We now have a permanent opportunity for a Senior Cloud Administrator to provide 3rd level project and helpdesk support, acting as an escalation point for the support team. This opportunity is integral to providing consistent IT support across all three of our centres.
In this role you will ensure our internal physical and virtual server and network is maintained for 7 day a week operation. Your focus will be on infrastructure, and you will work across all six of our business applications. This offers you diversity in your work and the opportunity to work on technically complex challenges.
Joining a team of 10, you will be collectively supporting a user basis of around 700. The support requests will invite you to use your entire skill set and provide opportunities for continued development.

Since 2016, through collaborating extensively with over 250 local volunteers, who take a central leadership role in the development of the network, we have supported 50 communities in creating and running community-led and owned education spaces named ‘Spots’, with a strategy to support them in moving towards our ‘Dream Spot Model’. Together, we are developing a model for a community-led education space with accompanying network engagement that could have relevance in settings across the world.
Our Ghana-based programmes team creates collaborative learning opportunities through three leadership programmes for volunteers: the Ignite, Catalyse and Peer Mentoring Programmes. These enable them to lead EduLit, EduSTEM, EduKidz and Ignite Equity clubs, alongside locally designed education projects, reaching over 10,000 students of all ages annually. About this role
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic fundraising professional, with a proven track record of income generation and a strong ability to develop impactful relationships with the skills to bring aligned individuals and organisations into our long-term EduSpots community. The post holder will be creative, passionate and self-motivated, with strong marketing and communications skills, able to design and implement strategic fundraising approaches.
In this role, you will take on responsibility for identifying, creating and delivering impactful fundraising strategies that enable us to generate further relationships and income in support of our programmes.
You will oversee the development of our individual giving and monthly giving strategies and further develop relationships with schools, corporate organisations and NGOs, with a focus on resource acquisition (e.g. books, electronic devices) alongside fundraising. You will also play a supportive role in events and campaigns, and work closely with our Head of Communications to ensure our marketing and communications strategy is integrated with our fundraising aims. CVAA UK is a membership organisation supporting not-for-profit adoption agencies across the UK who specialise in finding homes for children in care. Over 3000 children in the UK need adoption each year because they cannot remain at home or with family members. The CVAA Practice Programme delivers 30 or more online courses each year to those working in the sector, primarily social workers. The programme has developed a strong reputation for attracting a range of subject experts to deliver cost effective, engaging and useful training. Due to a restructure of the team, we are now looking for a Training Manager who can oversee the administration and delivery of the programme. Initially fixed term, it is anticipated that this post will become permanent. We are keen to have someone joiun us as soon as possible.
The Training Manager will work with the Head of Practice Development to ensure that the courses are full, supported, delivered effectively and evaluated. Part of the role will also be to source new trainers and support the creation of the programme into 2025.

As the motion design producer at Breast Cancer Now, you’ll play a key role in helping bring our work to life.
You’ll be creating high quality, engaging content about our life-changing research, campaigning, fundraising, services and health information. And you’ll be part of the multimedia team, where we produce video, photography, motion design and audio that help strengthen our brand and tell our story.
Reporting to the senior multimedia manager, you’ll be producing motion design projects that cover all aspects of the organisation. This includes producing multiple small and large-scale motion projects throughout the year to support major campaigns and projects. Experience of producing long and short-form content with an eye towards social trends is also desirable.
The role may require some work on larger video and photography projects throughout the year to support the wider team, so any skills in video production, video editing or photography would be an advantage.

You’ll have a keen interest in all things motion design and have a good portfolio of work to show this. You’ll be hard-working and highly motivated, with a flexible approach to your work. And you’ll be used to working in a busy team environment and able to work on your own initiative.

About the role:
The fundraising team raise approximately £400K annually and aspiring to grow by over half a million by 2025. You will be responsible for leading and growing income via the charities Corporate Partnerships and Sporting Challenges. The ideal candidate will have high-level experience in corporate fundraising.
Key responsibilities include:
- Provide excellent account management to some of the charities existing and new corporate relationships.
- Carry out effective prospect research.
- Engage companies in our sporting challenges.
- Nurture effective relationships with corporate partners to achieve the best outcomes for the charity.
- Manage and grow the charities portfolio of challenge events to maximise income from this fundraising stream to achieve and exceed set income and expenditure targets, offering opportunities for engagement, and fundraising across the calendar year.
