We’re looking for an experienced and results-driven Digital Ad Campaign Manager to help grow the Cystar app through strategic digital advertising.

As an early-stage FemTech startup, we’re looking for someone with at least 2–3 years of hands-on experience managing digital advertising campaigns who can help us reach more people living with PMOS (Previously PCOS). You’ll work closely with the Founder to plan, launch, optimise, and measure advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, TikTok, and other digital platforms.

🚀 What You’ll Do

📢 Digital Advertising

• Plan, create, and manage advertising campaigns to promote the Cystar app across Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, and other digital platforms
• Develop app install, awareness, lead generation, and conversion campaigns
• Research and define audience targeting strategies to maximise campaign performance
• Monitor campaign budgets and recommend how advertising spend should be allocated across platforms

🎯 Campaign Optimisation

• Monitor and optimise campaigns to improve performance and reduce acquisition costs
• Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, messaging, and landing pages
• Identify opportunities to improve campaign efficiency and maximise return on investment
• Recommend new advertising strategies based on campaign insights and industry trends

🎨 Creative Collaboration

• Work closely with the Social Media Content Creator and Social Media Graphic Designer to develop engaging advertising creatives
• Help write compelling ad copy and calls to action
• Ensure advertising assets align with campaign objectives and the Cystar brand

📊 Analytics & Reporting

• Track and report on key campaign metrics, including:
  • App downloads
  • Click-through rate (CTR)
  • Cost per click (CPC)
  • Cost per install (CPI)
  • Cost per acquisition (CPA)
  • Conversion rate
  • Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), where applicable
• Produce regular reports with recommendations to improve future campaigns
• Work with the Product Analytics & Growth Assistant to understand the quality and retention of acquired users

🤝 Collaboration

• Work closely with the Founder to plan and execute advertising campaigns aligned with Cystar’s growth goals
• Collaborate with the Growth Funnel & Automation Assistant to optimise the customer journey after users click an advert
• Support app launches, awareness campaigns, and product initiatives through digital advertising

🌿 We’re Looking For Someone Who:

• Has 2–3 years of experience in digital marketing, digital advertising, app marketing, or performance marketing
• Has hands-on experience creating and managing advertising campaigns across Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and/or TikTok Ads
• Understands audience targeting, campaign optimisation, and A/B testing
• Is confident analysing campaign performance and making data-driven recommendations
• Has experience tracking metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, CPI, conversion rates, and ROAS
• Is organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple campaigns simultaneously
• Has excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Has an interest in digital health, startups, or women’s health

Role Summary.

As a Graphic Designer, you will be instrumental in shaping the visual identity of Roots Academy UK. From designing educational resources and social media assets to crafting digital campaigns and event materials, your work will ensure our content reflects excellence, clarity, and spiritual depth. You will help bring Islamic learning to life through purposeful, polished, and impactful design.

Key tasks

• Design Development: Create visually compelling graphics for use across social media, email, web, presentations, and print.

• Brand Consistency: Ensure all visual materials align with Roots Academy’s brand guidelines and Islamic values.

• Content Support: Collaborate with the social media and education teams to translate ideas and scripts into polished, engaging visuals.

• Template Creation: Build easy-to-edit templates for internal teams to use (e.g., Canva or Google Slides).

• Trend Awareness: Stay up to date on design and content trends, especially within the faith-based and youth development space.

• Project Management: Maintain organised design files and deliver work in a timely manner.

What we’re looking for

• Strong design portfolio demonstrating creativity, clarity, and alignment with brand guidelines.

• Experience using tools like Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or Figma.

• Attention to detail and a strong sense of layout, typography, and visual hierarchy.

• Ability to take direction while contributing creative input.

• A deep understanding of Islamic values and visual modesty in design.

• Experience designing for social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok).

• Excellent communication and time-management skills.

The Business Development Lead will work closely with the CEO and Business Development Trustee to build a sustainable pipeline of corporate partners.

The role will focus on developing relationships that can generate:

• CSR and corporate sponsorship;
• multi-year funding partnerships;
• employee fundraising;
• volunteer mentors;
• skills-based volunteering;
• corporate introductions and wider strategic support.

The aim is not simply to generate one-off donations, but to build long-term corporate relationships that combine funding, employee engagement and measurable social impact.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a targeted pipeline of banks, asset managers, insurers, fintech companies and other financial-services organisations.
• Identify relevant CSR, ESG, social-impact, community-investment and employee-engagement opportunities.
• Research decision-makers and identify the strongest routes into prospective partners.
• Develop tailored corporate partnership propositions.
• Secure introductory meetings and manage follow-up.
• Work with the CEO and Trustee to prepare pitches, proposals and presentations.
• Build sponsorship propositions around:

Person specification

We are looking for someone who ideally has:

• experience in business development, partnerships, fundraising, CSR or corporate engagement;
• strong knowledge of banking, financial services or professional services;
• existing corporate networks or confidence building relationships with senior decision-makers;
• experience developing and progressing a sales or fundraising pipeline;
• excellent written and verbal communication;
• strong presentation and relationship-management skills;
• confidence making direct approaches and asking for meetings, introductions and support;
• ability to work independently with limited monthly time;
• a commercial mindset combined with an understanding of charitable impact.

Experience working directly within banking or financial services would be particularly valuable.

Success measures

Success would be assessed through:

• quality and value of the corporate pipeline;
• number of qualified corporate meetings;
• new corporate sponsorship secured;
• existing partnerships renewed or expanded;
• number of volunteer mentors sourced through corporate partners;
• development of multi-year rather than purely one-off relationships;
