As an organisation Citizens Advice Doncaster Borough, we have a national reputation across the Citizens Advice network as experts of immigration knowledge and service delivery. We are accredited to the highest level within the Immigration Advice Authority (IAA formally Office of the Immigration Services Commissioner (OISC)– this means we can provide immigration advice to all levels, including to appeal and judicial review. We are now looking to recruit an ambitious individual to join our growing team.
The candidate will be an Immigration Adviser of at least 2 years’ experience with a valid OISC/IAA level 2
The Immigration Adviser will have experience of delivering immigration advice across multiple channels including telephone work and be able to ascertain what level of accredited immigration advice a client is needing.
They will be able to handle their own caseload of matters from instruction through to completion, acting on behalf of clients. You will liaise with contacts within the Home Office to find resolutions for clients and you will understand the importance of security and data protection.

This is a hugely exciting opportunity to join Gloucester Cathedral as it enters a key period of development. We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated and highly skilled individual to oversee our small but busy fundraising function, helping to develop and implement our Fundraising Strategy, embed the newly implemented CRM system (Beacon) and deliver the Cathedral’s Operational Plan. You will oversee the depth and breadth of our Fundraising and Development activities, which includes the day-to-day running of the team, delivering our ambitious In Tune Campaign and Cloisters Project, and looking after a portfolio of high value donors. You will also play an instrumental role in further developing new relationships with major donors.
We’re looking for a high performing team player with great communication skills, adaptability and an innovative approach to achieving ambitious fundraising targets. As a member of the Cathedral Leadership Team (CLT) you will help to deliver the Cathedral’s strategic vision and will be responsible for ensuring that our welcome values are lived out daily through the way that we engage with donors, supporters and partners.
You’ll be working closely with teams across the Cathedral - including our Music Team, Clergy, and Learning & Participation team - so the ability to form positive relationships with various stakeholders is crucial.
The ideal candidate will have:
· At least five years’ experience of working in a charity, heritage, arts or visitor attractions leadership role, with a proven track record of securing and growing income, delivering large scale fundraising campaigns and working with major donors
· Experience of line-managing and leading a staff team at a senior level
· Excellent time management and the ability to balance numerous priorities and deadlines

Are you passionate about pastoring and impacting the spiritual lives of children and young people? We’d love you to join our community at Springfield Church and lead our children and youth ministries in Wallington (a suburb of London with easy access to the City Centre).
The Role:
You’ll be developing innovative discipleship spaces that connect with our young peoples’ unique experiences, shaping our monthly ‘All in’ services, and supporting Springers midweek Toddler group. You would develop these and other spaces, such as a Sunday afternoon Bubble Church, and build upon our relationships with local schools where we run Messy Church and have mentors supporting children.

You will receive children and youth-specific training through the Southwark Diocese Aurora course.
Who we’re looking for:
We are looking for a passionate and strategic-thinking candidate - someone who loves pastoring young people and can train and release our growing team of volunteers (rather than doing everything yourself). You will understand and relate to the pressures and sense of community that come from living in different areas, such as the Roundshaw Estate and wider Wallington, and you would be able to demonstrate that you have been successful in pastoring children and youth in the community. You would share our values to grow in courage, compassion and creativity as we seek to build a culture of belonging around Jesus. Ideally, you would have a qualification in children and youth work, but this is not essential if you have relevant experience.
