About the role:
This role is based in London with Hybrid working.
As a Senior IDVA you will be:
- The main purpose of the job is to effectively manage and develop a high quality, innovative and pro-active domestic abuse service for victims and their children, including those at highest risk. Also you will need to ensure that the service prioritises the safety, security and dignity of service users and their children.
- The job would also include you being lead in crisis situations and to provide advice and guidance on safeguarding issues and information sharing concern
- Work within a multi-agency framework consisting of the MARAC and local partnership responses to domestic abuse to keep safety central to all services for victims of domestic abuse.
- Develop your team and address their individual development/performance needs, set individual and team objectives and undertake annual appraisals.
You will need:
- To be successful in this role, you will need to have an excellent understanding of domestic abuse, including the impact on victims and their children, and the legal and practical remedies available to these clients.
- Knowledge and understanding of safeguarding practice and legislation relating to equal opportunities and diversity, inclusivity, safeguarding and risk assessments.
- Experience managing the delivery of domestic abuse services and managerial experience will also be necessary as well as having a thorough understanding of IDVA work.
- A proven ability to confidently use various IT systems including Case Management, Microsoft Office, Zoom, Outlook and other online applications/platforms.
- You would also need to hold a SafeLives IDVA training certificate, a relevant degree, a vocational qualification or have equivalent experience.
- An enhanced criminal record check and police vetting is required for this role.

The Jewish Museum London has undergone substantial positive change over the past two years, moving out of our Camden site and moving to a ‘Museum without Walls’ model. This role is part of the Enable Parks team, a passionate group of people, who work together to maintain and improve Wandsworth Council’s parks, commons, allotments and other greenspaces. The role of Parks Volunteer Programme coordinator in the Enable Parks team will allow you to demonstrate your skills working with stakeholders and local communities to deliver park improvements, habitat management tasks and one-off volunteering opportunities. You will assist with developing working relations with existing corporate partners and increasing our reach by creating new partnerships in the local area and beyond.
Your responsibility will be to manage and deliver volunteering sessions throughout the entire portfolio of parks and greenspaces. You will develop a volunteering program which is established but in its infancy, working with key managers and the team around you to create a purposeful and output focussed programme of opportunities for local groups and corporate partners. Skills and Experience:

- Proven ability to organise, plan, and manage projects effectively (including budget management, Health and Safety oversight, and environmental monitoring data).
- Experience of managing / supporting volunteers (delivering soft/hard landscaping improvements with volunteers is desirable.)

About the role:
This role is based at our West Bromwich office with the option of hybrid working from home. Travel across the area is required, travelling time is within working hours & expenses are reimbursed. The hours for this role are Monday to Thursday 8am to 4pm and Friday 12pm to 8pm.
As a Caseworker you will:

Justlife are excited to announce that we are recruiting a Community Support Worker in Brighton to join the Changing Futures Team within Brighton & Hove City Council. The post will be co-ordinated between Justlife and Homes & Adult Social Care, working with clients who would benefit from specialist tailored support.
You will work alongside Social Workers, a Domestic Violence and Abuse Worker, a Recovery Coordinator, Homeless Prevention Officers, as well as Peer Support Workers with lived experience. The teams is part of the wider Changing Futures Sussex Systems Change priority is to identify blocks and barriers in the system, recognising best practice and flexible working to overcome the challenges facing people with multiple disadvantage.

Role Summary
The role requires the use of specialist knowledge and relationship skills to influence clients with varying degrees of mental health, addiction and trauma related issues to engage with health services and other agencies across the city. This will include advocacy in registering them for medical services and accompanying them to appointments; assisting them in addressing all aspects of physical and mental health or substance addiction needs, as well as advocating or them to get access to source housing and social security benefits. Working collaboratively with our partners within the Changing Futures Multi-Disciplinary team, the role is dependent on good communication and joint working with a variety of partners and professionals.
The role requires a high degree of motivation to support clients with multiple disadvantage, often in a lone-working situation. With a passion to work collaboratively with others for the good of our clients and with some experience of working in a related field in a voluntary or paid capacity.
A high degree of emotional intelligence is required to support clients, many of whom have complex emotional needs, with backgrounds of trauma, neglect, abuse, crime and low self-worth. A role of this nature will experience a range of emotions from joy to grief and as such requires a high degree of resilience to cope with the emotional demands of the role.
Making decisions “in the moment” to do the right thing to mitigate risk with clients can place high emotional demands on the job holder. The role is highly reactive, unpredictable and at times, chaotic. The role therefore requires a high degree of self-awareness to one’s own resilience levels and exercising appropriate levels of self-care.

