We’re looking for a Marketing Executive to join our Legacy and In Memory Marketing Team. The Marketing Executive will sit within the Legacy Conversion team, working across direct mailings, legacy journeys and other warm supporter activity.
As a Marketing Executive in the Legacy and In Memory Giving Marketing Team, you'll specialise in the planning and delivery of campaigns, developing supporter engagement and specific onward journeys to encourage emotional connections and future legacy giving. This team supports the RNLI by raising funds through gifts left to our charity in Wills and in memory giving. This is an important time for the RNLI’s Legacy and In Memory fundraising team. With 6 out of 10 lifeboat launches funded by legacies, this will be a key area of focus for the charity going forwards.
Your role
As a Marketing Executive, you will be tasked with focusing on the following areas:
- Supporting Marketing Managers to deliver marketing campaigns, projects, and other fundraising activity.
- Campaign planning, briefing and administration on a range of channels, from print to digital.
- Supporting on campaign delivery and briefing our in-house creative and digital teams.
- Building and maintaining excellent relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, volunteers and agencies.
- Understanding and interpreting data to help inform and develop marketing activities.
- Managing purchase orders and timely goods receipting invoices.
About you
You’ll be an experienced and proactive Marketing Executive able to support the development and delivery of impactful, successful campaigns and fundraising activity across legacy giving.
To be considered for the role of our new Marketing Executive, you will need:
- Experience in planning and managing fundraising/marketing campaigns.
- To be capable of building strong and collaborative working relationships, both within the existing team but also with multiple stakeholders, both internal and external.
- Confidence in understanding campaign performance data and communicating results and optimisations to stakeholders.
- Proven experience of working across multiple projects to tight deadlines.
- To have excellent communication skills (both spoken and written).
- An understanding of legacy fundraising (desirable).

About Care4Calais
Care4Calais is a volunteer-based charity providing essential aid and support for refugees in France and the UK.
In the UK, we collect and distribute clothing, shoes, mobile phones, and other essential items, alongside offering social support and access to legal, medical, and educational services. In northern France, we operate year-round from Calais, working alongside local communities in Calais and Dunkirk to provide warm clothing, bedding, and services to displaced refugees living in challenging and dangerous conditions.
All of Care4Calais' operations are supported by a small, dedicated staff team, who supervise large volunteer teams to provide critical support to asylum seekers and people on the move in both the UK and France.
About the Role
Care4Calais is recruiting two Operations Coordinators to support its humanitarian operations in northern France. The association operates every day of the week, coordinating the distribution of non-food items (NFI) and providing services and activities, such as phone charging, games, and access to hairdressing, bicycle repair, and sewing equipment.
As an Operations Coordinator, you will oversee the daily distribution of aid and manage volunteer teams, ensuring that proper safety procedures for effective aid distribution are in place, communicated, and consistently applied. You will also contribute to warehouse operations and logistical planning.
You will be part of Care4Calais' core team in France and report directly to the Head of Field Operations in France. The role requires a proactive, hardworking individual with excellent organizational skills and the ability to make quick, compassionate decisions in a fast-paced environment. While this is a challenging position, you will receive a thorough induction and work alongside experienced team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide core operational support for Care4Calais’ operations in northern France.
- Support the logistics and purchasing department to manage new and second-hand clothing stock and assist with operational planning for field activities.
- Oversee and deliver Care4Calais’ NFI aid distributions and services to people on the move at the French/British border.
- Manage and support teams of up to 40 volunteers daily to provide services in Calais and Dunkirk, including leading daily briefings and safety training.
- Support the smooth running of a warehouse and donation storage facility.
- Work alongside a small staff team to develop processes, procedures, and documentation to improve the operational efficiency of Care4Calais’ humanitarian work.

Person Specification
Essential Criteria:
- Experience working or volunteering in a humanitarian context, with human rights organisations, or with refugees and asylum-seeking individuals.
- Experience managing projects that involve risk management, health and safety, safeguarding, and compliance.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to convey information clearly and concisely to a wide audience.
- Experience managing warehouse operations or complex logistical and purchasing projects.
- Excellent written and spoken proficiency in English and at least B2-level proficiency in French.
- Strong digital literacy, including the ability to use Google Workspace effectively.
- Full, clean driving licence and experience or willingness to drive vans.
Desirable Criteria:
- Proficiency in one or more of the languages spoken within asylum-seeking communities, such as Arabic, Farsi, Pashto, Dari, Kurdish Sorani, Tigrinya, or Amharic.

Purpose of Post
The Community Fundraiser will lead on efforts to develop and grow community fundraising initiatives and engage with schools, community groups, faith groups, and individuals.

Main Responsibilities
Community Fundraising and Engagement
- Coordinate the delivery of community fundraising campaigns, initiatives, and events, ensuring high levels of participation and engagement.

Terms & Conditions and Employee Benefits
Conditions, including but not limited to the following:
- Checks: The appointment is subject to satisfactory references, DBS check and a probationary period of six months.
- Salary: £28,840 - £32,917 per annum, pro-rata depending on experience. Salaries are reviewed annually, at the discretion of the Trustees, where the budget allows, with any increases effective from April.
- Pension: There is a group personal pension scheme that you are entitled to participate in, subject to the rules of the scheme. You will be automatically enrolled into the scheme, however there is the option to opt out. The employer’s contribution is 5 per cent while the employee’s contribution is 4 per cent of the pensionable salary.

The Recruitment team is responsible for sourcing, selecting and hiring for 500 places for Approach Social Work (previously known as the Frontline programme) in local authorities across England.
You will be joining us at our busiest time, and will have day to day logistical and administration responsibilities with focus on supporting applicants through the selection stages of our programme, Approach Social Work.
You will work with the Selection team and share responsibilities between other Selection Coordinators to ensure the delivery of a highly effective and efficient recruitment process and to ensure the candidate experience is positive throughout. This role would suit someone who has had some experience interacting with customers, for example in admin support, retail, hospitality, customer service, or similar.

Qualifications / Requirements:

About the Role
As Education Officer, you will coordinate and deliver the Education Programme across schools, colleges, and youth settings in the North West. Coventry Women’s Partnership (CWP) is looking for a Policy, Voice, and Influence Lead to support our 2-year place-based systems change programme, funded by the Smallwood Trust. · The Policy, Voice and Influence Lead (PVIL) will play a pivotal role in driving forward the Coventry Women’s Partnership’s (CWP) systems change agenda to improve housing and homelessness options for women to reduce gendered poverty.
