Overview

The newly appointed Data Analyst will lead the development of the ministry’s data collection and analysis function. You will be a key element in ensuring we have the right data, at the right time, with the right people who have the right understanding.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain our data model to gain insight and understanding into the ministry’s performance.

• Provide expert data insights to inform evidence-based decision making.

• Build clear reporting to assist SLT, National Directors and department heads in recognising and understanding key insights and drivers.

• Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to monitor outreach and operational performance.

• Work across the ministry to enhance and advance data usage and governance.

• Collaborate with departments within the ministry to enhance understanding of and gain insights from the data model

Person Requirement

• Expertise in statistical analysis and data modelling in relation to campaign analysis, segmentation and propensity modelling.
• Experience and expertise utilising data-analysis tools such as Power Bi.
• Strong background in analysing large volumes of data, both quantitative and qualitative demonstrating an ability to identify valuable and actionable insights.
• An effective communicator, both verbally and in writing. Able to work collaboratively with multiple internal stakeholders and the SLT in assisting them in understanding and leveraging data analysis results.
• Success in promoting culture change across teams with relation to evidence-based decision making and excellence in delivery.
• Able to manage multiple projects, identifying and prioritising opposing demands.
• A degree or equivalent qualification in a numerate discipline such as maths or statistics

About the role:

We have two roles available for Day Concierges to join our team at Single Homeless Project. 

As a Day Concierge, you will be at the heart of this mission, providing essential support for the day-to-day operations of the service. Westminster:

Joining our team in Westminster, the role is key in ensuring that everyone feels welcome and included in the service creating a safe, welcoming and supportive environment for our clients. The Kean Street hub is located in Aldwych and supports clients with high supported needs, with two low supported accommodation services in Oxford Circus. 

The working rota for this role is 37.5 hours per week 8am - 4pm Monday to Friday.

Your Role

As Head of Harm Reduction and Engagement, you’ll lead our Drug & Alcohol Support Hub (DASH) service, detached outreach provision and youth justice support – while driving innovation in youth empowerment, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI), and new service models. Main Purposes of Job and Key Tasks

We are seeking a highly organised and quick-witted Operations Officer to join our dynamic team at Spring Community Hub. The ideal candidate will have experience in operations or project management and excel at managing multiple priorities simultaneously. This role is crucial in supporting the day-to-day operations of the organisation and ensuring smooth workflows across various departments.

In addition to their primary operations duties, the Operations Officer will also play a key role in recruiting and managing volunteers, organising events, and assisting with fundraising activities. About The Role

As Principal Legal Adviser (Maternity cover), you will collaborate with Uplift’s team and key partners to ensure that our collective work is underpinned by robust and forward-thinking legal and policy analysis. Uplift has taken and supported high-profile climate litigation and used legal insight to generate front-page headlines linked to our campaigns. Responsibilities

Core responsibilities include:

Strategy and leadership

• Responsible for the development and implementation of Uplift’s legal strategy.
• Lead the development of Uplift’s strategic legal work, including litigation, law reform advocacy, and legal advice and analysis, that advances Uplift’s objectives.
• Lead the delivery of work programmes - including management of diverse and complex litigation and associated legal campaigns/communications - in line with Uplift’s legal strategy.
