About the team

This is an important role based in a busy Operations team which covers office management, information technology, finance and human resources. The team play a key role in supporting the organisation to achieve its mission of supporting young people from disadvantaged backgrounds to succeed.

The Operations team comprises the Director of Finance and Operations, HR and Learning Manager, Head of Finance, HR Officer, Finance and Operations Assistant and a part time Administrator. Payroll and IT support are outsourced.

About this role

The Executive Assistant (EA) to the Chief Executive at Impetus plays a vital role in providing high-level administrative and project management support to the Chief Executive and ensuring the smooth operating of the Senior Management Team (SMT). The EA acts as a key liaison between the Chief Executive and internal/external stakeholders, managing sensitive information and handling a wide range of administrative and executive support tasks.

This dynamic position requires the ability to anticipate needs, think critically, and offer creative solutions to problems with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.

Key responsibilities

Executive Support:

• Provide sophisticated calendar management for the Chief Executive.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on all matters pertaining to the Chief Executive, including those of a highly confidential or critical nature.
• Prioritise and determine the appropriate course of action, referral, or response, exercising judgement to reflect the Chief Executive’s style and organisational policy.
• Prioritise inquiries and requests while troubleshooting conflicts; make judgements and recommendations to ensure smooth day-to-day engagements.
• Anticipate the Chief Executive’s needs (e.g. travel bookings, briefings, preparation time) in advance of meetings, conferences, etc.
• Coordinate all SMT meetings and offsites and assist with staff meetings and events as needed.
• Work closely with the Chief Executive to keep them well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately.
• Act as a "barometer," having a sense for the issues taking place in the environment and keeping the Chief Executive updated.
• Provide a "gatekeeper" and "gateway" role, providing a bridge for smooth communication between the Chief Executive and staff, demonstrating leadership to maintain credibility, trust and support with the senior management team.
• Complete a broad variety of administrative tasks that facilitate the CEO’s ability to effectively lead the organisation including: assisting with special projects; designing and producing complex documents, reports, and presentations; collecting and preparing information for meetings with staff and outside parties; composing and preparing correspondence; maintaining contact lists; making travel arrangements; and completing expenses.

Governance:

• Act as a liaison and provide support to the Board of Directors.
• Arrange and handle all logistics for Board meetings, sub committees and events: schedule meetings; draft agendas; develop, compile, and distribute presentation materials and record meeting minutes.

Operations Support:

• Support a professional and effective office/remote working environment for Impetus staff.
• Assist the Director of Finance and Operations (DFO) with any ad hoc Operations duties and projects, such as an office move, health and safety reviews, optimising remote and agile working.
• Assist the HR and Learning Manager with HR administration, including straightforward queries, recruitment support and ad hoc projects where needed.

• Significant executive support experience, acting as a trusted advisor and support to senior colleague/s (ideally within the charity or not for profit sector).
• Good business acumen and a keen interest and understanding of operations support.
• Excellent technical skills. Experience utilising CRM systems effectively; expert proficiency with Microsoft Office; ability to design and edit graphic presentations and materials.

The Role 

· Assertive outreach casework with very vulnerable women

· Responsible for supporting three women in the Borough of Camden

· Intensive support for complex needs with service users with a history of non-engagement with services

Accountabilities:

Casework

· Solution-focused casework interventions with women who have experienced VAWG and severe and multiple disadvantage

· Provide emotional support using a trauma informed approach

· Build and maintain supportive relationships with ethnically Minoritised women

· Ensure ongoing assessment and management of risks associated with service users within an attitude of ‘positive risk taking’

· Provide support with life skills, including practical assistance where skills are not yet developed

· Maintain accurate case notes and up to date records

About Us

Bridges Outcomes Partnerships (BOP) is a not-for-profit social enterprise that works alongside Government, community groups and specialist Delivery partners to design and deliver vital services that support people to improve their lives, in areas ranging from housing and employment to education and health & wellbeing.

About the opportunity

As an Impact Analyst you will work within a team of skilled analysts. A key programme you will become an integral part of delivering will be a community based, preventative emotional resilience and wellbeing pilot called Turning Tides

Turning Tides is a two-year pilot programme testing innovative means of protecting and promoting the mental health and wellbeing of vulnerable young people along the North Yorkshire Coast. The programme leverages local organisations and their expertise, providing each young person a dedicated coach who works to identify a participant's strengths and ambitions – and takes a community-based asset development approach to match those goals with opportunities in the local area.

Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include.

· Overseeing all data related aspects of the programme including data collection, extraction, cleaning, analysis, reporting, and presentation.

· Gathering and analysing quantitative and qualitative data to measure the impact of service innovations for the programmes you are working across. Produce regular reports and insights that aid decision making to continuously improve programme design.

· Taking initiative to propose and implement relevant analyses to the project to maximise positive impact for participants with the programmes you are supporting.

· Building relationships and working at times directly with Delivery Partners (VCSE organisations who are delivering the frontline services for the programme) to ensure they are able to use the data systems accurately and effectively,

· Identifying opportunities for process automation and improving utilisation of management data by colleagues across the programme.

· Supporting the Programme Lead on all operational and project management needs, including coordination of team activities and providing other administrative support.

· Working with the Investment Lead and colleagues in Finance, to ensure invoices for outcomes achieved by participants within programmes are processed.

3. About the role

Please note that this is a new role at Save the Rhino, which offers the chance to help raise vital funds for rhino conservation efforts in Africa and Asia. The Grants Officer will report to the Grants Manager, who in turn reports to the Grants Lead.

Raising funds for specific rhino conservation field programmes and projects in Africa and Asia is a key part of Save the Rhino’s work. In the financial year 2024-25, c. £2.6m in grants were made in response to donor-funded proposals that were drafted by the grants team. Producing good proposals and credible budgets depends on close liaison with Save the Rhino’s partners in the field to understand the issues that need to be addressed and the proposed approaches to tackle them. Receiving repeat grants from donors depends on consistently providing high-quality, relevant and timely reports that analyse the impact of the grants, as well as developing relationships with the donors built on mutual trust and understanding.

As part of Save the Rhino’s grants management team, the Grants Officer will benefit from the opportunity to learn about rhino conservation in the field, and best practice fundraising. The primary focus of the role will be to support the Conservation and Fundraising teams by drafting narrative and financial reports on grants from individuals, companies, grant-making trusts and foundations, zoos, and governments. In addition, the Grants Officer will also participate in internal and external discussions about project design, monitoring and evaluating impact, and help provide content for Save the Rhino’s website, print, and social media.

4. Key responsibilities

The primary responsibilities of the Grants Officer are to support the Grants Manager and Grants Lead, including:

Programme-facing

• In discussion with field programme partners, help develop project proposals and budgets that can be pitched to potential funders
• Set up report templates for grant recipients to complete
• Assist with monitoring and evaluating grant impact
• Support Save the Rhino’s annual risk assessment process, which involves due diligence of the recipients of our grants

Donor-facing

• Thank the donors of donations for specific programmes or projects of less than £1,000 made to Save the Rhino
• Adapt quarterly / biannual / annual grant reports from field programmes or projects, produced by the Grants Manager and/or Grants Lead, and tailor them to each donor’s requirements
• Manage grants from funds raised by the ForRangers initiative, including liaison with the ForRangers Advisory Board, and communicating the impact of those grants to participants in the annual ForRangers Ultra marathon
• Respond to donors’ requests for images, information, rhino facts etc. on request

Internal

• Participate in and minute weekly meetings to discuss news and priority needs from our partners in the field, grant management and reporting, grant application opportunities, communications opportunities etc.
• Provide compelling copy and images for Save the Rhino’s Communications team to produce content highlighting rhino conservation progress and the impact of donors’ grants
• Ensure all supporter and partner activity is accurately recorded in Save the Rhino’s database (Salesforce) and used effectively for relationship management
• Manage administrative tasks, including creating invoices, and tracking income and expenditure against the budget
• Uphold General Data Protection Regulation, data protection, and fundraising best practice to ensure that Save the Rhino’s fundraising is ethical, inclusive and legally compliant

• Contribute to achieving organisational financial targets and return on investment

CRM and Customer Data Lead

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and motivated CRM and Customer Data Lead to join the Data Services Team.

