We’re looking for an experienced Healthcare Partnerships Lead to continue to steer the delivery of our Healthcare Engagement Strategy and build upon our Program expertise. With a strong focus on reducing health inequalities, you’ll lead, develop and deliver activities that meet our strategic ambition to ensure that as many people as possible understand that there is hope after an MS diagnosis.

We need to engage with healthcare professionals as, for many people with MS, this group are the first people they seek credible information from and will potentially have a life-long relationship with, given the incurable nature of the condition.

Overcoming MS is the world’s leading multiple sclerosis healthy lifestyle charity established in 2012. We are unique in our whole person approach and practical evidence-based focus upon self-management of MS, formulated as a holistic program. Although there is currently no cure for MS, we help people with MS to live well by making informed lifestyle choices. Job Description

The Healthcare Partnerships Lead will be responsible for the delivery of our Healthcare Engagement Strategy, through the development and delivery of projects and activities which embrace collaboration, raise the profile and credibility of both the Overcoming MS charity and Program, and extend supported self- management of MS within the health and social sector. We want to be the go-to charity for lifestyle and living well with MS and to demonstrate the added value we bring through education, resources, community and partnership working.

The past 12 months have seen the laying of a strong foundation for both increasing credibility and collaboration. This has included identifying barriers to supporting self-management in MS, developing education, piloting projects and resources to overcome some of those barriers in partnership with healthcare professionals. Honing datasets and presenting these meaningfully, has added credibility and demonstrated value. We want to see that foundation built on further, and shared more widely, taken forward by the new Healthcare Partnerships Lead.

Key Responsibilities

· The successful delivery of the Healthcare Engagement Strategy, identifying and prioritising engagement with our key audiences and stakeholders.

· Working closely with both our Medical Advisor, Information and Research Manager (new role) and with the existing HCP Advisory Group and wider engaged healthcare partners, to facilitate the development of the relationship, profile and reach between the charity and the health and social care sectors. Around information sharing, service design, and understanding of the role of lifestyle in holistic management of MS.

· Identifying and attending key healthcare events and conferences, building networks, partnerships and other resources to increase knowledge and awareness of how the charity and Overcoming MS Program, benefits people with MS and maximise opportunities for signposting.

· Building frameworks for data gathering and evaluation to effectively review benefit of collaborative interventions and report outcomes widely and meaningfully, in partnership with the Information and Research Manager.

· Maintaining understanding of policy and priorities of healthcare agencies to ensure mutual or aligned priorities from both, in addition to people living with MS, are all factors taken into consideration when developing plans and pathways.

· Identifying opportunities for collaboration and partnership working through engagement with HCP professionals and organisations.

· Lead on healthcare education through our existing partnership with the British Society of Lifestyle Medicine, marketing the education widely, evaluating its benefit to HCPs and strategically reviewing the format, vehicle and content as appropriate.

· Providing clear, responsive and consistent educational content around the importance of lifestyle choices and behaviours to healthcare professionals based on the current evidence-base and the Overcoming MS Program, working closely with the Information & Research Manager to ensure up-to-date and validated content.

 Other Responsibilities

· Creating meaningful engagement with the MS community and healthcare professional partners, widening our reach to support more people with MS.

· Mapping local assets and services to target and test appropriate resources and support to MS clinics, to help HCPs share information and support their patients to self-manage, tracking success.

· Empowering people affected by MS and their healthcare professionals to discuss lifestyle modification and the Overcoming MS Program with confidence, improving self-management and health outcomes.

· Engaging new HCP audiences, reducing barriers and perceptions of lifestyle modification in the treatment of MS. 

· Leading on the delivery, monitoring and evaluation of key programmes, considering key insight, collecting and analysing data to measure impact against project and charity targets.

· Supporting the delivery of key products, services and events both in person and online that reach multiple audiences and budgeting accordingly.

· Identifying opportunities for accessing funding streams, working with Fundraising colleagues to diversify our income base.

· Raising our profile within the healthcare environment so that they recommend the charity and will advocate on our behalf.

· As we are a small, busy charity, all staff help with the general running of the organisation in addition to their specific role activities.

