Do you have a proven track record of engaging people from diverse communities in inclusive, community-based programmes? We are recruiting two part-time Wellbeing Project Coordinators to deliver integrated community programmes at the Bridge Community Hut. This includes the Community Café and weekly cooking sessions, a community belonging and cultural programme, and an inclusive physical activity programme for children, young people, adults and older residents.
The two roles will work collaboratively, with:
· One role focusing on community café and cooking activities, including planning menus and delivering weekly healthy cooking sessions
· One role focusing on inclusive physical activity, supporting and coordinating accessible sessions
Both roles involve coordinating and delivering community-based activities and helping to create a welcoming, inclusive and well-managed environment where residents feel safe and encouraged to participate.
You must be able to engage residents, support volunteers, and contribute to a varied weekly programme of activities.
This is an in-person role based at the Bridge Community Hut, delivered across weekdays and Saturdays, with occasional evenings.

About the Role
As Programme Coordinator for Centres of Excellence, you’ll play a pivotal role in our flagship financial education accreditation programme, supporting schools to strengthen and embed high-quality financial education across their curriculum and their wider communities.
Working closely with the Programme Manager and colleagues across the charity, you will play a key role in ensuring our network of teachers feel confident, supported and inspired by:
· Supporting the planning and organisation of our annual teacher conferences and skills sharing webinars.
· Creating and coordinating programme marketing and communications.
· Recording, monitoring and evaluating programme data.
· Providing high-level customer service to educators, stakeholders and YE colleagues.
This is a varied role that balances autonomy with collaboration. You’ll make a difference every day — helping teachers enhance their curriculum and enabling young people to build vital money skills for life.

Key Responsibilities
· Work with the Programme Manager to support the smooth day‑to‑day coordination of the Centres of Excellence programme, helping to maintain systems and records that track participation, progress and engagement.
· Contribute to delivering a high‑quality experience for educators by supporting the organisation of the annual YE Teacher Conferences and our termly skills‑sharing webinars.
· Develop and coordinate clear, engaging programme communication, including newsletters, press releases, social media content and marketing materials, ensuring consistency of messaging across all channels.
· Keep track of programme activity by collecting, recording, monitoring and preparing data for reporting and insight.
· Build positive, professional relationships with schools, partner organisations, stakeholders and colleagues across Young Enterprise to support strong collaboration and programme delivery.
A few practical things
- This is a hybrid role based in London, with a minimum of 8 office days per month.
- You’ll have the opportunity to visit some of the participating schools and colleges across the UK.

About you
Working within the communications and marketing team, you'll be confident in managing our social media accounts (we have many), ensuring we're using platforms to get our messages out to both wide and targeted audiences with engaging and timely content.
You'll be happy using tools for social listening, interacting with our audiences and building our reach. You'll be familiar with key metrics for social engagement and will be reporting back to colleagues and other stakeholders - and using this data to constantly improve our communications.
You'll be skilled in writing longer form content for our members' magazine, Caring, proof reading articles, posting content on our websites, creating graphics and making sure our content is engaging, audience focused and dynamic. Oh, and you probably know your way around an emoji set and are not scared of a well timed pun. We're a small but effective communications team and pride ourselves on getting stuck in and supporting each other when we need to deliver big on fast moving projects, so you'll need be able to juggle lots of demands while recognising the importance of always hitting deadlines.

Product Marketing Coordinator
This role is critical in ensuring Dot Dot Dot’s property offer meets market demand, business needs, and our social mission.
You will manage key parts of the property product lifecycle - from defining value propositions and preparing properties for launch, through to marketing, viewings, and quality control. Working closely with Marketing and Services teams, you’ll help ensure our properties are well‑positioned, well‑presented, and successfully filled.
This is a varied, hands‑on role combining strategic thinking with operational delivery, and desk‑based work with regular visits to properties. You’ll be supported in role by our senior marketing coordinator and head of marketing and business development.
The fundamentals of the role
Marketing and sales enablement
- Develop property messaging, value propositions, and supporting materials.
- Ensure each property has strong visual assets, including photography, video, and written content.
- Create and maintain property information sheets for internal and external use.
- Coordinate property‑related communications, including Mailchimp viewing emails and location‑based social media content.
- Work with the Marketing team to deliver campaigns, promotions, and go‑to‑market activity.
Viewings organisation and coordination
- Plan, schedule, and continuously improve the property viewings process.
- Supervise and support a small team of property viewing assistants (PVAs), including training, quality oversight, and timesheet approval.
- Ensure PVAs have accurate, up‑to‑date product information, sales guidance, and customer engagement support.
- Occasionally attend viewings to assess quality and gather feedback.
Go-to-market planning and execution
- Visit properties to understand condition, local context, and customer appeal.
- Support property launch planning, including pricing, audience targeting, and marketing tactics.
- Coordinate with Marketing to implement campaigns that attract high‑quality guardians.
- Track and report on the performance of property launches and viewings.
- Work cross‑functionally to ensure alignment between product, marketing, and service standards.
Product vision and positioning
- Support the definition and development of clear, compelling property value propositions.
- Ensure property products align with business objectives, customer needs, and market trends.
- Work with Marketing and Services to connect operational quality with external positioning.
Market and customer insight
- Research market needs, pricing, locations, and competitor activity.
- Develop and refine guardian personas to support effective targeting and communication.

Product lifecycle management
- Liaise with Services during property setup to ensure standards and product features are embedded from the outset.

- Ensure properties are ready for viewings and occupancy through clear coordination and communication.

The EMHP Alliance aims to improve care for adult victims and survivors of sexual assault and abuse with multiple complex trauma-related mental health needs, enabling recovery, healing and long-term wellbeing. To achieve this, the Pathfinder will strengthen collaboration between statutory and voluntary sector services, improve identification of complex trauma-related needs and develop the capacity and pathways required to deliver timely, sustained and trauma informed support.
About the Role
The Alliance Coordinator (AC) will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and effective operation of the Alliance and work closely with the Alliance Director. The Alliance Coordinator will support across a wide range of tasks that are critical to operational and strategic leadership of the Alliance, including preparing and coordinating senior meetings, preparing communications, report writing and collating lived experience feedback.

We are seeking a creative, driven, and strategic Campaigns Coordinator to deliver our current high-impact campaigns with a view to exposing the cruel animal agriculture industries, influencing decision-makers, and mobilising the public to create lasting change for farmed animals.
Working closely with team members, the Campaigns Coordinator will design and deliver imaginative campaigns while working in alignment with the organisation’s wider mission: to end factory farming. About the role: We have been appointed as the secretariat of an Expert Reference Group (ERG) comprising a network of organisations in the London-wide violence against women and girls (VAWG) sector. The ERG supports the Mayor’s Office for Policing and Crime (MOPAC) with its delivery of the Mayor’s VAWG strategy.
As the secretariat for the ERG, we will ensure that the VAWG sector is fully involved in MOPAC’s VAWG-related work. We will convene regular meetings and other opportunities for ERG members to raise, discuss and escalate to MOPAC relevant issues affecting the VAWG sector, ensure the needs of victim-survivors of VAWG are represented, and bring together the shared expertise and knowledge of the VAWG sector to provide expert insight to MOPAC’s VAWG-related work.
