex, while being the first point of contact, alongside the Senior Database Officer, for day-to-day database queries, providing essential support to ensure the database is effectively managed.
This is a hybrid role with 3 days a week in the London office.

The Role
Oversee the processing of all income transactions into the database on a timely basis.
Line manage, coach and support one Senior Database Officer.
Processing service user information into the database on a timely basis.
Responsible for all Gift Aid management.
Producing scheduled and ad-hoc data selections for mailings as requested.
Analyse and produce reports using database data to support other areas of the Charity in their strategic decision-making.
The Candidate
Experience of managing a CRM database, and working in a finance and database team.
Experience of line managing, coaching and supporting more junior staff.
Experience of managing, manipulating and analysing large data sets.
Ideally previous experience and knowledge of using Donorflex.

Reporting to the Director of Finance, you will line manage one Senior Database Officer and be responsible for maintaining high standards of data accuracy, integrity and compliance.

About you:
You will have experience managing a CRM database and line managing staff, with strong Excel skills and excellent attention to detail. Knowledge of Donorflex, GDPR and Gift Aid is desirable.
