Individual Giving Lead (Supporter Experience)
As our Supporter Experience Lead, you’ll develop and deliver personalised, meaningful journeys for thousands of supporters. You will be the advocate for our donors—ensuring every interaction feels thoughtful, bespoke, and truly valued.
This role is pivotal in driving repeat giving, maximising donor loyalty, and increasing lifetime value across all Individual Giving channels. You’ll use insight, creativity, and innovation to build best-in-class supporter experiences, strengthen long-term relationships, and help shape the future of the donor stewardship.
Individual Giving Lead (Acquisition)
As our Acquisition Lead, you’ll focus on growth bringing new supporters into the community through diverse, multi-channel campaigns including digital, direct mail, and face-to-face.
You’ll lead innovative acquisition activity, test and optimise new approaches, analyse performance, and ensure the charity is always growing sustainably and strategically. As the expert in new donor recruitment, you will deliver high-quality campaigns that attract committed, long-term supporters inspired by life-changing impact.
Both roles will collaborate closely, ensuring a seamless handover from acquisition into supporter experience and building a truly integrated and powerful Individual Giving programme.

Key Responsibilities (across the two roles)
Supporter Experience Lead
- Develop and deliver a personalised supporter experience plan as part of the Individual Giving Strategy.
- Create bespoke, hyper-personalised communications that enhance donor loyalty.
- Build journeys for mid-value donors, regular givers, and pre-lapsed supporters.
- Collaborate with the Acquisition Lead to deliver an exceptional welcome journey.
- Monitor KPIs and use insight to improve retention, net income, and lifetime value.
Acquisition Lead
- Plan and deliver multi-channel campaigns to recruit new supporters.
- Drive digital, direct mail, and face-to-face acquisition activity.
- Deliver a strong past-patient programme in partnership with wider teams.
- Work closely with the Supporter Experience Lead to ensure a seamless welcome journey.
- Analyse KPIs and optimise activity to achieve competitive CPA and long-term value.
Essential Skills & Experience (for both roles)
- Experience managing projects or campaigns in a fast-paced fundraising or marketing environment.

About the role
As Maritime Administrator you will play a key part in supporting the operational delivery of international conferences and governance meetings in line with the organisational constitution and contributing to the success of the maritime sections organisational work programme.
You will work with colleagues and external stakeholders worldwide to ensure the smooth delivery of the administration function, including the logistical aspects of our global activities, meetings and conferences.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Organising international meetings and conferences: creating registration platforms for meetings; venue sourcing; budgeting & forecasting; delegate management; managing rooming allocations, catering and audio-video (AV) requirements; arranging interpreters when required; booking international travel and supporting visa processes.
- Documentation: assisting with the drafting and proofreading of documents for maritime meetings and conferences in line with the appropriate templates and procedures; minute taking and report writing at committee level; liaising with the in-house translation coordinators to ensure documents are submitted on time and dealing with related queries; creating document packs for maritime meetings and conferences.

About the role
As Director of Finance and Resources and with an oversight of a £15m budget, we are looking for a strong, corporate business leader operating at a senior level to help take Cystic Fibrosis Trust forward on our exciting journey towards a life unlimited by cystic fibrosis and optimising our finance and resources to deliver maximum impact for people with cystic fibrosis.

Summary
EduSpots is an innovative, dynamic, and community-orientated UK and Ghanaian registered charity which connects, trains, and equips grassroots voluntary educators (named ‘Catalysts’) to drive community-led change through education spaces named ‘Spots’. Our vision is of a world in which communities unite to create the futures they want to see, through education.
Since 2016, through collaborating with over 400 local voluntary community educators and actors – named ‘Catalysts’ – who take a central leadership role in the development of the network, we have supported 50 communities in creating and running community-led and owned education spaces named ‘Spots’’. Together, we are developing a model for a community-led education space with accompanying network engagement that could have global relevance.
Our Ghana-based team creates collaborative learning opportunities through three leadership programmes for Catalysts which are increasingly facilitated by the EduSpots app: the Ignite, Catalyse and Inspire Mentoring Programmes. These enable the Catalysts to lead EduKidz (early years education), DigLit (digital literacy), EcoSTEM (STEM and environmental education) and Ignite Equity (gender equity) clubs for learners typically aged 3-16, alongside locally designed education projects, reaching over 10,000 learners of all ages annually.
We are in an exciting period of our development, having more than doubled our income, programme breadth and reach in the last two years, with a recent independent evaluation by Expectation State offering further evidence in support of our model’s outcomes. We have been recently selected for two accelerator programmes, who are supporting us as we consider the scaling potential of our model. In the period, we are aiming to double our network reach, bringing an additional 50 Spots into the network.

About this role
The Global Head of Operations is a new role being introduced in 2026 with the core purpose of strengthening systems, processes and strategic delivery across both EduSpots Global and EduSpots Ghana, offering hands-on support to the CEO and wider staff across a range of areas.
In this senior role, you will work closely alongside the CEO, offering her the advice and skills needed to move EduSpots successfully through a complex period of growth in a challenging fundraising context, enabling more learners and Catalysts to participate in a unique community-led model of education, whilst sharing our practice more widely.
We are looking for an organised and empathetic strategic leader, ideally with strong or developing skills across project management, finance, HR and MEL skills and an ability to work independently in a fast moving work environment.
This role has the potential to grow into a Director of Global Operations or Deputy CEO role in time for outstanding candidates, and carries significant organisation-wide responsibility.
Candidates should hold a genuine passion for educational equity, a strong belief in the power of community-led models to transform lives at scale and a high level of flexibility in a fast-changing yet friendly and playful work environment.

