As part of the Marketing and Communications team, you will shape how Place2Be communicates its mission, creating visually compelling content that resonates with diverse audiences. You will take ownership of creative briefs, developing innovative concepts that align with our brand and values.
Key Responsibilities
Design engaging and accessible visuals for digital and print platforms with a focus on impact reports, social graphics, and a supporter magazine. This makes up around 70% of the work with 30% spent on video.
Interpret and execute creative briefs with originality and strategic thinking.
Produce high-quality video content that showcases our work and impact.
Manage digital assets, ensuring proper organisation and consent compliance.
Keep our Digital Asset Management system updated for seamless access and use.
Collaborate across departments, bringing ideas to life through thoughtful design.
Essential Skills & Experience
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro).
Strong experience working alongside marketing and communications teams.
A deep understanding of brand identity, stakeholder engagement, and visual storytelling.

Bromley Recovery and Wellbeing College (BRWC) runs a curriculum of free peer and professional-led workshops and courses across the borough of Bromley. Our aim is to enable students to achieve greater insight into their own mental wellbeing and gain skills to help them achieve personal goals, independence and self-management of their own mental health.
We have an exciting opportunity for a Bromley Recovery and Wellbeing College Manager to join SEL Mind on a one year fixed-term basis. You will be a strategic planner, responsible for reviewing, implementing and managing the significant development of Bromley’s Recovery and Wellbeing College (BRWC) You will design and oversee the delivery of quality-assured courses in response to wider local need, providing equity in opportunities and lead on delivering a successful shared vision for the BRWC. The role comes with line management responsibility for a BRWC Coordinator and an administrator, ensuring operational support for the day to day delivery and efficient running of the college as well as support for tutors and students.
You will work closely alongside SEL Mind colleagues as well as our Bromley Mental Health Hub partners Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust. You will also use strong partnership working skills to collaborate with stakeholders across the borough.
You will have experience of successfully delivering learning to others and of line management in a busy, fast paced environment. A strategic, proactive approach to problem solving and planning as well as excellent organisational skills are a must. Confidence to communicate effectively with a wide range of people is also required.
Hybrid working is considered in line with our policies and needs of the service. Occasional out-of-hours work is required to support the team delivering courses outside of core office hours.

Overview of the Philanthropy Manager role and the team
Barnabas Aid is seeking a proactive and experienced Philanthropy Manager to join our International Outreach team. This new role is integral to ensuring the growth and sustainability of our work through regular or one time organisational and personal donations. The Philanthropy Manager will develop and implement a comprehensive strategy in support of this, targeting potential supporters who wish to leave a lasting impact through Barnabas’ work. The role will involve cultivating relationships with current and prospective organisational and private UK based and international supporters, overseeing communications and marketing strategies, and ensuring that Barnabas Aid’s fund raising programme is promoted effectively across all channels.
As part of a dynamic fundraising team, the Philanthropy Manager will work closely with the Head of Campaigns, the Living Streams Officer, and the Head of Communications. The role will also involve engagement with donors, ensuring that Barnabas Aid is at the forefront of supporters' minds when it comes to making donations or leaving a legacy for future generations of Christians in need.
Main duties and responsibilities
- Fund Raising Strategy:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive donation, legacy marketing and stewardship strategy, with the aim of increasing the number of organisational, regular and one-off individual donations in addition to legacy gifts to Barnabas Aid.
- Adherence to the Code of Fundraising Practice within this strategy.
- Fund Raising Marketing:
- Create and execute marketing campaigns that inspire organisations and supporters to consider making one off or regular donations to Barnabas Aid. This will include writing promotional materials, organising events, and developing digital campaigns to raise awareness of the variety of ways of making donations and legacy giving.
- Donor Stewardship:
- Cultivate relationships with existing and prospective donors, ensuring they feel valued and appreciated.
- Provide regular updates and tailored communications to supporters to ensure long-term engagement and support.
- Engagement & Retention:
- Work to retain donors by developing a robust stewardship programme that encourages ongoing involvement and loyalty.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with the Head of Campaigns and the communications team to ensure that the fund raising programme is integrated into wider campaigns and communications strategies.
- Reporting & Tracking:
- Maintain accurate records of gifts and supporters, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations eg The Fundraising Regulator’s Code of Practice, charity law etc.
- Report on campaign outcomes, analysing data to identify trends and optimise future strategies.
- Promote Donor Giving:
- Represent Barnabas Aid at events, meetings, and speaking opportunities to promote the many different ways to donate and build awareness within all supporter communities.

- Set and achieve specific targets for the acquisition of new gifts and be a key player in meeting the overall goals for Barnabas Aid.

Essential
- Fundraising Expertise:
- Proven experience in developing and implementing successful fundraising strategies, ideally within a (faith-based)charity or not-for-profit environment.
- Campaign Management:
- Strong background in developing, planning, executing, and measuring marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, including print, digital, and face-to-face engagement.
- Demonstrable success in increasing donations
o Experience in major donor relations, or planned and unplanned giving campaigns.
- Relationship Building:
- Excellent interpersonal skills with experience in building long-term relationships with high-value and individual donors, including legacy supporters.

In this role, you will operationally manage the activities and tasks outlined in the CRM project plan, working closely with the Head of Volunteering & Engagement, the CRM Strategic group and the CRM Working group. We are currently at Stage 2, moving into Stage 3.

You will work closely with the National Volunteer Engagement Manager to help embed the new VMS or CRM across our delivery team, working practically and equitably with colleagues to understand any individual challenges or needs and finding appropriate ways to support them.
We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive CRM Project Manager to lead the next phase of our CRM development project.
You’ll operationally manage the delivery of our CRM plan, support the commissioning of a new system, and develop and drive forward a clear implementation strategy. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external providers to ensure smooth delivery, while coordinating training, ensuring compliance, and embedding inclusive practices.

As a Community & Membership Engagement Manager, you will own and manage our clients digital engagement strategy, ensuring members, supporters, and volunteers are engaged, informed, and active. You will oversee PTS’s owned media platforms, including membership channels, private forums, email newsletters, and social engagement spaces.
This role is about more than just community management, it’s about creating an inclusive, welcoming, and representative movement. You’ll engage underrepresented voices, ensure accessibility, and create content that speaks to a diverse range of parents. If you’re passionate about building online movements, crafting compelling content, and ensuring all parents feel heard and valued, we’d love to hear from you.
A core part of this role is diversifying our audience and ensuring our community is truly reflective of all parents, including Black, Asian and minority ethnic women, disabled parents, LGBTQ+ parents, and low-income families. You’ll develop inclusive strategies to expand PTS’s reach and remove barriers to participation, ensuring that those most affected by the motherhood penalty are at the heart of our work.
To be successful in this role, you will have experience and knowledge, demonstrating an ability to:
· Build Community & Digital Engagement, creating a brave and fearless movement
· Drive membership growth & engagement
· Create storytelling & user-generated content (Nothing About Us Without Us)
· Create, lead and manage digital content & online events
· Compile, interupt and use data, performance & continuous improvement