About you
Education or experience in a related field e.g. healthcare management, public health, you’ll have a strong understanding of the NHS, Public Health and the UK health care policy landscape. Knowledge of the global health care landscape would be an advantage but not essential.

You’ll have previous experience as a senior healthcare lead or similar role for example within the NHS or similar medical field or will have experience leading community or public health related engagement programmes.

With excellent communication, presentation and influencing skills, including working with stakeholders at very senior and professional levels, you’ll have strategic analytical skills, able to frame problems and solutions in a logical fashion and demonstrate a high degree of empathy and compassion for health-related issues.

You’ll have intellectual flexibility, able to embrace and deal with ambiguity, complexity and to be open to creativity in leading and bringing about effective change.

You are comfortable working remotely and attending events during evenings and weekends, with a full UK driving licence and access to a car.

Overview and key points on the role  | Rape Crisis South London is looking for 2 part time skilled, passionate and professional Caseworkers who will be based within the Advocacy Service.  As a Caseworker you will support clients through their journey through the housing and benefits system by providing practical and emotional support to survivors of sexual violence.  You should have a good working knowledge of Housing processes and Welfare benefits systems with experience of carrying out assessments and completing applications.  In addition to having excellent interpersonal, communication and facilitation skills you should also be able to develop key relationships with external agencies such as the local authority.   You should have demonstrable experience working with survivors of sexual violence and of working in a trauma-informed way. We will provide clinical supervision, full training and line management, and the opportunity to develop your skillsets. Role Overview

As a member of the Joint Leadership Team, the post-holder will contribute to the leadership, planning and delivery of cross-team projects, helping to influence and meet the charity’s strategic objectives. About You

Ideally educated to degree level or equivalent, you will have experience of delivering health service projects and programmes and have come from a health services or medical charity background. You will be adept at developing operational performance metrics, strategies and objectives and have a proven track record in developing strong working relationships with external stakeholders. Whilst not essential, experience of managing and leading a team would be beneficial, as would be an awareness and knowledge of the needs of people affected by Crohn’s and Colitis.

In this role, there is plenty of scope for working from home,  although there will be times when you will need to travel to events/conferences. POSITION SUMMARY

The Senior Manager of Philanthropic Fundraising will serve as the cornerstone of administrative support for ULI’s philanthropic fundraising initiatives in Europe.

• Provide administrative and management support to the philanthropic fundraising initiatives of the ULI Charitable Trust (and the CT Board of Trustees / ULIF Europe Committee) and ULI Europe, including fundraising campaigns, donation tracking, gift processing, and donor stewardship in cooperation with the ULI Finance team in the US. 
• Oversee and coordinate design and development of marketing collateral, presentations supporting fundraising campaigns, in collaboration with the ULI Europe Marketing and Communications team.
• Collaborate closely with the ULI Europe Business Development and Membership team, ULI’s country directors, and the governance director to support the planning and implementation of the European philanthropic fundraising strategy set by the CT Board of Trustees / ULIF Europe Committee.
• Coordinate and maintain relationships with individual and institutional donors,, in close collaboration with the corporate accounts team, CEO, ULI Europe and the Chair of the Charitable Trust / Chair of the ULIF Europe Committee;
• Work in close collaboration with Research & Advisory Services and ESG Programmes colleagues, to identify and research (third party) philanthropic funding and grant opportunities and assist in the preparation of applications for philanthropic funding from (third party) foundations and government agencies;
• Coordination of proposal writing for potential foundation funding, in close collaboration with the research, marketing communications and legal and compliance teams.
• Develop and manage internal processes for grant compliance, application tracking, reporting, and gift acknowledgement for ULI Europe.

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

The Degrees Initiative is a UK-based NGO that builds the capacity of developing countries to evaluate solar radiation modification (SRM), a controversial proposal for reducing some impacts of climate change by reflecting sunlight away from the Earth. Degrees is neutral on whether SRM should ever be used, but we believe that developing countries should be empowered to conduct their own research and to play a central role in SRM discussions.

