About the role
As Fundraising Coordinator you will:
- Manage incoming fundraising leads across fundraiser recruitment
- Manage individual fundraising comms from sign up to challenge completion (with support from Marketing and Fundraising Manager)
- Manage individual donor and major donor comms where relevant
- Manage the admin for our Community Fundraising projects (e.g. our 34k Challenge)
- Regularly update our Grant Prospecting database and stay on top of new opportunities and upcoming deadlines
- Maintain our fundraising events calendar
- Produce regular reports from our fundraising platforms (JustGiving, Enthuse, Donr etc.)
- Support social media asset creation for fundraising projects
- Complete research tasks for fundraising event logistics
- Complete reports on fundraising event analysis
- Process and fulfil merchandise orders and manage customer queries
- Stay up-to-date with fundraising trends in the sector

The Peer Support Coordinator will play a critical role in the delivery of Day One's Peer Support Service. The primary objectives are to ensure a high-quality service is delivered to our beneficiaries; to develop our regional peer support model; and to facilitate a positive volunteering experience for our lived experience volunteer team. The role

What you will be doing:
- Tapping into your previous experience in help desk support, multitasking to troubleshoot and repair issues, you will be providing technical support via our helpdesk to colleagues, resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
- Using your previous experience in IT, you will be managing and overseeing the day-to-day operation of our IT systems, including hardware, software, and network infrastructure, using your problem-solving skills to ensure smooth running of the network and systems.
- With your solid knowledge of IT systems and applications and strong communication and interpersonal skills, you will collaborate with teams and colleagues to assess their IT needs, identify areas for improvement, and implement appropriate solutions.
- Assisting and contributing to IT policy, planning, development.
You will be in the FAST (Facilities and systems team) and your line manager will be our Central Services Manager.

We have an exciting new opportunity for a Facilities & Technology Coordinator to join our Facilities & Health and Safety team. You will be responsible for providing first line support surrounding use of the Imperial College Union (ICU) building and technology infrastructure, working closely with the digital systems function of the Union and College ICT to ensure that user issues are resolved promptly and efficiently.
Your role will act as a triage for incoming queries to the Systems team, resolving queries where possible and escalating to senior staff members and College ICT where appropriate. In addition, you will also manage ongoing tickets with the wider College ICT service desk, proactively monitoring the status of tickets and seeing them through to resolution.
The role will also be responsible for providing installation, setup and tracking of technology and physical equipment, allowing proper visibility of our resources for management purposes.
You will be responsible for ensuring the proper maintenance of all Union spaces, promptly reporting defects, and arranging repair work as needed. They take ownership of shared spaces, including Activity and Meeting rooms, ensuring they are clean, organised, with suitable equipment in place and always ready for use. The role will also include undertaking essential maintenance, repair and improvement tasks to address minor issues or repairs. Reporting to the Facilities, Health & Safety Manager, and working closely with the Head of Digital & Marketing, the post holder will be a skilled user of IT with excellent customer service skills. The role
The role is a 12 month fixed term contract and sits in our people team, supporting the charity by providing a professional, comprehensive and proactive recruitment service. To work closely with the HR advisors, the HR coordinator and as necessary, the HR and organisational development manager, to support recruitment and selection-based projects.
As the first point of contact for all recruitment related queries from recruiting managers and candidates, you’ll be responsible for uploading vacancies and supporting information onto our online advertising platforms and manage recruitment activity as a key user of our recruitment applicant tracking system (ATS). Primary location of role and hybrid working
