About You

• Previous experience in a senior/supervisory role in residential care.
• Hold an NVQ Level 3 in Residential Care (Level 5 desirable or willingness to work towards it)
• Have a strong understanding of safeguarding and relevant legislation.

• Experience working in care, preferably with individuals with learning disabilities or complex health needs.
• Experience providing personal care and support and the administration of medication.

The Independent Living Medication Support Service (ILMSS) in Lambeth is a community-based floating support service designed for adults with primary mental health needs and often dual diagnoses.

The service aims to help individuals stay well, avoid hospitalisation, and live independently in the community. The service provides one-to-one support in customer's homes to build awareness, routines, and skills for medication management. Furthermore, it aims to support customers with housing, benefits, and social issues through short-term interventions.

As Service Manager for the Lambeth ILMS service, you will lead a dynamic team delivering floating support to 105 customers and medication support to 35 customers across the borough. Leadership and competence development in direct reports is a key responsibility of the role. Post-holders may also carry client group specialism responsibilities, linking in with other Managers and Head of Services to ensure focused integration of specialisms across the whole organisation.

The working pattern for this role is primarily Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, with occasional requirements for weekend and out-of-hours work to meet service needs.

More about the role:  As Systems Coordinator, you’ll manage and continue to develop our Salesforce CRM system, ensuring it supports teams across fundraising, finance, business development and delivery. You’ll champion good data habits, support staff with training, and oversee our KPI dashboards to enable data-driven decision making. You’ll also help assess and implement new IT systems, including exploring the potential of AI to enhance our efficiency and impact.

About the Organisation

This is a brand new locally run youth charity, and will be the first Youth Zone in Yorkshire.  It is set to provide thousands of young people with the opportunity to have fun, make new friends, try something new and feel safe. Events Fundraising Manager role:

We are seeking a highly organised, creative, and results-driven Event Manager to lead and grow Roundabout’s events portfolio. This is a pivotal role in our fundraising team, taking overall responsibility for the planning, delivery, and evaluation of our events programme to maximise income, engage supporters, and raise awareness of youth homelessness in South Yorkshire.

As Event Manager, you will have ownership of our flagship events — A Night at the Musicals, Sleep Out, and The Yorkshire Chocolate Festival — ensuring they are delivered to the highest standard and achieve ambitious fundraising targets. Key Accountabilities:
