Person specification
Experience of:
• Securing income (five-figure gifts min) from Trusts, foundations and statutory sources.
• Writing successful funding applications with proven income generation.

Skills:
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to craft compelling applications and impact reports.

About this key role

About the Role:
This role operates within a volunteer-led global charitable organisation with 153 Member Organisations. It provides the inspiration, knowledge and direction to continually protect and enhance WAGGGS’ rich legacy and expand its collective reach and impact. The delivery of group support and activities will take place in person, and you will be office based three days a week with some remote working on other days before returning to full time in person working.

What will I be doing?
As the Community Support Officer (Engagement and Volunteering), you’ll be at the heart of our work to build a vibrant, inclusive physics community. You’ll be the first point of contact for our volunteer-led Groups, Nations, and Branches — helping them to thrive, connect, and deliver meaningful activities that bring physics to life.

The Organisation
The Royal Parks (TRP) is a charity created in March 2017. We manage over 5,000 acres of diverse parkland, rare habitats, and historic buildings and monuments in eight Royal Parks across London. Strategy and planning
- Support the Director, Mass Markets in the development and delivery of the retention strategy and priorities

You will play a vital role in coordinating our schedule of peer-support meetings, managing our busy inboxes, supporting our volunteers and ensuring our internal systems and processes are well organised and working smoothly. Look Ahead's Hammersmith & Fulham Mental Health Service is a Mental Health supported accommodation which is a pathway service for people to work towards their independence. There are 3 buildings in the cluster, all of them are lone-working.
As a Support Worker, you will play a key role in supporting our residents to help them to enhance life skills and increase independence and manage their health. This also includes tenancy management and other life skills.
