About the role

It’s an exciting time to be joining the team, and this role provides an excellent opportunity to work across exciting campaigns, interesting automations and really build some great skills across email.

You’ll be a key part of our digital engagement team, supporting our owned digital channels. You’ll work collaboratively with other members of the team, as well as teams around the charity, to help them get the best out of email – ensuring they meet best practices and guidelines.
About you

You’ll have experience using email marketing systems to produce engaging emails, have excellent communication and organizational skills, and have a high attention to detail. You’ll be great at working within a team, and on your own, supporting other teams, and always be keen to learn.

Primary location of role and hybrid working

This role is primarily based in our London or sheffield office. Our hybrid working model allows you to work up to 3 days per week at home.
