YOUR OPPORTUNITY
The Humane League is seeking a self-motivated, organized, collaborative individual with the drive to create progressive change for millions of farmed animals as part of our Global Corporate Engagement team. As Temporary Global Corporate Engagement Coordinator, you will support global corporate engagement work by recording and maintaining data on cage-free and broiler chicken welfare policies and providing crucial administrative support to the team. You will manage our research databases and conduct research on food companies, finding corporate policies, company contacts, and other information to inform global campaigns and corporate relations work. You will also work closely with members of the Open Wing Alliance (OWA), our global coalition of animal protection groups, to share data and progress, and you’ll coordinate with member organizations and/or third parties to translate global commitments into key languages.
You are passionate about The Humane League’s mission of ending the abuse of animals raised for food and are keen to use data to support this work. While working autonomously is an important part of this role, the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders will also be paramount to your success. You are able to work independently and as a member of a team in a fast-paced environment, and you bring the organizational skills needed to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively and efficiently. This position reports to the Director of Global Corporate Engagement.
This is a temporary, full-time, remote position, beginning in late February and ending in late August. The duration may be extended or shortened at The Humane League’s discretion. The temporary hire will provide coverage while a permanent staff member is on maternity leave, with overlap for training and onboarding. This position provides the opportunity for optional domestic and international travel, equivalent to 1 or more trips per year.
This position can be based in the United States, Canada, Ireland, Portugal, the United Kingdom, Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, or Peru. The successful candidate must be authorized to work in one of these countries and reside in that country while undertaking this role. CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Update and maintain THL’s global commitment tracking database by transferring, fact-checking, and proofreading data submitted by other animal welfare organizations. Keep policy information, corporate contacts, translations, and other details up to date in the database and other tracking documents so that progress and statistics can be shared internally and externally.
- Maintain our database of country-level cage-free information to inform global corporate relations work. Track relevant information on countries’ cage-free status, major commitments, legislation, and more.
- Work with the OWA to collect key language translations of global cage-free and broiler chicken commitments so that groups around the world can leverage commitments in their respective regions.
- Assist with setting the Global Corporate Engagement team’s strategy, bringing a data lens to inform strategic decisions.
- Independently perform research on food companies to support global campaigns and corporate negotiations, finding details such as executive contact information, existing animal welfare policies, corporate brand portfolios, worldwide locations, and more.
- Refine the team’s list of hundreds of global companies in order to identify the top companies to prioritize. Annually update data on the top global companies, tracking their revenue, number of locations, countries of operation, welfare commitments, and more.
- Carry out administrative duties for team meetings including scheduling, agenda creation, note-taking, and facilitation.
- Create presentations for OWA corporate engagement webinars. Co-lead presentations and provide tech support as needed.
In addition to the above essential job duties, other duties may be assigned as business needs arise. These may include non-essential, marginal job duties.
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Technology and Data Analysis: Comfort with contemporary software applications, including Google Sheets and Google Docs, with the ability to learn new platforms and troubleshoot independently. Assists with basic data tasks by organizing and tabulating data and creating simple visualizations.

The Opportunity
The Partnership works to stop perpetrators of domestic abuse, support survivors, and build systems that make families everywhere safe and well.
Reporting to the Head of Operations (Drive Partnership), the HR Business Partner will act as a trusted strategic advisor and operational lead for the Drive central team, supporting around 60 staff across the three partner organisations. You will work closely with a Social Finance colleague to ensure alignment and effective communication across the partnership.

The Drive Partnership does this through the development of innovative responses to those causing harm and advocating for systems and policy change to develop sustainable, national systems that respond more effectively to all those causing harm to increase the safety and freedom of all adult and child victim-survivors.Our vision is that by 2026 there will be a consistent approach which sees agencies in all PCC and local authority areas across England and Wales – backed by national leaders – working together to disrupt abuse and change behaviour to increase safety for victim-survivors, including children and families.