Main duties and responsibilities
Systems
- Work with the CEO and staff to proactively strengthen systems and processes across the organisation, including monitoring, evaluation and learning frameworks and operations.
- Support the wider team with IT, including general skill development, leading the Google Space system.
- Monitor compliance to organisational policies and lead the quarterly review of the organisational risk register, working with the Ghana Head of Operations.
Finance
- Work with the Finance and Admin Officer to produce monthly and quarterly global management accounts, cash flow analysis and to complete the annual audit.
- Lead the financial planning of the organisation, working with the CEO and the Ghana Head of Operations to create the annual budget.
- Work with the Ghana Head of Operations to strengthen financial systems, processes, and training across the organisation.
- Work with the Ghana Head of Operations to prepare budgets for funding bids as needed.
- Work with the grants team to track grant spending and produce consolidated financial reports (including expenditure from the UK and Ghana) for donors.
- Ensure EduSpots’ new accounting software (QuickBooks) is fully embedded and utilised.
- Oversee bank account management, including payments, checking bank statements, and reviewing bank reconciliations for UK and Ghana.
- Ensure staff payroll (likely to be outsourced) and payments to freelancers / consultants are done accurately and in a timely manner.
HR

Role: Music Development Officer
Reporting to: Executive Director / Senior Lead
Salary: £17,042.40 (pro-rata of £28,404)
Hours: 21 hours per week
Contract: Fixed term – three years from start date
Location: Home, with the option to work from an office in Cardiff or Carmarthen.

What it’s like to work with us
Disability Arts Cymru (DAC) is a Charitable Incorporated Organisation funded by the Arts Council of Wales. We’re a membership organisation that produces and promotes art which reflects the lived experience of disabled people in Wales and champions equality across the arts. At the heart of everything we do is the social model of disability. We work to challenge barriers and negative attitudes, helping individuals and organisations understand that it is society and negative attitudes, not impairments, that disable people.
Working for DAC means joining a small, highly experienced, and enthusiastic team based across Wales. Most of our work is home-based, though you’ll be expected to attend events around the country and visit our headquarters in Carmarthen or Cardiff from time to time. Our staff benefit from a generous annual leave allowance, including a Christmas and New Year office shutdown, additional discretionary days, two team social days each year, and a friendly weekly remote coffee chat over Zoom.
What you’ll be doing
You will manage and support a group of DAC musician members, helping them to create new work, access opportunities, and grow both creatively and professionally. This will include hosting events, developing and leading projects, building and maintaining relationships with partner organisations in Wales and beyond, administering and supporting arts commissions, and delivering training when required.
What we’re looking for
- Practical experience in the arts, specifically within a music context.
- Proven experience planning and delivering projects to a high standard.
- An effective communicator, able to engage with people at all levels.
- A positive team player, who collaborates well and builds strong relationships internally and externally.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work effectively remotely.
- A lived understanding of the experiences of disabled and/or deaf people in Wales, alongside a passion for using art to drive social change.
Knowledge, skills and experience
Essential
- Relevant experience, or demonstrable knowledge, of delivering socially impactful arts projects in Wales.
- Strong awareness of the music industry in Wales and established relationships with key people in the sector.
- Educated to degree level, or with significant equivalent industry experience.
- Ability to plan, deliver, and support arts projects and events.
- Strong understanding of the lived experience of disability and a working knowledge of the Social Model of Disability.
- Effective interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships, and to communicate effectively with people at all levels.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage time, prioritise workloads, and deliver to deadlines in a home-working/hybrid environment.
- Ability to work positively and collaboratively within a small staff team, including cross-artform collaboration.
- Excellent IT skills, including MS Office and digital communication platforms (e.g. Zoom, Teams).
- Experience gathering and evaluating feedback to report on project impact and member needs.
- Clear understanding of equality, diversity, and access in the arts, with particular emphasis on the Social Model of Disability.
Desirable
- Fluent Welsh speaker
- Experience of delivering training

As Head of Development and a member of the Leadership Team, you will play a key role in shaping and leading a new and ambitious Development Strategy to secure the resources we need to grow our frontline and influencing impact. You’ll lead on supporting and galvanizing our small but mighty Development Team to grow their skills and Switchback’s income. You’ll oversee our development systems and processes, maintaining our trajectory of growth to ensure we remain sustainable in future years. And you’ll understand how to interpret and use our robust data and compelling Trainee journeys to make a compelling case for support to the full range of existing and potential supporters.
We’ve grown our income from £1m in 2022 to £1.5m in 2025 and know that further growth requires a clear development strategy which engages supporters in our vision for transforming more lives through better resettlement policy and practice.
This is an exciting role for a first-time leader - you will be fully supported by an experienced CEO and a collaborative Leadership Team, with a focus on your professional development. You’ll be joining at an exciting time of growth and building on a strong fundraising track record.
Our ambitious new strategic plan aims to support more Londoners than ever by 2030 and build the evidence for transforming national resettlement policy, with a staff team of 30 dedicated individuals aiming to push forward that vision. We are a hands-on, collaborative team, so you’ll need to enjoy getting stuck in with everything from bid writing to pitching to building our pipeline of prospective supporters.
We are seeking someone with a strong track record in building long-term funding relationships, who can apply that skill across the whole fundraising landscape, including with both institutions (corporates, trusts and foundations, and statutory grants) and individuals (high net worth philanthropists and individual regular donors).
You’ll be a confident bid writer who can guide your team in producing high quality applications and funder reports. You’ll be happy to absorb and build on Switchback’s style and continuously promote our gold standard of stewardship, which bolsters Switchback’s funder base.
