As Communications and Policy Officer, your role will be to raise awareness and increase understanding of Pause and the experiences of the women we work with in order to achieve positive change at both a national and local level.

This is a new role, sitting within the Partnerships and Engagement team, although you will work with colleagues across the whole organisation.

Job Summary

Ten Ten Resources is seeking a Schools Support Officer to play a vital role in supporting our partner schools in their use of our award-winning Catholic educational resources. Responsibilities

As Schools Support Officer, you’ll play a vital role in supporting schools and ensuring the smooth running of our operations. Your key responsibilities will include:

Client Support

• Act as the first point of contact for school enquiries across email, phone, voicemail and webchat.

• Respond to queries, resolve user issues, and provide quotes for subscriptions and trials.

• Triage communication to the relevant team member, where needed.
   

CRM & Data Management

Maintain the accuracy and integrity of our CRM (HubSpot), including:

• Keeping contact details up to date.

• Researching school term dates and contact information.

• Auditing pupil numbers and other key data.

• Building segmented databases for outreach to new markets.
   

Project Support

• Assist with content uploads and conduct basic technical checks.

• Support the planning and organisation of projects (e.g. filming, product launches).

• Research and source goods or services to support delivery.
   

General Admin

• Prepare and send occasional hard-copy mailouts.

• Handle post and support light finance admin, such as banking cheques.

• Provide flexible administrative support as needed across the team.

Place of Work

This is a home-based role, open to candidates based in the UK. The successful candidate will work remotely as part of Ten Ten’s home-based team.

The role is full-time (35 hours per week), typically worked across Monday to Friday. However, we are open to applications on a job-share basis, where two individuals work together to fulfil the responsibilities of the role. While there is some flexibility in working hours, availability is expected during core daytime hours to ensure collaboration with colleagues and timely support for schools.

We meet weekly as a team on Zoom to share updates, collaborate on projects, and pray together. In addition, we gather in person at least three times per year - typically once per term - for planning, training and team-building. These in-person gatherings usually involve overnight stays and are held at various locations around the UK.

About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead and oversee the strategic delivery of Care4Calais’ operational (direct aid provision) work across all regions. This is quite a newly created role that will play a central part in shaping the charity’s growth, resilience, and day-to-day effectiveness—ensuring our humanitarian aid reaches those who need it most.

The COO will work closely with the CEO, Senior Leadership Team, and Trustees, to develop internal systems, guide operational teams, maintain consistency across all projects, and strengthen our digital communications, training, safeguarding, and volunteer engagement. One in three students leaves school each year without a pass in GCSE English and maths – rising to over one in two for young people from disadvantaged backgrounds. Without these qualifications, young people face barriers to further education, apprenticeships, and employment opportunities.

Get Further exists to change this. Our award-winning tuition programme helps students in further education to gain GCSE passes in English or maths. We place highly qualified tutors into colleges and training providers, delivering a bespoke curriculum proven to boost confidence and results. Students on our programme are twice as likely to improve by at least one grade, compared to the national average.

To help more students succeed, we’re looking for a Finance and Operations Officer to support our day-to-day operations and help drive our growth and impact.

About the Role

As Finance and Operations Officer, you will report to the Operations and Systems Manager and act as the go-to person for day-to-day queries around finance, HR, IT, and office operations.

This is a varied and hands-on role, ideal for someone who enjoys multi-tasking and problem-solving, and is looking to grow their career in charity operations, finance, or HR.

Key Responsibilities:

Finance:

• Maintain day-to-day bookkeeping using Xero (invoicing, coding, bank reconciliation)

• Prepare and issue contracts and invoices

• Lead on credit control and payment runs

• Support payroll and tutor payment reconciliation

• Assist with monthly management accounts and financial reporting

HR and Policies:

• Keep staff policies and the Employee Handbook up to date

• Coordinate recruitment logistics, from job adverts to interview scheduling

• Support onboarding, pre-employment checks, and setting up new starters

• Manage staff benefits administration (e.g., pensions, EAP, training, Access to Work)

IT and Equipment:

• Support IT equipment logistics

• Be the first point of contact for staff IT queries

• Liaise with our external IT provider

Office and General Operations:

• Manage office supplies and facilities (liaising with our office partner charity)

