Position Overview
The Team Administrator is responsible for providing efficient, organised and proactive administrative support to the CEO, as well as supporting the wider team across a number of administrative areas.
The role holder will also liaise with partners, Chapters, grant funders and a range of other interested partners and collaborators, on behalf of the CEO, working seamlessly with their job share partner.
Main Duties
Executive Assistant support
Work closely with the CEO and job share partner to provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, ensuring the smooth running of CEO’s office and that secretarial and other administrative work is produced to a high standard and within set deadlines.
● Manage the CEO’s diary, balancing competing priorities and understanding the need for the degree of flexibility that is required within a busy schedule
● Arrange meetings and make travel arrangements, drawing up itineraries, arranging accommodation and liaising with host organisations within the UK and overseas as necessary.
● Prepare, organise, and manage documents and presentations for meetings, ensuring timely distribution and follow-up
● Act as a key liaison between the CEO and external stakeholders, maintaining professionalism and confidentiality at all times
● Handle sensitive information and deal with complex requests and enquiries, exercising discretion and sound judgement
● Organise and coordinate internal and external meetings (in-person and online) involving the CEO and support her attendance at external meetings, events, and conferences in the UK and abroad (including travel and accommodation arrangements), ensuring the CEO’s schedule runs efficiently
● Draft and proofread correspondence, reports, and other documents as required.
● Maintain and update digital filing systems and databases, ensuring accurate record-keeping
● Make expense claims on the CEO’s behalf ensuring necessary receipts/invoices are submitted

General administration
● Responsible for monitoring the admin inbox, assessing and, responding as needing, and escalating matters as appropriate
● Order consumables and other items as required in line with the Expenses Policy, ensuring costs are within budget
● Coordinate travel and hotel arrangements
● Support the Community and Engagement team by providing administrative support for branding and trademarking registrations.
● Take minutes and circulate along with resulting action points as needed
● Assist with projects, including research, data entry, and preparing reports
● Provide administrative support to the annual report process, working with the Project Manager
● Provide cover for other members of the administrative team during absences, as needed
The above is not an exhaustive list of duties. The role holder may be asked to take on different tasks as required. All employees are expected to work collaboratively to support the overall work of the Initiative.
The role holder will be required to work on-site, the working pattern is to be agreed with the hiring managers but currently expected to be Wednesday to Friday weekly.
Given the global nature of the Initiative, the role may require some flexibility on working hours outside of standard office hours, although it is not anticipated that the role holder will need to travel outside of the UK.

Overview of the role
As the organisation’s Head of Finance and Data, you will be an experienced, and trusted professional, who can bring strong financial and data disciplines to the organisation.

Our innovative Open the Gate (OTG) programme at our Battersea Hub offers work experience, volunteering opportunities, accredited training, mentoring, and signposting support to participants/ Apprentices at any point on their resettlement journey.
About the role:
We are now looking for an experienced and dynamic Engagement and Support Officer (ESO) to join our team. The successful candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of the challenges faced by people in contact with the criminal justice system and will work proactively to establish meaningful and sustainable cross-referral pathways with external agencies. They will nurture a professional, inclusive, and safe working environment; use their knowledge, insights, and expertise to support tangible outcomes for all Open The Gate participants; and develop the wider programme offer in line with our organisational objectives.
In line with our risk management policies and processes, the successful candidate for this role will be expected to support Open the Gate Apprentices with a range of offending histories. - A proven track record of case management, and experience ensuring all case records and caseload processes are clear and up to date.

