The Role

 We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive IT & Data Support professional to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will:

• Be the first point of contact for staff technology queries (hardware, software, connectivity, CRM, Microsoft 365, etc.).
• Troubleshoot and resolve straightforward issues; escalate complex cases to suppliers or the Head of Technology & Data.
• Log and monitor support cases with third-party suppliers, ensuring timely resolution.
• Support the day-to-day operation of our CRM system, assisting with user queries, data issues, and development needs.
• Assist colleagues across the organisation with CRM queries, data and reporting requests, and member data analysis.
• Develop, maintain, and run routine reports to support business activities, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
• Work with the Head of Technology & Data to build dashboards and reports (Power BI or equivalent) to monitor KPIs and member engagement.
• Provide informal training, knowledge-sharing sessions, and guidance materials to help colleagues make the best use of technology and data.
• Maintain accurate records of issues, resolutions, and supplier interactions to build organisational knowledge.
• Support compliance with data protection and IT security practices.
• Contribute to documentation of processes, FAQs, and how-to guides for internal use.

Essential:

• Good working knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, SharePoint).
• Experience working with CRM systems and handling data queries.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to produce accurate reports and interpret data.
• Excellent communication skills, able to explain technical and data concepts clearly to non-technical colleagues.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritise and manage multiple workstreams.
• Customer-service orientation with a problem-solving mindset.

Desirable:

• Knowledge of data structures, relational databases, and reporting best practice.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
• Experience with Power BI (or similar reporting/visualisation tools).
• Knowledge of IT security and data protection best practice.
• Familiarity with working alongside external suppliers or IT service providers.

About the role:

A new and exciting role has arisen within our HR team as HR Manager to lead and execute day-to-day HR operations. You will support a team of HR Coordinators to ensure that every stage of the employee lifecycle is handled efficiently and accurately, in accordance with legislation, organisational policies, and best practice.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Operations and Systems Manager to join our team. As Operations and Systems Manager, you will ensure SMK’s operations are well managed, and make sure that we have all the processes, technology and policies needed to operate effectively. We’re looking for someone to take initiative to improve things where needed and bring their experience from elsewhere to the team.   

The Operations and Systems Manager will work closely with the CEO, Board and staff team of 6, and hold the relationships with our external IT, Accounting and HR providers. You will also play a key role within the organisation in shaping culture and supporting staff to carry out their roles to the best of their abilities.

Flexible and Hybrid Working

Our office base is located in central London. You need to be in the office for a minimum of 1 day per week and further Team Days and Board Away Days. Travel and accommodation for working at our London office is at the job-holders own expense. Expenses incurred for SMK business outside London are covered by the charity.

The 15hours per week can be worked flexibly across Monday to Thursday, with a preference for them to include at least part of Monday and Tuesday to accommodate our weekly team meetings (Monday mornings) and Board Meetings which occur quarterly (Tuesday afternoons)..

About the Event

The Schools Triathlon is a fun, mass participation sporting event for 7–13 year olds. Its mission? To get more young people moving, having fun, and discovering the power of fundraising. In 2025, over 10,000 young people took part in 12 events, raising an incredible £1.5 million for Restless Development and local charities. Since it began, the Schools Triathlon has raised over £5 million—making it our flagship fundraising event.

About the Role

As the Fundraising Events Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in delivering the Schools Triathlon series. You’ll work closely with a wide range of stakeholders, including the Schools Triathlon Committee, event venues, local schools, participants, volunteers, and our event delivery partners.

You’ll take the lead on two to three Schools Triathlon events, managing all aspects of planning and delivery with the school and our third party event company. This includes delivering engaging school assemblies at local schools to inspire pupils to take part and fundraise for Restless Development.

Our volunteers are the heart of the Schools Triathlon and without them, these events simply couldn’t happen. This role will be crucial in recruiting, coordinating, and supporting volunteers before, during, and after each event.

With support from the Senior Fundraising Manager. You will:

• Develop and implement creative volunteer recruitment strategies.
• Build strong relationships with local community groups 
• Manage volunteer communications, ensuring a positive and rewarding experience.
• Work closely with each of the host schools to support them with their student and staff volunteers
• Lead on the Duke of Edinburgh volunteer programme, working closely with host schools to expand and strengthen this initiative.

This is a varied and hands-on role, offering plenty of opportunities to develop your skills across different areas of events and volunteer management. You’ll need to be proactive, adaptable, and able to manage your time effectively while staying calm under pressure. Key Responsibilities:

Schools Triathlon Events:

• Support the planning and delivery of Schools Triathlon events from start to finish.
• Work collaboratively with the wider Schools Triathlon team to ensure smooth logistics, communications, and event-day operations.
• Attend meetings with schools, venues, and third-party suppliers to coordinate event logistics.
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with key stakeholders including schools, committees, and delivery partners.

Systems, Processes & Communications:

• Support the team with event communications, ensuring timely, accurate, and professional responses.
• Use DotDigital to deliver email communications to volunteers and event participants.
• Confidently use Excel to process data and maintain accurate records across internal and external databases.
• Log and manage data accurately in Eventrac (registration system) and Salesforce (CRM), including imports, new records, and regular data cleaning.
• Support the management of fundraising through JustGiving, ensuring all fundraising pages are correctly logged and tracked within the CRM.

As a senior member of Hestia's operations team, your role is pivotal in ensuring the effective delivery of the organisation's strategic objectives. What do I need to bring with me?

Salary: £40,000 - £45,000

Location: Hybrid – 3 days London office (SW17 9SH), 2 days WFH

We have a great opportunity for a Fundraising Manager to join the team at a charity empowering young people from low-income backgrounds across London to pursue enterprising careers and achieve financial progress.

This newly created role offers the opportunity to shape and lead fundraising activity, with a focus on trusts, foundations, and statutory income. Reporting to the Head of Programmes & Delivery, you’ll build and manage a fundraising pipeline, develop compelling bids, and contribute to strategic planning—including the development of an annual fundraising event.

They’re looking for someone with a proven track record in securing funding, who brings a proactive, creative mindset and enjoys working in a mission-led environment. The charity offers room to innovate, a positive culture, and genuine opportunities for growth.

To be successful as the Fundraising Manager you will need:

• Proven track record of securing income from trusts, foundations, or statutory funders
• Experience in building and managing a fundraising pipeline
• Excellent grant/proposal writing skills with strong research abilities
• A proactive, entrepreneurial approach with excellent collaboration skills
