What will you be doing?

As a Service Manager at Hft, you’ll be supporting adults with learning disabilities to live the best life possible. You will be a role model to others through demonstrating excellent support to those we support and you will help the Regional Service Managers to coach, support and manage staff teams effectively. You will be responsible for nurturing and inspiring those coming to work for Hft to help ensure we have the best staff teams offering great support services. You will assist the Regional Service Manager by holding delegated responsibility in key areas of the day-to-day running of the registered service. You will also have the responsibility to manage the performance of your team; including your team’s delivery of care and support which promotes dignity, wellbeing and independence and a person-centred culture.

Alongside the Regional Manager, you are responsible and accountable for monitoring, maintaining and providing the highest standards of clinical and personal support and service delivery, while promoting independence and choice to the people supported in the service.

As a senior member of the team, you will promote and lead good practice at all times, doing all you can to make sure that the people we support and their colleagues come to no harm and that the people we support are satisfied with the level of support they receive by acting as an exemplary role model.

As a Service Manager, flexibility is important for both you and for the service. We provide 24/7 support to some people, so you will need to have flexibility to work shifts on a rota basis, including nights, weekends and Bank Holidays.

We’re recruiting for a new Product Manager to support the 12 million people in the UK who are deaf, have hearing loss or tinnitus. We are on an exciting journey at RNID as we introduce and embed product & delivery approaches and you will have the drive to help us along that path.

You will play a critical role in the next phase of our website product, developing and owning the roadmap and delivering positive impact for all our audiences. This includes user experience, conversion rate optimisation, technical integrations to internal/external systems and usability & accessibility.

You’ll work with external agencies as well as our multi-disciplinary in-house team. You will ensure that our website and other relevant digital products deliver against our over-arching strategy.

You will work in a consultative and collaborative way, sharing your experience, expertise, and guidance to encourage effective decision making. Working closely with Marketing & Communications and other teams to ensure coherent user journeys and relevant product roadmaps are in place driving the desired outcomes. You will own the website product roadmap.

You’ll work with subject matter experts and specialists to understand our audiences, identify opportunities, develop, and test ideas and manage products throughout their lifecycle.

You have expert product management skills. As the product manager you will champion a product mindset, continuingly delivering improved outcomes for our communities.

You undertake work which requires the application of service design and product management principles in a wide range of contexts. For example, using your knowledge of user needs and organisational goals, you will frame problems and help set priorities for the delivery team.

· Experience raising income from a range of income streams particularly Trusts and Foundations also including skills in managing events, individual donors, legacy, corporate and community fundraising.

· Finance and Project management experience.

Reporting to the IT Operations Manager, the Senior IT Support Technician will be responsible for providing 1st and 2nd line support services to the staff, volunteers and service users at the hospice, and will support the IT Operations Manager in their day-to-day activities, ensuring the IT service is delivered to the agreed standards, as well as providing mentorship and team-leadership to the IT Support Technicians within the team.

What you’ll be doing

The primary duties of the Senior IT Support Technician include, but are not limited to:

Age UK's Digital & Technology division is recruiting for an Asset and Dispatch Team Leader to join our customer-centric team. The Service Desk is embarking on an exciting time as we look to create lots of new processes, procedures and working practices. The Service Desk will become the Single Point of Contact for all IT related incidents and requests.

You will lead a team of Service Desk Analysts within the Warrington office, with responsibility for tasks related to operational performance and people management. You'll be involved in reviewing and updating Service Desk related processes and procedures, co-ordinating Service Desk Analyst coaching and mentoring. This role will focus on managing Age UK hardware assets across all sites.

The team will provide first touch support for all of Age UK's IT Infrastructure - including desktop, software and mobile device management and Telephony (includes Incidents, Requests and Changes). You'll work on operational and administrative activities associated with the Service Desk - including reports, account management, moves, adds, deletes and changes.

Passionate about providing a brilliant Customer Experience, you'll be proactive in monitoring call volumes, queues and data on a daily basis to help to ensure optimal ticket levels and responsible for ticket logging and allocation within the ITSM tool, setting an example on ticket management.

Data-driven, you'll carry out Service Desk reporting and trend analysis activities and play a key role in managing the Asset database and management process.

This role offers hybrid working, where you'll spend up to 3 days a week on-site in our Warrington office, plus ad-hoc cover as requested, working the rest of the time from home.

Working hours are 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Our core hours are 08:00 until 19:00 with cover required on a rota basis across the Service Desk leadership team.

Primary location of role and hybrid working

This role is based in Ibex House, London and our flexible hybrid working model allows full-time staff members to work up to 3 days per week at home.

Harris Hill are delighted to be working with The National Eczema Society to recruit their new Individual Giving Lead. This is a newly created role as they seek to grow engagement and support from people affected by this condition. They are a relatively small and agile organisation who punch above their weight and have big ambitions.

This charity is dedicated to making life better for people with eczema and their families. In the UK, around 1 in 5 children and 1 in 10 adults live with eczema, so lots of people look to the charity for hope and support. Their mission is to empower people to live well with eczema, to become 'expert patients' supported by a charity that puts their needs first. Through growing their research, campaigning and awareness-raising, they are working to improve eczema care now and in the future.

Fundraising underpins all of the charity's work and is crucial to their success. As Individual Giving Lead you will be responsible for driving donations and supporter engagement using personal, story-led communications.

Some key responsibilities will include;

* Managing individual giving activity - including activities such asregular giving, one-off donations and appeals, digital fundraising and payroll giving
* Developing and implementing a supporter engagement programme - create a multi-channel communication programme to optimise supporter retention and deepen engagement
* Leading on supporter appeals - working with other function leads to ensure activity is integrated and optimised
* Managing challenge event activity - including promoting and allocating National Eczema Society Gold Bond places in key events
* General management activities - such as budgeting, planning, strategy development

This would be a great opportunity for an experienced and ambitious fundraiser to take ownership of and drive the future direction of fundraising for this small but mighty charity.

As a key part of the Major Donor Fundraising Team, you will develop the successful Legacy Programme through targeted marketing activities via digital & physical outreach. This role will have a focus on increasing the number of legacy donors via marketing & outreach, email campaigns, postal mailers, as well as the management of a free-will writing service. You will also lead engagement with legacy programme donors and the processing of legacy donations.
To be a successful Legacy Manager, you will need:  

• Experience in Legacy fundraising/marketing, or in Individual Giving
• Ability to approach legacy donors and prospects, engage them effectively and make direct ask in person, by phone or email 
• Interest in politics and sympathy with the cause of the Liberal Democrats
