Key responsibilities
Office & Finance Administration
- Working alongside the Office Manager to ensure the smooth running of the office.
- Responding to general enquiries.
- Co-ordinating the weekly staff office duties rota.
- Co-ordinating the internal meeting room booking schedule.
- Support the Office Manager to coordinate the prompt and accurate weekly grants and invoice authorisation and payments process.
- Working alongside the Office Manager in the review of supplier’s contracts.
- Preparing the monthly petty cash and credit card reconciliation for authorisation.
- Depositing cheques and cash donations as soon as they are received and recording transactions.
- Overseeing the Finance inbox, monitoring enquiries and invoices.
- Ensuring all finance records are filed accurately and systematically.
- Provide HR administrative support.
- Providing administrative support across all teams as and when required.
Grants Administration
- Coordinate grants programme shortlisting and assessment panel meetings.
- Schedule the Grants and Learning Team enquiry rota, events and 1:1s for prospective applicants.
- Collate photos, music and other digital assets from funded partner reports for use on our communications channels.
- Provide administrative support for our youth participation activities.
- Supporting our work with Funding Advisors, including scheduling training, checking availability, and tracking invoices.
General
- Carrying out all such additional duties as are reasonably commensurate with the role.

As Finance & Operations Administrator you will have a key role to play working closely with the trustees and Head of Fundraising & Communications to co-ordinate activities, to ensure day to day operations in the UK run smoothly.
The role as advertised covers a broad range of activities. However there will be peaks and troughs of workload.
This job is for you if you are:
- A qualified accountant or bookkeeper with experience of Xero ideal (training can be provided).
- Confident working with Microsoft Office (Excel & Word) & Shared drive (eg, GoogleDocs).
- Comfortable working with a variety of IT packages, or learning how to do so

In a typical month you’ll:
- Support the Chair of Finance; preparing monthly accounts. Processing receipts and payments for bank reconciliation; invoices and expense claims. Filing finance documentation. Maintian the restricted v unrestricted donation records, Gift Aid schedules, HMRC returns.
- Support the Head of Fund Raising and Communications, liaising with donors (sending receipts, requests for information), researching potential donors, preparing grant applications, ordering brochures and marketing information. Acting as a day to day point of contact.
- Support the Chair and Vice Chair of Trustees; helping to prepare and distribute monthly meeting agendas, supporting papers, co-ordinating virtual meeting schedule, drafting and distributing minutes, .-
- Support the Chair of Governance ensuring Trustee and Staff Handbooks (policies and protocols), risk register, are uptodate and accessible via the website portal. Lead the administration process for the recruitment of trustees and staff, including the preparation of candidate packs, advertising, induction. Oversight of the EFA Partnership Agreements.
- Support the Chair of Educaton re liaison with relevant external auditors (safeguarding, health and safety, risk). Linking with Moroccan partners to agree on timing and arrangements for audit visits. Ensuring reports are available to trustees as agreed.
- General ad hoc support to trustees, staff and external stakeholders as required.

Job Description
Communications:
- Develop, contribute to and implement impact-driven and strategic communications campaigns that build Kineara’s fundraising capacity and raise awareness of the issues
- Develop brand identity for Kineara’s new charitable arm, ensuring it is consistent across all activities in the organisation, while maintaining Kineara’s overall ‘look and feel’ to ensure coherence in branding, colours, messaging, style and approach.

The Position
The Communications Officer, Global Corporate & Foundation Partnerships will focus on two key workstreams: 1) Implementing the communications and profile-raising strategy for the Development team’s $250M Climate: Possible global campaign and 2) Communications projects supporting European corporate and foundation partners. Working closely with the Communications Director, Global Corporate & Foundation Partnerships, and the Senior Director of Development in Europe, this position will coordinate across internal teams, including fundraising relationship managers and communications and marketing team members, and liaise directly with external partners.
Essential Responsibilities
CLIMATE: POSSIBLE COMMUNICATIONS & PROFILE-STRATEGY SUPPORT (60%)
●Support the execution of the Climate: Possible communications plan, including managing the creation of thought leadership deliverables, developing written and other creative content, and coordinating internal reviews.

The charity has exciting plans to grow and diversify the supporter base as well as develop audience first supporter journeys to provide donors with the best possible experience and maximise the lifetime value.
We’re looking to speak to charity marketeers with experience in Individual Giving or Direct/Data-led Marketing as we recruit a Senior Executive and an Executive into their well-established Individual Giving team.

The charity offers a hybrid working pattern, spending 2 days a week in their London offices at Chelsea and Sutton.
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead, develop and deliver Supporter Acquisition and Supporter Retention & Development campaigns across a range of channels in line with strategy
- Work closely with the Individual Giving Managers to plan, manage and deliver the annual operating plan, including end-to-end project management
- Monitor and report on campaign performance (e.g. end of campaign reports, monthly reporting) and analyse results to enhance campaign performance and inform campaign planning, decision making and improvements
- Work with the Data team, Marketing and Digital teams to brief and undertake analysis, internally and externally that contributes to the objectives of the team
- Work closely with other members of the Individual Giving Team, other fundraising teams, and teams across the Charity and the Trust to ensure all activities are co-ordinated and supporter focused
