About the role

We’re looking for an experienced e-commerce officer to join our Trading team to showcase and promote our exciting year round range of products to raise income and engage supporters via our online shop, catalogues and commercial partnerships.

You’ll be a great communicator and maximise the potential income while ensuring every supporter has a great experience shopping with us.

What you’ll do:

• Lead on the development and day-to-day running of the online shop including platform improvements
• Develop digital marketing plans, that complement the overall Trading communication plans, to drive traffic and sales to the online shop
• Add products to the online shop using clear, consistent content that is bold and creative to drive sales
• Constantly review content to ensure that the information is compelling, audience-focused accurate and relevant

What you’ll bring:

• A strong understanding and experience of Shopify including designing pages, basic HTML and CSS coding, digital best practice and marketing 
• Experience of planning, delivering and evaluating digital marketing activity across paid and owned channels 
• Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to convey complex matters clearly and coherently 
• Significant experience of CMS management and tools such as Canva, Photoshop and Figma 
• Experience of operating in a modern digital workplace, including using digital tools

The Role
You will be joining a warm and collorative team of three, reporting to the Head Of Community and Engagement, and you would manage a remote Events and Community Fundraising Officer with excellent experience to oversee the delivery and expansion of the current portfolio raising c£300k+ a year.

The team are looking for someone creative and innovative as they are keen to identify and develop new opportunities across Community and Events Fundraising.

You would need to have a passion for providing excellent stewardship and want to develop and deliver supporter journeys to maximise participant engagement and fundraising income.

This role is key to ensuring the Army Cadets can deliver excellent quality course materials and the training cycle is compliant with MOD and/or awarding body requirements.

We’re on the lookout for a Direct Marketing Executive to join our Individual Giving Team here at Prostate Cancer UK. This role focuses on acquiring new cash and regular givers across a range of channels including direct dialogue, direct mail, digital and telephone, helping fund research that will save and improve lives.

In this role you’ll be part of an exciting time at the charity, joining us as we roll out our new Fundraising strategy and continue investment in Acquisition. Role Summary    

The Graphic Designer plays a key role in shaping and maintaining Alcohol Change UK’s visual identity. This role is responsible for producing engaging visual content across multiple digital and print channels to inform, engage, and inspire our audiences, and across our flagship campaigns including the Dry January® challenge. Sitting within our Marketing and Communications department, the postholder will work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure that all creative outputs align with our brand identity and communication goals. As we continue on our ambitious five year strategy, growing our ambition across campaigns and fundraising activities, the Graphic Designer will play a key role in strengthening the visual presence of Alcohol Change UK and driving greater brand awareness.

This is a critical role that will work with the newly created Head of Media and Strategic Communications to help deliver an ambitious media strategy, which aims to help secure policy change, improve public attitudes and strengthen our new brand.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Create and deliver proactive media strategies to support fundraising, services, and policy work, securing coverage to engage target audiences and build the brand profile.
• Be a key member of a high-performing press office by building journalist relationships, handling media requests, drafting press materials, and supervising media volunteers.
• Monitor media coverage, maintain mailing lists, and distribute materials.
• Work with the Senior Stories and Content Officer to find compelling case studies and support refugees to share their stories.
• Produce social media content to inform and engage key audiences.
• Devise marketing plans to support services, influencing work, and brand building.
• Plan, produce, and review marketing and fundraising materials, ensuring quality, accuracy, and alignment with brand guidelines.

About you

You will have extensive experience in media and communications, having worked in a busy press office or PR agency. You are skilled at distilling complex issues into clear, consistent messaging for external audiences and have a proven track record of implementing media strategies across both traditional and digital platforms.