The Role

Background and summary of the job

The Minster Centre is a registered charity and company limited by guarantee that provides training in psychotherapy and counselling and an affordable therapy service.

It was founded in 1978 as the first Integrative psychotherapy and counselling training in the UK and is a leading psychotherapy training institution. Now based in Queens Park, NW London, it runs training ranging from open access introductory courses to post-graduate degrees validated by Middlesex University. The Minster Centre caters for around 300 diploma and MA students each year. It is registered with the Office for Students.

The Minster Centre Psychotherapy & Counselling Service (MCPCS) also provides a safe, affordable and professional counselling service to people over the age of 18 who are experiencing a range of difficulties. We strive to offer a high-quality and affordable Psychotherapy and Counselling service to the community and to offer our trainees an experience underpinned by our values.

The Minster Centre Psychotherapy & Counselling Service Administrator will work with the Clinical Services Manager and one other Administrator to ensure the smooth running of the service and support in its continuing development.

Role purpose

Enquiries

• Dealing with phone and email enquiries including potential MCPCS clients, existing clients, trainee therapists and placement providers, etc.
• Emailing Assessment Application Forms, assessing suitability of enquirer for service – asking for additional help when required from the Clinical Services Manager.

Administration

• Providing strong administrative support to the Clinical Services Manager.
• Providing regular detailed data information to the Clinical Services Manager, including reports from Access Database and future Charitylog data systems about functionality of service.
• Inputting and updating student data spreadsheets and client spreadsheets relating to client session fees, providing reports and liaising with students, finance team and clients to ensure all session fees are up to date and reporting on any missed payments weekly.
• Administer MCPCS processes and procedures for instance by designing forms and records formats, ensuring they are available to students, supervisors and clients. Ensuring the service has paperwork available to operate effectively: Assessment packs; Allocation packs; student forms.
• Inputting data from paper records and managing electronic records. Keeping data management up to date and archiving files as and when appropriate.
• Assisting Clinical Services Manager and other senior leadership in overseeing MCPCS, with additional tasks as and when requested.

Terms and conditions

Salary: £14,045 pro rata (17.5 hours) - £28,090 FTE (35 hours)

Hours: 17.5 hours per week. Candidates must be available to work on Thursdays.

Location: Hybrid working (onsite and home). The applicant must be available to work from the Minster Centre office (Queen’s Park, NW6) at least one day a week which must include Thursdays.

Contract: 12-month fixed term contract

Holidays: 33 days (including bank holidays) pro rata

Communications Assistant

Location: Remote with flexible working arrangements. You will be expected to attend regular team meetings in Bristol (with paid travel and subsistence).

Salary: £26,000 per year FTE, dependent on experience.

Contract: We are open to this role being part time (0.8FTE) or full time. We offer fully flexible working.

You will provide communications support for Good Faith Partnership and a range of projects we deliver, including:

● The Warm Welcome Campaign for people right across the UK particularly those experiencing fuel poverty or loneliness;

● Welcome Hubs for refugees and asylum seekers;

● ChurchWorks which aims to bring the Christian Church and government closer together to effect positive change in UK society.

We anticipate that the successful candidate will spend around two-thirds of their time supporting the Warm Welcome Campaign and the remainder supporting wider Good Faith Partnership projects.

You’ll work across all aspects of communications, including design and content creation, e-marketing, social media engagement and delivery, events, website management and managing our photo and story libraries. You’ll be delivering communications to support our campaigning and influencing, fundraising, awareness raising, storytelling and brand elevation.

Responsibilities

Working closely with the Communications Manager and Director of Communications you will work in the following areas:

Content creation

You will help bring Good Faith’s many projects to life through engaging visuals, videos and communications materials by:

● Creating visual assets using design software such as Canva

● Creating other visual content including short-form video

● Helping commission other visually led content such as banners, flyers and reports

Social media

A significant part of the role includes increasing our reach through social media:

● Creating and scheduling regular content for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Threads, Bluesky and X

● Using insight data to drive social engagement

● Developing strategic partnerships with relevant accounts on the different social platforms

● Engaging with partners and stakeholders on social platforms—sharing stories with the wider team as standard

● Support email communications

You will support the Communications Manager in a year-round programme of PR and media relations by:

● Creating lists of contacts in our media database