We Are Survivors, are a survivor focused voluntary sector organisation that aims to create and facilitate safe spaces for male (including trans and non-binary individuals) survivors of sexual abuse, rape and sexual exploitation across Greater Manchester providing access to quality assured support. About the Role
We Are Survivors are currently looking for individuals that have the passion, drive and determination to help us deliver our OUT Spoken Talking Therapy Services in our Merseyside, Lancashire and Cheshire estate.
We Are Survivors provide survivor-focused therapeutic and advocacy support to male (including Trans and Non-binary) victims/survivors, and their loved ones, of sexual harms. We have developed a three-tiered approach to services and underpin everything we do with a ‘trauma and recovery’ framework pioneered by Dr Judith Herman.
We are currently commissioned to deliver trauma-informed therapy services in 15 prisons across the Northwest of England and we require postings in our prisons across Merseyside, Lancaster and Cheshire. Please note we have no vacancies in our Greater Manchester prisons.
About You
You will be a qualified counsellor / psychotherapist who holds at least a Diploma in Counselling / Psychotherapy or equivalent and be registered with BACP or equivalent (preferably an accredited member). You will understand issues relating to trauma, be able to work as part of a team and feel confident working in a prison setting. You will hold a full driving licence, have access to a vehicle and be within a reasonable commute to estates.

Our client are passionate about making a positive difference. They’re now looking for Money Advisers to join our National Debtline team and help them support people across the UK to tackle their debts and manage their money with confidence.
As a Money Adviser, you’ll provide tailored, specialist money advice to clients. You’ll help clients navigate complex debt situations, providing clear, empathetic and non-judgemental support while meeting quality and productivity standards.
Your key responsibilities will include:
· Providing specialist money advice and support across multiple channels.
· Communicating with clients in a clear, supportive and empathetic way.
· Identifying and explaining appropriate debt solutions (e.g. DROs, IVAs, DMPs).
· Accurately maintaining client records and administrative processes.
· Collaborating with colleagues to ensure service quality and continuous improvement.
· Acting as an ambassador in all client and stakeholder engagement.
About You
Their ideal candidates will bring:
· Proven experience in a telephony customer service or advice role.
· Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal – with the ability to explain complex information simply to a variety of callers, some of whom may be distressed or have suicidal thoughts.
· A customer-focused, empathetic and non-judgemental approach. A high level of IT proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, Zoom) and ability to adapt to new systems.
· Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage workload effectively.
· Resilience and the ability to stay calm in challenging situations.

The majority of their 10-week training programme will be conducted at their offices in Birmingham (Five Ways) along with some remote training too. You must be able to commit to training on a full-time basis.
Training to become a Money Adviser is challenging and also staying up to date with new legislation in this arena is important, therefore you need to be willing to manage your own development during and outside working hours. With the initiative to research some of the finer technical points of debt advice, you will possess the drive to succeed in a role that presents challenging targets.

About the role
As part of our mission to break down barriers to university access and address wider educational inequalities, the Social Mobility & Widening Participation (SMWP) department has developed a dedicated strand of place-based outreach. This approach, rooted in the specific needs of local communities, is becoming increasingly impactful across King’s and is gaining recognition across the sector. Through our Access & Participation Plan 2025–2029, we have made ambitious commitments to expand our place-based work to improve young people’s educational outcomes and tackle barriers to university access and broader social inequalities.
Our place-based approach focuses on addressing localised challenges such as mental health, pathways to citizenship, access to English language provision, and employment and fair wages. We work in close partnership with South London Citizens to achieve this shared mission. This role leads the development and delivery of collaborative, community-led initiatives and supports the wider integration of this approach across King’s. Through these initiatives, the postholder empowers community members to design, launch, and sustain impactful campaigns that respond directly to local needs. They will work closely with Citizens UK organisers and colleagues across King’s to build strong partnerships and drive meaningful, place-based change, including engagement in broader local, regional, and national initiatives.
Using community organising methodology, the postholder will lead and expand our core place-based programmes: Parent Power South London and Empoderando Familias, delivered with South London Citizens, and EmpowerESOL, facilitated in collaboration with internal King’s teams. A key focus will also be the strategic growth of our flagship Parent Power programme into new regions, in partnership with The Brilliant Club. This initiative empowers parents and carers to engage actively in their children’s education while building networks of community organisers who drive change locally and nationally.
At the heart of this role is a commitment to collaboration and community, both external and internal, as powerful drivers of social impact. The postholder will also support and develop the WP Champions Network, a university-wide staff community passionate about social mobility. By curating resources, delivering training, and shaping its strategic vision, they will help embed widening participation across King’s, amplifying its impact within and beyond the university.
This is a full-time role (35 hours per week) offered on an indefinite contract.