• Monitor shared inboxes and respond to internal queries

• Support cross-team administrative projects

Person Specification

We’re looking for someone who is:

Essential:

• Passionate about Get Further’s mission to tackle educational inequality

• Trustworthy with confidential data (HR, finance, payroll)

• Proactive, organised, and able to manage multiple tasks

• Confident with numbers and financial information (experience in Xero or willingness to learn)

• Strong with IT systems (including Microsoft Office)

• A clear communicator with excellent written and verbal skills

• A problem-solver with a positive, can-do attitude

• Familiar with GDPR principles and data protection compliance

• Comfortable learning new systems and digital tools

• Able to work independently and collaboratively within a small, busy team

• Committed to safeguarding and safer recruitment practices

Desirable:

• Experience using Xero or a similar finance system

• Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems

• Knowledge of the further education (FE) sector

We are looking for a special Events Officer to provide key support with the delivery of a series of high-quality events for a wonderful health charity.

This is a hybrid role with 2 days a week in the London office.

The Charity

The Role
This role will join the High Value Engagement team to lead on the planning and implementation of a portfolio of key special events.

Take ownership of celebrity engagement for the celebrity sports quiz to include liaison with celebrity agents, organising logistics and being the main contact for high profile supporters on the night.

Lead on the recruitment, stewardship and briefing of all special event volunteers.

Work directly with the Digital Marketing Manager to design and administer a new system for thanking event participants to promote long-term support and streamlined stewardship journey.

Plan and produce social media for special events.

The Candidate
Strong experience in events organising ideally in special events for the charity sector.

Previous experience working with and managing volunteer committees.

Developed writing skills for correspondence with an external audience.

Competence in using Microsoft Word and Excel.

Job Purpose
• Managing and growing relationships with existing corporate donors

Main Responsibilities
1. To directly manage a portfolio of corporate supporters, ensuring excellent stewardship and customer experience in order to meet agreed income targets and KPIs and maximise income for BC.

2. Develop and prepare tailored cases for support, proposals, reports and bespoke updates and communications to donors.

3. Identify, nurture, develop and manage new and existing corporate supporters including producing and communicating inspiring funding opportunities aimed at specific organisations.

4. Negotiate and deliver partnership agreements ensuring delivery against agreed targets and a good return on investment for the charity.

5. Monitor income targets and activities for Trading and Corporate fundraising including reporting to the BC Trading Company Board.

6. In conjunction with the Digital Manager, manage BC’s website shop portals and commercial partnerships to ensure a good level of royalties, proactive marketing, and supply of ethically sourced and sustainable goods.

7. Liaise with Communications and PR Team to ensure effective promotion of corporate and business agreements and timely reporting back on campaigns.

8. Update and maintain records of all business and corporate approaches, communications and agreements on the CRM and appropriate files.

9. Advise Branch volunteers where they seek to establish business support for their activities.

10. Where required, develop and/or follow policies and procedures on due diligence, data management, account management, stewardship, and reporting.

Spark Inside runs coaching programmes in prisons across London and the South East, to encourage rehabilitation and reduce reoffending. 

We are one of the first organisations to take life coaching to people living and working in prison and to use systems coaching to bring together staff and prisoners in UK prisons. Our expert coaches are qualified and trained professionals. In addition to developing and delivering innovative coaching programmes, we are also committed to working with parliamentarians and government officials to influence criminal justice policy, and shift the perception of people in prison, platforming their voices and highlighting their unlocked potential.

To achieve our ambitious strategy, Spark Inside is seeking a Communications Manager to help raise the charity’s public profile, build influence with policymakers, attract funders and commissioners, and ensure the lived experience of young people in the justice system shapes our messaging, campaigns and strategy.

You will work with the Head of Communications and Advocacy to deliver a programme of compelling external communications activities through digital, print, press and events in order to increase Spark Inside’s visibility and ensure our key messages are wide-reaching and impactful.

You will report to the Head of Communications & Advocacy and work closely alongside our Participation and Engagement Manager and Policy Lead, with line management responsibility for a part-time Communications Officer. You will also work with a range of external freelancers on design, film and print. You will build and maintain good relationships with colleagues across the whole Spark Inside team, offering support and advice as well as drawing on their expertise and insights to make our communications impactful and engaging.

While target-driven, you will have a supportive style and work in a highly collaborative way with colleagues across the organisation.
