Galop is looking for an experienced practitioner to provide effective support to LGBT victims and survivors of abuse and violence in the UK. You will work within the advocacy team to deliver advice, support, and advocacy to LGBT victims and survivors of interpersonal abuse and violence each year. You will act as a specialist lead within the advocacy team for work with Trans and Non-Binary survivors, including providing support, advice and expertise to your colleagues and externally.
As a Senior Advocate, you will provide high quality advocacy and support to Trans and Non-Binary people who are subjected to abuse and violence, specifically domestic abuse and sexual violence, focusing on their needs, safety and recovery. This role builds on work that we have been doing for decades to support and empower LGBT people who have been victims of violence and abuse. Your work will enable LGBT people to feel supported, heard and empowered in the face of abuse and violence, and pave the way to a safer future for our community.
You will work directly with Trans and Non-Binary victims/survivors, offering them a space to talk and think through options, helping them plan what they want to do, and offering assistance in getting what they need from services. Your work will focus on needs specifically related to domestic abuse and sexual violence, including issues such as wellbeing, support with the criminal and civil justice process, safety and access to other services to enable survivors to cope and recover. You will be empathetic and thoughtful in your approach to understanding your clients’ needs, while remaining boundaried and mindful of self-care.
You will manage a small number of specialist advocates providing needs-led support, information and advocacy to Trans and Non-Binary survivors of violence and abuse. You will also act as specialist lead for work with Trans and Non-Binary survivors within the advocacy team, providing support, advice and leadership to advocates on this specialism, to ensure that survivors get support that meets their needs. You will work with colleagues to ensure that survivors are supported in a trauma-sensitive way and that the needs of Trans and Non-Binary survivors are met, through sharing best practice and your expert knowledge and experience in delivering this work. This will include an understanding of the support landscape for Trans and Non-Binary survivors, the wider trans sector and the specific impact and support needs for survivors. You will contribute to the development of the TNBI service and work collaboratively across the organisation. You will need an understanding of legislation, the CJS, civil justice systems and domestic and sexual violence including ISVA/IDVA best practice.
You will have an in depth understanding of the spectrum of violence and abuse that Trans people are subjected to, including the causes, impact and barriers to accessing services. You will use your expertise to represent Galop with key stakeholders, advocating for the needs of the community.

What You’ll Do
- Design and build interactive Power BI dashboards and KPI reports that inform strategy and improve performance.
- Collaborate with teams across the organisation to understand their data needs and translate them into impactful visual insights.
- Manage and integrate data from multiple sources, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and reliability.
- Present visual data to stakeholders and leadership teams.
- Promote data literacy by training colleagues and supporting them in using Power BI tools confidently.
- Contribute to continuous improvement, exploring innovative ways to visualise and communicate information.
What You’ll Bring
- Degree-level qualification in a related field e.g. business administration, mathematical statistics, computer science.
- 1–3 years’ experience in data analysis, reporting, or BI development.
- Strong proficiency in Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, and data modelling.
- Working knowledge of SQL or other data query tools.
- A passion for making data meaningful — with a creative eye for storytelling through visuals.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proactive and flexible approach.
(Experience with Microsoft Fabric and data warehousing techniques is a bonus!)

This is a unique opportunity to step into a pivotal role, working directly with the Chief Executive, the President, and the Board of Trustees. The Executive Assistant will be the key point of coordination for the CEO’s office, providing high-level executive and secretarial support across a wide range of responsibilities. The role also carries responsibility for coordinating leadership meetings, managing projects, and maintaining accurate and accessible records that capture both current business and the institution’s history.
The successful candidate will bring proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant at a senior level, ideally within a charity, membership, or professional body. You will be highly organised and proactive, comfortable juggling multiple priorities, and confident in building relationships with stakeholders at all levels. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential, alongside the ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and the wider Microsoft 365 suite is expected, and you will be adept at drafting reports, formal minutes, and correspondence to a high standard.
Above all, this role calls for someone who can balance meticulous attention to detail with the ability to see the bigger picture. You will be solutions-focused, resilient under pressure, and motivated by continuous improvement.

The Community Fundraising Team at Parkinson’s UK is dedicated to supporting thousands of individuals, groups and local businesses to fundraise across the UK.
As a Community Fundraiser, you’ll play a key role in strengthening these connections, identifying and cultivating new local partnership opportunities, in generating leads and inspiring others to fundraise for people living with Parkinson’s.

We are seeking a creative and proactive Communications and Marketing Coordinator to play a pivotal role in telling Theatres Trust’s story, and the stories of the theatres we support, to a wider audience.
Working with the Head of Communications and Marketing, you will support the development and delivery of Theatres Trust’s communications strategy and contribute to embedding our brand and tone of voice across all our communications. A central part of the role will be working with our sector specialists to turn complex, detailed and technical information into compelling case studies to promote our services and highlight our impact to key stakeholders across the theatre sector and beyond.
You will be responsible for producing two of Theatres Trust’s key communications products: Theatres Magazine, our digital publication for supporters, and NewsDigest, our monthly e-newsletter, as well as helping to develop our social and digital channels. There will also be the opportunity for you to take the lead on the full communications lifecycle of specific projects such as grant programmes and events.
For someone with a passion for the power of words and a strong eye for design, this is an interesting and varied role, offering the scope to develop and enhance your skills across the full range of communications and marketing disciplines. You may have worked in a communications or marketing position already, or you may have transferrable skills from another role, studies or voluntary experience. A vibrant, mission-driven church and one of the UK's largest charities, The Salvation Army works across communities large and small with compassion, empathy, and hope. This is a senior post reporting to the Head of Digital with responsibility for a team of eight, including two direct reports. You'll work collaboratively across internal departments and teams alongside three further Assistant Heads, with a focus on generating and driving a significant step change in brand campaigns, digital marketing, email marketing, and digital fundraising.
Interim Assistant Head of Digital Marketing and Fundraising
Contract: One-year fixed term maternity cover contract, until end of 2026

Core responsibilities within your role will be to:
- Develop and implement digital advertising, email marketing and lead generation strategies to raise awareness, generate leads and grow income through digital channels, with responsibility for supporter journeys and improving conversion

- Appoint and manage digital agencies and suppliers as appropriate, such as Dotdigital (email marketing), Fundraise Up (donations), and JAA (Digital advertising agency) and lead your team in assisting and supporting wider teams and departments via an internal agency model with digital expertise and best practice
- Be responsible for managing the digital marketing and fundraising budget including setting, monitoring, forecasting, and providing financial reporting as required
- Be responsible for the £1,000,000 income target for the team through the website, enewsletter, and organic and paid search income channels
- Working to maintain a culture of continual and disciplined learning and improvement; driving the use of digital analysis tools, data, results and the deployment of this in all aspects of digital development
