About the Role
As a critical member of the strategic leadership team (SLT) for Emmaus UK, the Director of Partnerships and Federation Development will take lead responsibility for ensuring the provision of high-quality support, advice, capacity building and grant-making for federation members in the UK.
The postholder will play a key role in the development of national strategic partnerships and will collaborate with federation members to ensure that federation strategic priorities are delivered and that our colleagues across the federation are able to do their very best work supporting people to overcome homelessness and poverty.
The role will also ensure effective programme and project management of directorate projects and work to embed cross-directorate working and co-operation.

We are looking for a Prospect Research & Donor Insight Manager to join the National Theatre Development Team.
The purpose of the role
This role is an exciting opportunity to help shape the future of fundraising at the National Theatre, as we look to grow our income from individual members, major donors, trusts and corporate organisations.
Working with the Senior Prospect Research & Donor Insight Manager, you will develop a strong fundraising pipeline that will ensure the team can reach their long-term targets.
Your natural curiosity will lead you to identify new opportunities using a variety of online sources in combination with the NT’s database, Tessitura, and you will be able to articulate your recommendations to fundraisers in a concise and compelling way. With excellent attention to detail, this role also undertakes due diligence research into potential funders to assess any risks to the NT of accepting funds. This role also manages the Development Operations Assistant, who leads the day-to-day administration of the Development database.
The role has scope to offer insights across the whole Development team and NT senior management, and would suit a strong collaborator with enthusiasm for the work of the NT.

Job Purpose
This role sits within our crisis alternative service, Safe Space, which is an out of hours service providing a safe and welcoming space for people who are feeling distressed and experiencing crisis. The service operates 365 days a year from 12:00 (midday)-11:30pm across all of our boroughs.
This role is for our Ealing Safe Space, 4:30pm - 11:30pm. You may be required to cover at other locations across Hammersmith & Fulham, Ealing and Hounslow.
Staff within the service will provide person-centred, practical and emotional support, face to face or via telephone on a one-to-one or group basis to individuals experiencing mental health crisis.
The objectives of the service include:
- To improve the mental wellbeing of people experiencing mental health crisis in HFEH.
- To provide support to clients accessing the service- for instance: signposting, de-escalation, planned wellbeing activities etc.
- To contribute to an improvement in individual mental wellbeing.
- To remain a source of independent support for all clients.
- To treat service users with respect, dignity and personalised support
- To raise awareness of mental health services available with the goal to improve long term mental health and reduce social isolation
- To increase self-management skills of those accessing the service

The Role
The role of the team manager will be to support the rest of the team in delivering interventions on a one-to-one and group basis. The role will also involve triaging and assessing all clients accessing the service, signposting and delivering collaborative self-management plans with clients to improve mental wellbeing. The role will also include line management and supervision of support workers within the service. Team managers are responsible for management of their site; including report writing, audits and being the named manager for the site. This role directly supports the service managers in keeping to a high standard service.

Main duties and responsibilities
Fundraising Overview
1. Develop, deliver, and monitor a fundraising strategy for Pecan.
2. Maximise the contributions and connections with local churches and individuals.
3. Coordinate all Appeals including the Pecan and Foodbank Christmas fundraising campaigns and Big Give Campaigns across all income and media streams.
4. Research and utilise new fundraising streams and opportunities across Pecan such as Payroll Giving, Legacies, in Memory Giving and Online Giving.
Supporter Engagement and Stewardship
1. Establish systems, procedures, proactive stewardship, and an engagement programme to provide the highest levels of service to Pecan’s supporters.
2. To be responsible for thanking all supporters and managing a supporter engagement journey – ensuring that effective processes are in place and driving levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
3. Act as the ‘first point of call’ for all supporters and managing complaints and issues, ensuring they are reported centrally within agreed procedures, that they are resolved or escalated as necessary and maintaining excellent communication with supporters throughout these processes.
4. Develop and implement stewardship programmes including reactivation of lapsed donors.
Database Management
1. Assist with setting up our CRM database with responsibility of developing and maintaining the database, ensuring efficient, appropriate data capture and analysis for the purpose of effective stewardship, fundraising and communications.
2. Maintain data management standards, assisting with the implementation of processes and policies ensuring best practice is followed.
3. Train other staff members to be able to use the database sufficiently.