Reducing the Risk of Domestic Abuse Prevention & Training Officer
Background to the post
Reducing the Risk is an Oxfordshire based charity committed to the safety and empowerment of victims of abuse and of those who support them - and to promoting partnership working. The charity acts as a safe, trustworthy, responsive and inclusive resource for victims and their families, through its services in Oxfordshire, and for volunteers and practitioners nationally through its consultancy and training.
In particular it has developed the Reducing the Risk DA Champion Network. This involves: multi agency training, supporting and linking front line practitioners from a range of services so that they can work together to reduce the risk and promote the wellbeing of victims and survivors.
The charity plans to develop its training service as a self-sustaining social enterprise. The Prevention & Training Officer will play a vital role in the development of the charity’s work.
Scope and purpose of the role
The post holder will be a key member of Reducing the Risk’s Training Team.
The post holder will focus on identifying, building and working in partnership with external partners, local stakeholders and communities regionally and nationally to support the entrepreneurial element of Reducing the Risk. They will, together with the Prevention & Training Manager and CEO, carry responsibility for the development of relationships and opportunities. They will expand and deliver Reducing the Risk’s training offers, scale out Reducing the Risk’s Network of DA Champions and support the development of new and existing stakeholder relationships.
They will also be expected both to design and deliver training and to organise and manage elements of Reducing the Risk’s training workload.

The National Pro Bono Centre brings together charities dedicated to providing pro bono legal services and improving access to justice. The role:
To build on our achievements, we are looking for someone to lead on strategy, to promote collaboration and coordination across the sector, to maintain and develop relationships with key stakeholders, and to oversee and lead on the growth and development of our portfolio of projects and activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic leadership – Continuing to develop NPBC’s strategy in accordance with the vision, mission, strategic priorities, and values of the charity, working together with the Board of Trustees, staff, and our key stakeholders.
- Operational management - Ensuring that the organisation is run efficiently, with robust financial controls. Managing the small team (3 permanent employees and 3 contractors). Working with the team on projects and events management.

The postholder will develop and lead fundraising and partnerships, raising crucial funds to support MumsAid’s growth. We are looking for an experienced, versatile fundraiser who can hit the ground running, bring a holistic approach and work with a range of donors and funders to help MumsAid develop a sustainable income pipeline.
This role has strategic accountability for fundraising and managing funder relationships. You will lead our competitive tendering and grant application work, and develop our corporate partnerships.
This is a part-time post, flexible on location, although some travel within the UK may be required. The role will provide support at fundraising events, requiring some occasional evening and weekend commitments (for which time in lieu will be granted).
Main Duties
Leadership and Management:
· Work alongside the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and Board (particularly the Fundraising and Marketing Subgroup) to proactively identify potential sources of funding and realise opportunities for growth.
· Devise and develop appropriate strategies, produce and deliver strong proposals and pitches.
· Provide knowledge of current fundraising practice and develop a consistent working strategy that is sustainable.
· Assist in informing long-term financial/business planning and clarifying priorities.
· Support the SLT and Board in developing a comprehensive framework for reporting on the charity’s impact, including to funders.
Oversee and support monitoring submissions.
Fundraising:
· Develop, implement and evaluate a fundraising strategy in line with MumsAid’s priorities, to include key areas of focus – fundraising from trusts and foundations, statutory fundraising, corporate fundraising, to secure c. £500k over the next 2 years.
· Research, formulate and write applications, bids and tenders, including to statutory funders and trusts and foundations, coordinating with other team members for input as necessary.
· Build strong relationships with existing and potential funders, partners and stakeholders.
· Write reports for funders to meet deadlines and submit further applications for existing funders where appropriate.
· Work with the SLT and Board to develop and maintain strong relationships with commissioners, funders, partners and corporate organisations to ensure good communication about organisational/project progress, address any issues that arise, and identify new income streams.
Organisational and General Duties:
· Maximise fundraising efficiency by using and developing our CRM to ensure there is a clear process for recording and managing fundraising activity.
· Contribute to the financial planning, budgeting and management accounts process.
· Contribute to the development of MumsAid’s understanding and communication of our Return on Investment (ROI).
· Report regularly on KPIs, monitoring and evaluating against social impact and ROI.
· Develop and manage a reporting schedule for the Board and funders to ensure monitoring and reporting is in done in an effective manner in line with organisational priorities, tracking restricted and unrestricted income, project development and targets.
· Maintain awareness of fundraising and charity law and ensure that activity adheres to relevant legislation and guidance.
Communications and Marketing:
Liaise with colleagues to help shape and implement our marketing and communications plan, ensuring our reputation is upheld and our knowledge is shared through positive, consistent and accurate communications and messaging.