This is a unique opportunity to shape global conversations on climate science by empowering researchers in developing countries to publish and communicate their work, collaborating with some of the world’s leading SRM experts. 

The Scientific Writing and Publishing Lead will play a key role in supporting researchers in the Global South to communicate their findings effectively and contribute to the global SRM conversation. Working within the Programmes team, reporting to the Programmes Director, and in cooperation with the Communications team, the Scientific Writer will collaborate closely with research teams and external partners. Responsibilities will include: 

1. Support researchers with scientific writing and publishing

• Develop guidance materials on topics such as structuring research papers, writing abstracts, and best practices for peer-reviewed publication. 

• Train and support researchers to develop, refine, and publish scientific manuscripts through one-on-one and group training sessions and technical editing and feedback. 

• In collaboration with the Staff Scientist, help build climate researchers’ capacity to prepare and communicate their findings to different audiences. 

• Advise research teams on scientific publishing norms, including peer review, and open-access publishing.

• Support researchers in choosing appropriate journals and navigating the submission and review process.
• Assist researchers in adapting their work for public and policy-facing communication channels, ensuring clarity and accessibility.

2. Lead and coordinate reports and publications

• Serve as the lead coordinator for a recurring international scientific report, overseeing contributions from multiple researchers and ensuring deadlines are met. 

• Act as a writer for key sections of the report, synthesising insights from researchers into a compelling and scientifically rigorous narrative. 
• Work closely with stakeholders and coordinate peer review and fact-checking to ensure the report’s accuracy, consistency, and accessibility.

3. Support Degrees’ scientific communication and outreach

• Collaborate with the communications team to ensure that external materials such as blog posts, website content, policy briefs and media articles are scientifically accurate and up to date. 

• Work with the policy engagement teams to develop scientific summaries and briefings for a range of stakeholders. 

• Keep Degrees staff and researchers abreast of new techniques for communicating research results to a range of stakeholders and training them how to use them. 
• Ensure that information from our funded research teams is shared with the communications teams. 
• Work closely with Degrees’ Staff Scientist and provide support when required.

4. Manage projects 

• Manage multiple writing and editorial projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met. 

• Work closely with programme officers, researchers, and external partners to coordinate content development and align with strategic goals. 

• Working closely with the Staff Scientist in helping them to maintain an organised archive of scientific publications, reports, and communication materials for internal and external use.

RISE is a collaborative effort with the goal of delivering a unified approach to women’s empowerment in global supply chains. Bringing together the world’s four largest women’s empowerment programs in the global supply chains - BSR’s HERproject, CARE International, Gap Inc.’s P.A.C.E. Program and ILO-IFC Better Work, RISE will leverage the combined experience in over 21 countries to achieve transformative change for the millions of women who work within supply chains globally. 

RISE will focus on three interrelated pillars of action to tackle both immediate barriers and medium/long term structural improvements for women workers. These include increased agency, confidence, and communication, increased access to and control over financial products, services and resources, enhancement of the capabilities of unions and industry organizations, and implementation of policies at the workplace level, but also regional and national levels that promote gender equality.

Pillar 1: Capacity Strengthening: Working in factories in key countries, RISE will achieve impact with a network of local civil society partners and organizations working on gender equality to deliver worker capacity building programs.  There are four options available (i) Foundation – a 13 month needs based worker training program (ii) Digital – an 8-month tablet-based learning on health, financial literacy and stress management, (iii) Respect - one year program on gender-based Violence prevention and remediation and (iv) Financial Health – a one-year program on financial capability, resilience and inclusion​.

Pillar 2: Market Transformation: RISE will work with and encourage leadership from industry actors (brands, buyers, suppliers, and worker representatives) to improve operating practices at all levels in global value chains to support greater gender equality outcomes. 

Pillar 3: Influencing: RISE will leverage the founding partners’ existing relationships and identify opportunities to work in partnership to influence employer/company/factory policies, programs, and budgets, as well as government policies that impact workers, in particular women workers.

PURPOSE OF THE CONTRACT

The consultant will lead the implementation of RISE’s MEL framework to ensure that data and insights inform the organization’s work and effectively demonstrate our impact.

