Responsibilities of our Digital Video Production Officer:
- Support with filming and producing high-quality, engaging video content for digital channels
- Work closely with welfare teams to ensure content adheres to cat welfare standards
- Work with Brand and Marketing to ensure content is in line with brand and welfare guidelines
- Provide bespoke video versions relevant to the appropriate publishing channel
- Collaborate with external agencies and freelancers to brief, review, and provide feedback on outsourced video content
- Support with the approval/sign off process for any video produced by/for Cats Protection
- Maintain the Cats Protection video database
About the Digital team:
- Around 11 team members make up the team, which includes the social media, website and video production functions
- The team is responsible for the delivery of the strategy and content for the Cats Protection social media channels, website and other channels and audiences both internally and externally.
What we’re looking for in our Digital Video Production Officer:
- Experience working in a professional video production role
- Previous professional video editing experience, using professional video editing programmes such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Avid Media Composer, Final Cut Pro X, DaVinci Resolve or similar
- Experience of working to house style/brand guidelines
- Experience working in a digital marketing team, as part of a large organisation
- Strong understanding of the role of video in today’s digital marketing landscape
- Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills
- Knowledge of video graphics techniques

About this Internship
The Youth-Led Digital Campaigns Internship role is a twelve-month paid internship beginning in March 2026.
The Jack Petchey Internship development programme is designed for young people who are leaving further or higher education and starting out in the youth/charity sector - or young people who are looking to transfer into, or take their next career step in, the youth/charity sector.
The funding provides support to young people in London and Essex. We would therefore expect applicants to have a strong connection with London and ideally be currently living in or close to Croydon where our work is located.
Main purpose of this role:
We are looking for someone creative, confident and passionate about empowering young people. You will play a hands-on role in both the delivery and development of digital and media-based opportunities for young people, while helping to shape and deliver Reaching Higher’s youth-led digital fundraising and media strategy.
This internship will give you the chance to gain valuable experience across media, marketing, and youth work-alongside training, mentoring, and networking opportunities with other interns from youth organisations across London and Essex.
We are looking for applicants with some experience in the youth work sector (this could be in a voluntary capacity). We’re recruiting for a Senior Individual Giving Officer to join our team. We proudly raise money to help improve life for people with Parkinson’s and the people in their lives. Our work helps to fund everything from promising research, to providing personalised support for everyone with Parkinson’s, to campaigns fighting for better support for people with Parkinson’s and their loved ones.
About the role
You’ll be working on IG digital fundraising campaigns and improvement projects, leading this strategic area of fundraising, to engage and inspire people to donate. And you’ll make it as easy as possible for supporters to choose the way they want to give. You’ll be part of a team that champions and supports each other, and is innovative in a changing fundraising and external environment to achieve our annual income target of over £5 million.
As a team, we use analysis and insight to deliver a variety of direct marketing activities that recruit new donors and ensure everyone can see the impact of their kind contribution.
In this role, you will manage digital fundraising operations projects to optimise and improve digital fundraising content and journeys. When opportunities arise, you will lead on digital fundraising campaigns to acquire and retain new supporters and provide the best possible online experience.
What you’ll do:

Support the Individual Giving Manager (IGM) to help set strategic objectives, monitor income and expenditure using data analysis to inform and improve the individual giving programme

Plan, create and manage digital IG fundraising campaigns and lead the digital fundraising strategic area within IG to maximise income

Work with the Individual Giving Officers (IGO), delegating work as appropriate and championing their personal development. There may be an opportunity to line manage an Individual Giving Officer in the future

Use digital tools such as email marketing platforms, digital acquisition platforms, website analytic tools and google sheets to manage insight-led journeys, communications, and to analyse basic performance data to inform and improve decisions from acquisition to conversion

Integrate the IG digital fundraising programme into Fundraising & Experience Directorate activities and support the overall Parkinson’s UK strategic plan
What you’ll bring:

Strong experience of managing IG digital fundraising activity with substantial income and expenditure budgets

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Digital Media & Events Officer to join a Global Sustainability Charity. The Digital Media & Events Specialist is an important hands-on role responsible for delivering high-quality digital media, design, and event communications that support organisational visibility, engagement, and growth. The role combines creative digital production with operational ownership of content channels and events, ensuring that campaigns, newsletters, websites, and virtual and in-person events are delivered to a consistently high standard.
Key responsibilities of the role:
- Design and produce on-brand digital assets for web, social media, email, presentations, and events
- Create and edit short videos, reels, animations, GIFs, and motion graphics for organic and paid channels
- Develop adaptable templates and asset variations optimized for different platforms
- Maintain and update brand guidelines for consistency, accessibility, and quality
- Design and update PowerPoint decks for external presentations and events