3. Work with the Marketing Manager on fundraising communication and to ensure donors are kept up to date on the difference their support makes.

Church Giving
1. Inspire churches to journey with us as we transform lives in Peckham.
2. Pioneer and develop a broad range of relationships with churches, organisations, and denominations across Southwark.
3. Work strategically with denominations to inspire partnership and engagement with Pecan across their networks and congregations.
4. Build a team of speakers who will host and speak at meetings with churches and Christian networks in Southwark.

Fundraising Appeals and Campaigns
1. Work alongside teams and Partnerships Manager to project manage fundraising appeals and campaigns including Pecan at 35yrs; Christmas Campaigns etc.

3. Oversight of Enthuse campaign pages.
4. Establish a corporate fundraising strategy with an accompanying narrative, alongside the Partnerships Manager, to explain the work of Pecan to potential company supporters.

Staff and Volunteers
1. Support with recruiting fundraising volunteers as appropiate.

Our partner, an international charity, seeks an interim finance manager to support the international finance team. The successful candidate will be an all-rounder, with experience in preparing consolidated annual accounts, management accounts, whilst being hands on and taking on transactional elements of the role.

Experience of leading on the production of annual consolidated accounts as per charity SORP in the UK, management accounts & analysis, and managing day-to-day accounting and administrative tasks.

- Strong business partnering skills, able to work with finance and non-finance staff in the UK and overseas offices, budget holders and liaise with third parties, including banks and auditors.

Senior Development Officer (Fundraising)
JOB DESCRIPTION
Role:The Senior Development Officer plays an integral role within the Development Team at Forces Employment Charity (FEC). You will work with the Head of Development to produce high quality, bespoke proposals, and reports to demonstrate impact and outcomes to help drive the delivery of FEC across the UK. Inspire provides a full MI service to the nine local authorities that make up the London East sub-region and we work in close partnership with wider London local authorities, career companies and other national partners to support the needs of young people through the intelligent use of management information. We have a reputation for providing insightful and informative data analysis to meet local and national requirements, always ensuring the highest standards of data integrity and security.
Key responsibilities of the MI Data Systems Manager include:
- Supporting the Deputy Director and Senior Systems Manager to develop, implement and manage the MI service.
- Monitoring of data integrity and quality within the database.
- Preparing the submission of mandatory management information to the Department for Education within set deadlines and to national standards.
- Supporting a MI helpline to users of the system.
- Interrogation of the database to conduct analysis and create reports.
- Developing and delivering training in the use of the database.
- Managing a team member.
- Taking lead responsibility for the production, analysis and presentation of MI reports.
- Maintaining a high level of understanding of all national requirements relating to the service.
- Contributing to effective teamwork and information sharing

NAPAC is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Coordinator to focus on marketing and selling our training programmes to external clients in public and private sectors. Key Responsibilities:
- With support, develop and implement a strategic business development plan to market and sell NAPAC's training programmes to external clients, including organisations, agencies, and professionals in fields such as policing, mental health, social work, education and others.

Skills and experience required:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and effectively communicate with clients and stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of sales principles and the pipeline process, customer relationship management, and marketing concepts.
- Proactive and results-oriented mindset, with a willingness to take initiative and drive projects forward.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, as well as independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.

About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to work with Sustrans as part of the Fundraising and Supporter Engagement team as the E-Commerce Manager.
In line with our ecommerce strategy, Sustrans has invested over the past years to increase sales through our e-commerce shop and now needs to find new approaches to maximise revenue.
As the E-Commerce Manager, you will be responsible for maximising e-commerce revenue by optimising the martech stack, improving audience insights, product development/management and promotion through digital and offline marketing channels.
As part of the Fundraising and Supporter Engagement team, you will work closely with colleagues in Supporter Engagement and Giving, Strategic Communications, Finance as well as external agencies and suppliers.
This role has line management responsibilities for two-part time colleagues, the E-Commerce Promotions Officer and the E-Commerce Products Officer.

About you
You should have experience of leading, motivating and managing a team as well as demonstratable experience of working in e-commerce ideally in cycling/outdoor or an allied industry.
You will have previously improved customer experience and increased loyalty, as well as having worked with Shopify, website content management systems and ideally integrations with Facebook and Amazon. You will be skilled in project delivery to agreed deadlines and budgets.