Service Delivery
Using frontline practical and procedural knowledge of working with complex clients to support them to engage with health care services during their housing vulnerability. This could include, but is not limited to:
- Assisting them in addressing housing, financial, health or wellbeing need
- Accompanying them to appointments
- Collaborating with agencies within the Changing Futures partner agencies such as the local authority, primary health care housing providers and substance misuse services.
- Advocating on behalf of the service user to access medical care, housing and benefits.

The Role
Active Together is a multimodal prehabilitation and rehabilitation service that has been developed by world leading academics and practitioners at the Advanced Wellbeing Research Centre (AWRC) at Sheffield Hallam University and funded by Yorkshire Cancer Research.
Reporting to the Services Manager, The Service Administrator will support the operational and patient-facing functions of the Active Together service. This role involves managing NHS referrals, patient bookings, service appointments, and team administration, ensuring seamless coordination of facilities and resources.
The role involves close collaboration with the Yorkshire Cancer Research Active Together Service team and the Hull University Teaching Hospitals (HUTH) clinical staff delivering the Hull service. You will support the Service Manager in delivering the day-to-day operational management of the service premises. Additionally, you will support the administration involved in onboarding new Yorkshire Cancer Research staff, ensuring a smooth transition into the service.
Specifically, you will:
Patient Flow & Service Coordination
- Process patient referrals and book initial assessments, supporting patient onboarding into the Active Together service.
- Schedule and manage patient appointments, including cancellations, waiting lists, and transport arrangements.
- Assist patients with completing necessary questionnaires.
- Maintain accurate service records including any Electronic Patient Record (EPR) system data and oversee efficient discharge processes.
- Support Service Manager in the management of monitoring and quality assurance data and processes.
- Communicate with service users and stakeholders to provide information about Active Together.
- Support service users in navigating the program and signpost them to relevant health and wellbeing resources.
Administrative & Operational Support
- Support the development, implementation and improvement of service administrative systems and processes.
- Support team administration, including diary management, email monitoring, postal management and staff induction support.
- Oversee stock control for office and service consumables and manage third-party cleaning and maintenance contracts.
- Facilitate room bookings for service appointments, team meetings, and events.
- Undertake minute-taking for team meetings.
- Maintain a welcoming and professional environment, ensuring high standards of customer service.
- Manage service facilities ensuring cleanliness, presentation, and functionality.
- Report and escalate safeguarding concerns in line with Yorkshire Cancer Research policies.
Financial & Procurement Management
- Process purchase orders, invoices, and expenses as required.
- Maintain optimal stock levels for patient literature and welcome packs, service equipment, office, and centre supplies.
Other duties
- Support service data collection and evaluation initiatives.
- Provide cover during staff absences and assist in general administrative duties.
- Ensure compliance with mandatory training, governance procedures, and service improvement initiatives.
- Be trained as a First Aider and Fire Marshal and manage the rota for First Aid and Fire Marshal cover
About You
To be considered for this role, you will need:
- To be educated to GCSE level (or equivalent qualifications /experience) to include English Language at grade 4/C or above.
- To have NVQ 3 Business Admin or Customer Services or equivalent experience
- To have demonstrable short courses or equivalent experience in report writing, data collation and analysis of results
- To have experience in administrative role(s) within healthcare or service-based environments
- To have experience of Lorenzo/Patient Administration Systems, databases and information systems
- To have experience of implementing and developing operational and administrative processes and procedures.
- To have experience of working in a role where organisational skills are essential and there is a requirement to work autonomously and as part of various teams across an organisation.
- To have experience of utilising excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.

The postholder will play a key role in helping us achieve our strategic aim of financial sustainability by growing our active regular donor base to 10.5k supporters and leading on innovative and data-led acquisition campaigns across digital and offline channels.
You will work as part of the Direct Marketing team and be responsible for end-to-end delivery of high-performing integrated campaigns. From shaping channel strategy and briefing creative, to analysing results and presenting strategic insights to senior leadership, this role offers a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful and visible impact on income growth. You’ll also collaborate closely with colleagues to ensure new supporters experience a seamless and engaging journey as they become long-term supporters.