The consultant will embed MEL systems across the organization, provide technical support and guide the teams. In addition, the consultant will lead on evaluation, develop data collection tools, analyze data and share reports and learning to improve program effectiveness.

The consultant will also demonstrate RISE’s impact to internal and external stakeholders.

Scope of Work

MEL Management and Implementation

• Implement MEL frameworks, including Theories of Change, Logical Frameworks, KPIs, and outcome indicators, ensuring they remain up-to-date and aligned with RISE values.
• Systematically integrate MEL across all programs and organizational processes to drive continuous improvement.
• Build teams’ MEL capacities and capabilities through direct technical support and guidance on MEL systems, data use, and strategic alignment.
• Foster a culture of learning through strategic reviews with the teams, gathering evidence and learning: key insights, impact narratives and lessons learnt.
• Lead quality assurance of MEL processes to improve rigor and integrity. Assess their strengths and weaknesses and recommend improvements.

IKWRO –Women’s Rights Organisation (IKWRO) is an award-winning charity founded (as the Iranian and Kurdish Women’s Rights Organisation) in 2002. As testament to its’ success and in response to huge need, IKWRO has expanded and now provides unique and vital support for women and girls from all Middle Eastern, North African and Afghan (MENA) communities who are at risk of “honour” based violence, child marriage, forced marriage, female genital mutilation, domestic violence, sexual violence and other forms of gender violence.  

IKWRO provides direct services including advocacy and professional counselling. IKWRO opened the UK’s first specialist Middle Eastern women’s refuge. IKWRO is regularly called upon to share expertise with government, academics, and media and to train professionals from bodies such as the police, social services and schools.  

IKWRO has led the recognition of “honour” based abuse and “honour” killing as forms of violence against women and girls. Campaign successes include; the first extradition from Kurdistan-Iraq to the UK of perpetrators of “honour” killing of Banaz Mahmod, the UK’s criminalisation of forced marriage, child marriage, virginity testing and hymenoplasty, as well as the first ever national inspection of policing of “honour” based violence.

The Activate Fund:

For 60 years, the Churchill Fellowship has been supporting remarkable individuals to source solutions from around the world to tackle critical issues affecting communities in the UK. The Activate Fund is an extension of the Fellowship which provides further funding and support to Fellows on their return to the UK to turn their ideas into action and achieve real and lasting change.

Purpose of the role:

This is a new role which sits within the Fellowship team and will be responsible for the re-opening of the Activate Fund in June 2026, following completion of a successful pilot. The Head of Activate will lead on all aspects of the application and award cycle and on the development of additional forms of support to enhance Fellows’ impact on society. The role will be supported by the Activate Manager, work closely with the Salesforce and Engagement teams, and alongside colleagues managing the annual Fellowship selection process.

This is a new role which is being recruited with sufficient lead-in time for the Head of Activate to be inducted into the existing processes to deliver the first year of awards, with scope to introduce new ideas to enhance the Fund’s impact from Year 2.

Key responsibilities:

Delivery of Activate

• Lead on the re-introduction of the Activate Fund; responsible for ensuring that potential applicants and relevant stakeholders understand the purpose, scope and criteria of the Fund and that all systems and processes are in place for applications to open in June 2026.
• Lead on the selection process from pre-applicant support to application, assessment and award, supported by the Activate Manager, working closely with the Salesforce team and the Comms team, and ensuring the process is aligned with TCF’s EDI values and strategic priorities.
• Lead on the iterative improvement of application and award documentation, throughout the lifetime of the Fund, working closely with the Salesforce team to ensure that any process changes are agreed with sufficient planning time to be implemented ahead of the next cycle.
• Oversee and participate in the longlisting and shortlisting of applications to the Fund, alongside other Fellowship staff and external assessors, where required.
• Responsible for establishing and convening (an) award panel(s) for the Activate Fund and working with the Chief Executive and Engagement team to identify panel members, likely to be drawn from the Fellowship’s Board of Trustees, Advisory Council, expert working groups and/or previous Activate grantees.
• Responsible for ensuring appropriate due diligence is conducted on applicants and where relevant, host organisations, to ensure that Activate grants are awarded in line with TCF’s charitable objectives and for a purpose that benefits individuals and communities in the UK.
• Attend and play a key role in the Activate selection interviews, including supporting Panel decision making according to agreed selection criteria, grant-setting and providing feedback to unsuccessful applicants.
• Oversee the award, payment and reporting of Activate grants, including the development of appropriate terms and conditions, and reporting requirements.
• Manage the Activate annual budget, ensuring that grants awarded are in line with the annual budgetary allocation for the Fund and report as required to the SLT.
• In collaboration with the Development team and Salesforce team, set up appropriate reporting mechanisms so that funding partners contributing to the Fund are informed of relevant Activate awards and updated on progress, as required.