JOB PURPOSE
We are looking for a creative, ambitious, and data-driven individual to join us as Senior Officer Digital Optimisation, specialising in UX/UI to lead on the development and delivery of UK for UNHCR’s testing and optimisation strategy to improve conversion rates and user experience online, including our donation pages, virtual gift shop, website and various subdomains. The role reports to the Head of Digital Fundraising and manages all donation pages, digital testing and tracking, as well as a range of Google and optimisation products.
The primary purpose is to optimise digital performance through A/B testing across our websites and supporting teams to adopt and implement a test-and-learn framework in their digital channels to raise more funds for refugees.
An existing A/B testing roadmap has been developed and is ready for your input and ideas. However, testing and optimisation is not limited to fundraising and will aim to improve digital conversion and performance across teams, channels and platforms – playing a key part in UNHCR’s annual fundraising programme to enable UNHCR to deliver its vision of a world where every person forced to flee can build a better life.
You will work very closely with the digital fundraising team and wider Individual Giving team, as well as Communications and Philanthropy/ Corporate Partnership colleagues, our digital agency and international fundraising teams.
Passionate about UX/UI and fundraising, you will be a skilled communicator, tech-savvy and an experienced project manager. You will have strong problem-solving skills, a test-and-learn approach and a track record of meeting deadlines and meeting/ exceeding set KPIs.

Role Responsibilities
- Develop and lead strategy for conversion rate optimisation, including the management of a testing roadmap to regularly execute A/B and multivariate tests and the use of new and existing technology, e.g. heatmapping to reduce friction rates and continuously improve and optimise conversions.
- Lead UX/UI across organisation, overseeing and implementing tests and analysis across teams to improve web experience and achieve required KPIs and objectives.
- Manage Google suite of tools and relevant relationships, ensuring everything is up to date and operating as necessary.
- Manage all donation pages and fundraising landing pages, building new pages, maintaining existing pages and closing pages; identify areas for improvement and work with relevant stakeholders to test and optimise.
- Utilise and manage suite of third-party platforms, e.g. Optimizely, Mouseflow, iRaiser, Sleeknote, Typeform to improve user experience and increase donations and conversions.
- Remain flexible and quickly respond to emergency situations, identifying fundraising opportunities and develop relevant comms and journeys as needed, collaborating with colleagues from across the organisation.
- Use data and insights to produce regular reports on performance against KPIs; use analytics to identify trends and optimise activities based on user behaviour.
- Manage and maintain vanity and tracking links across the organisation, utilising Google Tag Manager and UTMs to monitor performance and results.
- Stay up to date with digital best practices and technology, including sector trends, follow industry policies, including GDPR, PECR regulations, attending training and optimising plans accordingly.
- Stay up to date with issues affecting displaced communities, campaigns from international, content and reports from the field.
- Share creative and insights with UK colleagues, global teams, and HQ.
- Participate in training seminars, workshops, and skill shares where applicable.

Personal Attributes and Experience
Essential Experience
- Experience of implementing and optimising digital marketing campaigns across channels, including paid and organic social, search and display; preferably within the charity sector.
- Experience of developing and delivering strategies for conversion rate optimisation and user experience/user interface.
- Experience of using digital channels for lead acquisition and conversion to grow income.
- Experience of measuring, evaluating and reporting on digital activity and performance across multiple channels and digital campaigns, paid and organic.
- Experience of working with external agencies and suppliers.
Essential Skills/Knowledge
- Experience of using Google Analytics or other web behavioural analytics tools.
- Experience with experimentation tools like Optimisely or similar.
- Strong project management and stakeholder management experience.
- Excellent written communication skills: able to produce compelling, persuasive, and concise copy for a range of specific target audiences.
- Attention to detail and proofreading skills and an ability to give clear and constructive feedback on creative and copy.
- Proven proficiency with design principles and tools (Canva/Adobe suite).
- Able to demonstrate flexibility and do what it takes to get the job done.
- Understanding of HTML and other coding languages.
- Able to juggle and prioritise multiple tasks and meeting programme deadlines.
- Strong presentation, communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent stakeholder and relationship management.
- An understanding of GDPR, PECR and other regulatory compliance for fundraising and electronic communication.
Desirable Skills/Experience
- An understanding of digital fundraising practices and principles
- Experience with Google Tag Manager or other tag management platform is a plus, but not a requirement
- Experience of working across a broad channel mix (social, web, email, SEO, SEM and other Direct Marketing channels would be advantageous).
- Knowledge or experience working with Salesforce (or similar CRM platform).
- Knowledge or experience working with Wordpress and iRaiser (or similar CMS / ecommerce platforms).
- Experience of, or a passionate interest in the charity sector, and the drive to further their fundraising knowledge.
