Role Overview
We’re looking for an engaged and organised individual to be our new Branding & Graphics Coordinator! The Branding & Graphics Coordinator will be responsible for developing and maintaining the Maidstone Pride brand, including digital and physical print design to ensure consistent, engaging, and on-brand communications across all channels.
The Branding & Graphics Coordinator will work as part of the Marketing & Communications team to support the work of developing Maidstone Prides brand, how we share our story, and how we engage with wider society.
Key Responsibilities
• Build positive relationships with local media, partners, and sponsors.

Volunteers are at the heart of everything we do. The King’s Trust couldn’t function without the support of thousands of volunteers across the UK, who are able to offer a vital network to young people facing significant barriers to jobs, education or training.
Our employability and progression mentors provide one-to-one support, guidance, encouragement, and inspiration to a young person who has completed a King’s Trust Programme. As an employability and progression mentor, you will offer knowledge, experience, and support to young people as they develop the skills, confidence and motivation to succeed - either in education or further training, through work experience, volunteering or by securing a job of their choice.
Ideally a Progression Mentor will commit to around four to six hours per month for a minimum of 6 months. Relevant experience can be developed during the role but ideally a volunteer will have experience with building trust with young people from a range of backgrounds, mentoring skills, be a good communicator, be able to give and receive constructive corrective feedback and have experience of job searches, application process and interview experiences.

Purpose of role
You will play a crucial role in supporting our Senior Hospital Services Partnerships & Outreach Executive with the administration and delivery of our Sunshine in Hospitals programme. - Supporting with the planning and delivery of activities at our Hospital Activity Days, such as arts and crafts, games, and storytelling sessions, tailored to the interests and abilities of the children.

- Assist in setting up and cleaning up activity areas before and after sessions.

FareShare Greater Manchester is looking for volunteer Driver's Assistants to join our busy friendly delivery team with redistributing tonnes of surplus food a month to charities and community initiatives across Greater Manchester.
FareShare is a national charity fighting food poverty and global warming by tackling food surplus. We source overstocked food from retailers and manufacturers and engage many volunteers to help re-distribute it to over 220 frontline charities and community groups across Greater Manchester. These groups, in turn, provide meals to vulnerable people experiencing food poverty, individuals who are homeless, families, and people who are unemployed or socially isolated. This food would otherwise have gone to waste, so we are simultaneously supporting people in need and reducing greenhouse gas emissions.
Key responsibilities
Working closely with the driver of a temperature-controlled 3.5 tonne Mercedes Sprinter van to deliver surplus food orders to the premises of the benevolent projects we support.
Loading and unloading the vehicle and carrying out a range of tasks, from basic vehicle checks to delivery administration.

Role Overview
We’re looking for an engaged and organised individual to be our new Marketing & Communications Coordinator!
The Marketing & Communications Coordinator will support the Marketing & Communications team on its work to promote Maidstone Pride's brand and how we share our story.
Key Responsibilities
• Support the delivery of Maidstone Pride’s Marketing & Communication Strategy
• Help the creation and posting of communications across our channels (e.g Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube).
• Help create and maintain consistency in Maidstone Pride’s brand, voice, and messaging.
• Monitor social media engagement alongside the Marketing & Communications Manager.
• Support and maintain a consistent brand identity across Maidstone Pride.
• Support the promotion of Maidstone Pride and its activities.
• Support the development of relationships with local media, partners, and sponsors.
• Build positive relationships with local media, partners, and sponsors.
• Ensure all communications are accessible, inclusive, and align with our aims and objectives.
General Responsibilities
In addition, all volunteers have the following general duties:
• All Volunteers and representatives of Maidstone Pride are expected to portray a positive image, both internally and externally, by displaying high standards of service, integrity, punctuality, politeness, and professionalism.
• To observe and uphold the requirements of the Maidstone Pride constitution, and act always in accordance with its governing documents and policies, including equal opportunities.

Role: Secretary & Operations Assistant
Role Overview
We’re looking for an engaged and organised individual to be the new Secretary & Operations Assistant for Maidstone Pride!
The Secretary & Operations Assistant will provide vital support to the day-to-day administration of Maidstone Pride and its activities, including supporting the governance of Maidstone Pride, coordination of meetings, record keeping, and communication with key stakeholders. This role ensures that all operational and compliance activities align with our mission and standards, contributing to the safe, lawful, and effective delivery of events and projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the day-to-day administration of Maidstone Pride and its operations alongside the Chair.
- Oversee the collection, verification, and management of relevant documents and data
- Supporting the volunteer recruitment processes, including screening, onboarding, and maintaining volunteer records.
- Assist in the review, updating, and distribution of organisational policies and procedures to ensure alignment with current legislation and best practices
