Successful candidates for the post of Member Response Team Leader will be able to demonstrate:

The main duties of the Member Response Team Leader role include:

With an ability to foster a positive and collaborative working environment both remotely and in person, the Member Response Team Leader will be expected to provide clear direction, conduct appraisals, and support the professional development of their team. Strong leadership skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to motivate and engage staff are essential.
The role of Member Response Team Leader offers hybrid working with flexibility to work from home outside of peak periods. Due to key operational and democratic activities, the Member Response Team Leader will be required to attend the office daily from February to April each year and additional periods throughout the year. Outside of this period, hybrid flexibility will apply in line with team needs and organisational policy.

Main duties and responsibilities
1. People Management
- Day-to-day management of staff and workflow
 - Manage work allocation, future planning and support for team/line manager
 - Through the appraisal system, identify training and development needs, train or organise training for staff
 - Undertake induction programmes, 1 to 1s and appraisals with staff as appropriate
 - Apply the staff conduct policies e.g. discipline, grievance, capability, dignity at work and IT security policies as and when required
 - Check work standards and maintain consistent quality of delegated tasks
 - Proactively promote diversity including equality in line with the wider PCS approach

2. Systems Management
- Develop and make best use of relevant systems e.g. office, IT, finance, etc.

 - Equality-proof and check that the design and operation of any new systems are in line with wider PCS policy, e.g. health and safety, and IT security policies, and make recommendations to senior officers as appropriate where new systems are designed that could be applicable to the wider union
 - Implement an ongoing development and monitoring process for systems including managing resources, gathering, monitoring, collating and reconciling information, checking allocations, preparing reports, highlighting budget over and under spends

Role Overview
The Donor Relations Officer will be responsible for crafting compelling, donor-centred communications that strengthen long-term relationships with partners and supporters, deepen engagement and inspire giving. One of the main areas of responsibility will be to produce proposals and reports for stakeholders, especially strategic partners and donors. The postholder will work closely with the other members of the Marketing and Communications team, as well as collaborating with other departments within the college. The ideal candidate will have proven experience of producing copy for fundraising and donor relations purposes, and will be a skilled storyteller who can translate the strategic objectives of the college into resonant narratives, understands donor motivations, and writes with clarity, empathy, and purpose.
Key Responsibilities
Fundraising & Stewardship Writing
- Develop persuasive and high-quality copy for multi-channel fundraising campaigns (direct mail, email, website, social media etc.)
 - Write impact reports and stewardship letters that convey gratitude and demonstrate impact.
 - Create case statements, proposals, and presentations for major donor and foundation audiences.
 - Oversee the ongoing use of Donorfy CRM to ensure it functions in a way that optimises ANCC's efficiency and makes full use of its functionality; carry out system integrations as needed.
 
Storytelling & Content Development
- Interview students, alumni, partners, staff and donors to develop authentic, mission-driven stories.
 - Adapt organizational content for various donor segments, ensuring a consistent voice and message.

About This Job
As Fundraising Assistant at sister charities, ACCT UK and CCFA, you will play a key role in the growth of existing fundraising and in the creation of new income streams. Stewarding fundraisers, helping to develop new and existing fundraising campaigns, building relationships internally within the cadet organisations and externally with Trusts and Foundations, corporates and major givers. You will provide administrative and operational support, including maintaining the fundraising database. This role will be responsible for:
Team & Office Environment
· Monitor STOP THE TRAFFIK’s phone and general ‘info’ inbox, directing messages to the appropriate team members.
· Support the upkeep of the office environment, ensuring facilities are well maintained and team members take shared ownership of the space.
· Coordinate team days and team-building activities, in collaboration with the Team Building Champion.

Executive Support Functions

Salary: Starting at £52,166 rising to £58,687, plus London weighting of £4,000 where applicable

This is an exciting new role with the UK’s leading public mental health charity. The Head of Research role is a fantastic opportunity to lead our UK research team to achieve social change. We are looking for research and management expertise, strategic thinking, operational delivery, and the ability to collaborate and communicate with a range of stakeholders including media, academics, policymakers and communities. You will be part of an outstanding leadership team committed to delivering change across the UK. The role will deliver our UK-wide research, reporting to the Director of Research & Lived Experience.
What does the role involve?
- Support the Director of Research & Lived Experience to develop and deliver a 5-year research strategy
 - Lead our UK research team to deliver and commission studies and reviews to a high standard at pace
 - Present research clearly and persuasively to media, governments, academics, funders and communities
 
What skills, knowledge and experience are we looking for?
- Excellent research skills, experience and credibility in health or social research
 - Strategic thinker who can also effectively manage teams and projects
 - Proven communication skills to different audiences