About the opportunity
As Trainee Accountant, you'll play an important role in delivering a high-performing, efficient financial accounting operation with partnership and improvement at its core. This is an operational and developmental role, offered with the opportunity of pursuing a formal Level 4 Professional Accounting Technician qualification through an 18-month apprenticeship programme.
You'll be part of our Finance & Assurance directorate, reporting to the Associate Accountant and working alongside our accounting assistants and trainees. Under the guidance of experienced Financial Accountants, you'll learn and deliver the fundamentals of effective accounting. From maintaining accurate financial records and supporting account reconciliations to assisting with audits and preparing financial reports, you'll gain broad experience across core accounting activities while building your technical knowledge and professional confidence.
Your potential qualification pathway
You'll have the opportunity to enrol on a fully funded Level 4 Professional Accounting Technician apprenticeship programme delivered by BPP and studied in allocated time alongside your day job. This 18-month programme offers pathway options including ACCA, AAT, CIMA, or ICAEW, leading to recognised professional diplomas. This programme is delivered through online live lectures, three-monthly coaching sessions and 24/7 access to learning materials via BPP's Virtual Learning Platform.
This is a role where your success is built on strong collaboration across multiple teams. You'll have opportunities to undertake specific improvement projects, identify ways to enhance processes, and support colleagues across the organisation to operate within best practice when it comes to financial accounting.
About you:
You're someone with a willingness to learn and develop on the job, sharing your learnings with colleagues to foster whole-team development. You'll need existing experience in a finance or bookkeeping function. - Willingness to learn and develop on the job, sharing those learnings with colleagues.

- Good grasp of data and how it can be analysed and presented to improve understanding, engagement, and performance.
- Experience of developing basic financial reports.
- Working interest in quality improvement in processes, analysis, communications, or customer service, and experience supporting it.
- Experience of problem-solving, preferably in a financial environment, and willingness to proactively reach across to colleagues in different teams.
- Enthusiasm for a career in finance and ideas to help us constantly improve.
- Some existing experience in a finance or bookkeeping function would be beneficial.
What you’ll focus on:
- Supporting the Financial Accounting team and wider directorate, maintaining accurate financial records and supporting account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.
- Supporting auditing processes, liaising with suppliers and third parties, and assisting with the preparation and submission of tax returns.
- Undertaking specific improvement projects across the directorate, for example around optimising internal engagement or directorate records and files.
- Monitoring and responding to daily communications from colleagues, role-modelling brilliant partnership and customer service.
- Data entry, report preparation, and supporting Financial Accountants and Associate Accountants with administrative work, including basic data analysis and presentation.
- Identifying ways to improve processes and making recommendations to senior colleagues.
- Supporting colleagues across the organisation to operate within best practice for financial accounting, making suggestions to improve education and engagement.

About the role
We are recruiting for a Head of Supporter Experience and Optimisation to join on a permanent contract. This is newly created role and will be home-based, working full-time, 35 hours per week, with occasional travel required for team and stakeholder meetings and events.
The last few years have seen unprecedented growth in the public profile of dementia, driven in part by the growing size, impact and ambition of Alzheimer’s Society - the UK’s leading dementia charity. We now need to ensure that everyone who needs dementia support today can access it, while improving our ability to attract, engage and retain the donors, volunteers and campaigners who so generously give money, time and voice to deliver enduring change.
As Head of Supporter Experience and Optimisation you will lead the strategic alignment and continuous improvement of how we deliver for our supporters (donors, campaigners, volunteers), transforming how we work across the Income and Engagement directorate. You will bring together our critical enabling functions focused on performance, planning and reporting; supporter experience delivery and improvement; administration and people development. We are looking for you to drive a joined-up approach to transformation that enhances both internal effectiveness and external impact.
You’ll champion a seamless, meaningful supporter journey, ensuring every interaction reflects our values and strengthens engagement, with a clear focus on improving the end-to-end supporter experience. You’ll embed a culture of insight-led decision making, collaboration, accountability, operational excellence and learning, ensuring our people are empowered to thrive and deliver their best to help end the devastation of dementia.
At all times, you’ll act as a passionate, articulate champion of the importance of our supporter’s experience.