Safeguarding and EDI

• Work with the Fellowship’s safeguarding lead and with the Fellowship Director to identify safeguarding risks and develop appropriate processes that are specific to the Activate Fund, for example where Fellows are working with children and adults at risk.
• Contribute to the ongoing improvement of the Fellowship’s approach to Fellows’ wellbeing, particularly when awarding grants to Fellows with lived experience of the issues they are addressing in their project. 
• Work closely with the Fellowship’s EDI lead to ensure a proactive and consistent approach to EDI in the delivery of the Fund; in particular, that the Activate Fund’s selection processes are accessible to all Fellows eligible to apply, that EDI is core to the development of pre-application and non-financial support, and that the Fund’s messaging is inclusive and representative of the diversity of Churchill Fellows.

Enhancing Fellows’ capacity to achieve UK impact

• Building on learning from the Activate pilot, work closely with the Activate Manager to develop a support offer for Activate grantees that enhances their capacity to deliver their funded project and create change in their chosen sector or community; this could include 1:1 support such as mentoring and coaching and/or peer learning, convening and networking opportunities with the wider Fellowship community.
• Working closely with the Fellowship Director and Head of Fellowship, explore if there might be opportunities for scaling support which has been tried and tested with Activate grantees, to Fellows at different stages in their Fellowship journey.
• In collaboration with the Engagement team, support Fellows to develop relationships with individuals and organisations in relevant sectors that will amplify the impact of their Activate project and proactively explore opportunities for Knowledge Partners to contribute time, expertise and networking support to Activate grantees.  

Evaluation and Learning

• Working closely with the Engagement Director, to develop an approach for evaluating how the Activate Fund enhances Fellows’ capacity to create change in the UK.  
• Apply lessons learned from stakeholder feedback to improve the experience of Activate applicants and grantees through changes to the selection process, development of new forms of support and extension of networking opportunities with the wider Fellowship community.
• Working closely with the Fellowship Director to undertake a strategic review of the impact of the Fund from the end of Year 3.
• Keep up to date with new thinking and research around supporting and developing individuals and good practice in grant making, including developing relationships with relevant individuals and organisations.

Fellowship team

• Attend quarterly leadership meetings, where appropriate and, in particular, to contribute to thinking about TCF’s role in supporting Fellows to achieve change in the UK.
• Attend Fellow-led events as appropriate and utilise knowledge of Fellows’ activation of their Fellowship learning to contribute to the design and delivery of Fellowship events, such as Connect & Inspire, as required.

This role will take the lead in seeking out new opportunities for growth across our membership, including acquisition and retention and will be responsible for developing and implementing new initiatives to reach ambitious targets, as well as ensuring our existing members receive an excellent level of customer service.

Strong communication, engagement and interpersonal skills will be pivotal to this role as will the ability to interact, engage and influence senior stakeholders at all levels. This is a great opportunity to help develop, shape and promote our recently updated membership programme, bringing strong engagement and innovation skills, and experience of piloting and testing new approaches.

The successful candidate will have significant experience working at a manager level in a membership environment and will have experience of running successful acquisition and retention initiatives. They will also be a skilled income/fundraising generator with proven experience in achieving commercial targets, possibly with a previous account management background or experience of a similar B2B membership environment. 

They will be a strong manager with experience of working in a busy and complex environment, managing multiple stakeholders and enquiries, as well as having in depth analytical skills, bringing data to life and providing key insights, which will guide us to make evidence-based decisions and sound judgements across the organisation. 

