WCCM seeks to appoint an experienced, creative, and highly motivated Grant and Major Donor Fundraising Manager to lead fundraising and grant management across a global organisation dedicated to the teaching of Christian Meditation.

Working to the Executive Director, you will interact with our decentralised finance, marketing and communications staff and volunteers.  

Together, you will nurture Major Donor relationships and create and manage appropriate donor stewardship schemes and rationalise our income streams.

You’ll ensure grant reporting and management is kept on track whilst developing targeted proposals for new funding from sympathetic donors in the arena of Trusts and foundations.  

You will work to support both our teaching and resourcing of meditation and the running of our retreat centre in Bonnevaux, near Poitiers in France.

An excellent writer with excellent financial and budgeting skills, you will be adept at pulling together relevant, succinct and compelling information for our donor reports and bids.

You’ll work with communications staff to develop impactful donor communications which enhance our accountability and inspire renewed major donations.  

You will have a demonstrable track record in winning grants as well as in the stewardship of major donors.  

Occasional trips to France.

Our partner, an established UK charity with a focus on fighting poverty by transforming access to health care services in lower- and middle-income countries in Africa seeks a highly dynamic individual for a one-year fixed-term contract, with the possibility of an extension. The position is part of the management team, and the post holder will be expected to lead on the financial accounting, management accounting, and budgeting for the organisation as well as taking forward some strategic finance and operations projects as we expand our programmes in existing countries. The individual will also be expected to support the Co-CEOs with administrative, compliance and IT related tasks.

Finance
•Maintain a strong control environment, ensuring accounting records are complete and accurate.
Financial accounting
•Prepare annual statutory accounts in accordance with SORP 2015.
•Prepare for the annual external audit and host auditors ensuring the audit process runs smoothly. This includes supporting Vision Action’s country offices in hosting their respective audits.
•Ensure annual statutory accounts are finalised and submitted to Companies House and the Charity Commission by the appropriate deadlines.

Management accounting
•Coordinate the month-end process with the Finance Officer (UK) and Programme Finance Lead, and review transaction postings.
•Prepare monthly management accounts with cash flow forecasts, modifying the format as needed to suit the preferences of senior management and the Board of Trustees.
•Prepare the annual organisational budget and mid-year reforecast.
•Improve existing budget templates to enable straightforward and transparent budgeting for donors.
Support to country offices
•Collaborate with the Programme Finance Lead on a monthly basis to reconcile intercompany accounts, ensuring that reconciling items are cleared promptly.
•Support country office teams in fulfilling any reporting and financial compliance requirements.
•Conduct internal process reviews (internal audits) of country offices where required.
•Review the bi-weekly payment runs for the UK office and the monthly country office fund requests, ensuring cash flow planning is in place for these payments.
•Ensure asset registers are maintained appropriately.

Administration
•Support staff in conducting procurement in line with our procurement policy.
•Assist with preparation for quarterly Board meetings.
•Support office management tasks.

Other
Review and develop existing policies and procedures (e.g. the Finance Manual).

The LTA Tennis Foundation, the LTA's official charity, is in the exciting, early stages of their fundraising journey and we are looking to recruit our first Philanthropy Manager, to support the Fundraising Lead in delivering our plan, taking a particular lead on managing our relationships with High Net Worth Individuals (HNWIs).

We are fortunate to have an impressive, and growing, portfolio of prospective major donors and this role will be responsible for further prospecting, the cultivation of gifts, and stewarding of HNWIs – ensuring we build high impact relationships that help us to achieve our ambitious financial targets. While major donors will be your focus, as a small team, you will also play an important role in supporting the Fundraising Lead with a significant programme of wider activity within our fundraising plan.

About the role

As Trusts Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving the growth of Crisis’ income from charitable trusts, foundations, and lottery funders. You’ll also manage a healthy prospect pipeline - driving forward new relationships while ensuring the team meets its income targets and continues to grow its supporter base.

We are seeking a flexible, reliable, and enthusiastic Support Worker to deliver and develop services for Young Carers aged 5–16. The role involves three key parts. The first is delivering engaging, age-appropriate activities that promote wellbeing, reduce isolation, and give Young Carers a break from their responsibilities. About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to lead the launch and development of Imprinted, Imperial College Union’s brand-new Temp Staff Agency. Designed to provide flexible and meaningful employment opportunities for Imperial students, the agency will serve both internal departments and external clients, enhancing the student experience while supporting the Union’s commercial strategy.

As Temp Agency Manager, you will be responsible for building and managing a high-performing student workforce, ensuring operational excellence, and driving business growth. You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the agency’s culture, systems, and reputation, working collaboratively across the College and Union to deliver a professional, inclusive, and commercially sustainable service.

This is a self-starting and rewarding role for someone with strong operational, people, and business development skills, who is passionate about student success and service innovation.

What you would be doing

You will lead the day-to-day operations of the Temp Agency, overseeing recruitment, training, placement, and welfare of a large student workforce. You’ll manage relationships with internal and external clients, ensuring high-quality service delivery and compliance with employment regulations. You’ll also be responsible for financial oversight, performance monitoring, and strategic growth, including expanding the agency’s reach during student vacation periods.

Key responsibilities include:

Operational Management

• Lead daily operations and service delivery across internal and external clients
• Develop systems for onboarding, placement, compliance, and reporting
• Ensure efficient workforce deployment and policy compliance
• Collaborate with departments to forecast staffing needs

Workforce Management

• Recruit and manage 200–300 student staff
• Deliver induction, training, and development programmes
• Foster a positive and inclusive working culture
• Oversee scheduling and resolve staffing issues

Client & Stakeholder Management

• Serve as main contact for clients and partners
• Maintain strong relationships and conduct service reviews
• Negotiate contracts and represent the agency externally

Business Development

• Implement growth strategies and identify new opportunities
• Expand client base during vacation periods
• Collaborate with Marketing to promote the agency
• Monitor market trends and contribute to commercial strategy

Financial & Performance Management

• Manage a £1M annual budget
• Track KPIs and produce reports for senior stakeholders
• Ensure competitive pricing and financial sustainability

• Relevant qualification or equivalent experience in recruitment, HR, operations, or business management
• Employment law or compliance training/qualification
• Proven experience managing a temp agency or large casual workforce
• Experience handling high-volume placements and multiple clients
• Strong commercial acumen and business development experience
• Financial and performance management expertise
• Knowledge of employment law, safeguarding, and agency best practice
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Analytical skills to monitor performance and identify trends