This dynamic role will combine business development, relationship management, stakeholder engagement and operational oversight to ensure the ETP’s membership base thrives and aligns with our mission. 

Key details:

• Reporting to: Head of Communications & Membership.

• Permanent contract, start date immediate.  

• Hybrid working model with a minimum of three days per week attendance at our London office. 

Key areas of responsibility include:  

• Conduct research to identify and understand potential new member organisations in the tea supply chain. 
• Develop tailored marketing materials, including PowerPoint presentations, one-pagers, and proposals. 
• Represent ETP in meetings with prospective members to articulate the value of joining the partnership. 
• Drive new member onboarding, ensuring a seamless and effective process. 
• Act as the external face of the organisation and as the first point of contact for member queries, providing excellent service and timely responses. 
• Conduct regular check-ins with members to understand their needs and priorities. 
• Collaborate with internal teams to adapt offerings based on member feedback and emerging industry trends. 
• Develop metrics to measure membership engagement and continuously monitor and report on these metrics to senior management and the Board. 
• Lead the implementation, update and oversight of the CRM system to improve member engagement tracking and data management. 
• Oversee data collection processes, including compliance with the organisation’s membership criteria. 
• Support the identification of potential partnerships to bolster fundraising and broader impact. 
• Monitor trends and opportunities in the sector to inform strategic priorities and member engagement. 
• Develop compelling marketing and communication materials tailored to potential members. 
• Collaborate with the Communications team to ensure consistent and impactful messaging. 
• Support the Head of Communications & Membership in the implementation of the overall communications and marketing strategy.
• Support the development of thought leadership pieces, contributing to annual reports, and ensure high-quality written outputs. 
• Manage, upload, and maintain website content effectively, ensuring accuracy and alignment with organisational branding and messaging. 
• Plan, organise, and execute events, including forums and conferences, ensuring seamless delivery and high attendee satisfaction. Oversee all aspects of event management, including venue selection, logistics coordination, speaker management, and on-site execution. Collaborate across teams to ensure communications and events align with our goals. 

About you:

• Approximately 10+ years experience in a Membership role.
• Have the right to work in the UK and reside within a commutable distance to our London office in Bethnal Green.
• Strong communication, engagement and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to positively interact, engage and influence at all organisational levels including with senior management 
• Proven experience of membership acquisition and retention
• Strong understanding of membership organisations 
• Proven experience of successfully pitching new approaches to prospective members 
• Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally within a membership organisation and agricultural supply chains. 
• Excellent presentation, listening and negotiation skills. 
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities, with fluency in English required and proficiency in additional languages, such as German or Arabic, considered an asset. 
• Proven ability to work independently as a self-starter, demonstrating a dynamic, driven mindset with strong lateral thinking skills to solve problems creatively and effectively with minimal supervision. 
• Strong experience in event management and delivery, including planning, organising, and executing forums, conferences, and other high-profile events. 
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously, while maintaining attention to detail. 
• Willingness and ability to travel both within the UK and internationally as required for the role. 
• Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office applications. 
• Experience delivering client-focused solutions to private sector needs within a mission-based organisation. 

Desirable:

• Experience with design tools, including the Adobe Creative Suite. 
• Strong understanding of the issues and dynamics in agricultural supply chains and membership organisations. 
• Account management or similar business experience in the FMCG sector or similar environment. 
• Knowledge of corporate social responsibility in supply chains.

Abandon Normal Devices are seeking an experienced finance professional or small accountancy provider to manage our core finance functions on a freelance/contract basis. This is an ongoing, part-time contract supporting the financial operations of a small, ambitious arts organisation working at the intersection of art, technology and digital culture.

We are looking for someone with a strong understanding of charity finance, skilled in Xero, bookkeeping, payroll, reporting, audit preparation, HMRC filings and support with funding reports. You may be an individual already set up for freelance work, or a firm used to providing finance support to charities or arts organisations. You’ll work closely with the Chief Executive and liaise with trustees and external auditors as needed.
