The charity offers a flexible working environment, with hybrid working and an expectation to work from either their Chelsea or Sutton site 2 days per week.
Reporting into the Individual Giving Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the Individual Giving team. You will be responsible for the delivery of core elements of the Supporter Acquisition programme, developing engaging communications / products and activity across multiple channels, such as paid search and social, email, telemarketing and offline channels. You will lead and deliver projects for the recruitment of new supporters to identify new audiences, optimise response, grow the supporter base and contribute to the lifetime value of supporters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead in the development and delivery of Supporter Acquisition campaigns/activity/products across a range of media, with a specific focus on digital channels, in line with strategy, planned budgets and targets, ensuring campaign deadlines are met.
- Work closely with the Individual Giving Manager – Supporter Acquisition to plan, manage and deliver the annual operating plan, including end-to-end project management, making decisions within agreed parameters, providing recommendations for final approval.
- Be responsible for the briefing and the day-to-day management of internal and external suppliers including copy and artwork development through to production, broadcast and final print.
- Monitor and report on campaign/activity/product performance/KPIs (e.g. end of campaign reports, monthly reporting) and analyse results to enhance campaign performance and inform campaign planning, decision making and improvements to Supporter Acquisition.
- Manage the briefing and liaising with the Data team to deliver complex and accurate data selections and reporting requirements.
- Deliver draft budget and reforecasting figures as part of the planning and budgeting process, providing information required, and working closely with the Individual Giving Manager – Supporter Acquisition, to review and reforecast activities for Supporter Acquisition.
Person Specification:
- Experience of applying the principles and techniques of Individual Giving / Direct Marketing within a multi-channel, multi-discipline environment, especially through supporter acquisition channels.
- Good project-management experience, including managing budgets, schedules, creative development, and supplier relationships for fundraising direct marketing campaigns.
- Knowledge of best practice digital fundraising, with particular experience of running Search, Social and online campaigns to increase supporters and gather data for future marketing opportunities.
- Experience of managing campaign budgets, reforecast of activity, monitoring, reconciling and reporting on results in line with KPIs.
- Experience of managing external relationships, for example with suppliers, agencies, including effective negotiation re costs and contractual obligations.

About the role
The Campaign & Programme Lead: Climate & Health supports health workers to campaign for just and proportionate action on climate change, working closely with our Movement Organiser and other colleagues. Currently our work focuses on the intersection of climate and housing, working to end the public health crisis of fuel poverty and poor-quality homes. In particular this role is responsible for national advocacy and campaigning on fuel poverty and housing, supporting members to organise in their local communities, and being a key part in the Homes for Health campaign team.
The role involves holding Medact’s key knowledge base on climate and health issues. You will build relationships across the health community and wider climate movement, from establishment institutions to frontline workers and grassroots groups.
About you
This is a skilled role but you don’t need to have had a job in an NGO before or be a professional campaigner to be right for it. You might have worked with your local community to campaign on a social justice or health issue that you care about. Or, you might be a health worker who has seen the impact of these issues on your patients and wants to challenge the systems that drive inequity and marginalisation.
You’ll have a strong understanding of power and how to work with others to create pressure for change. You need to be a great communicator, able to build trusting relationships with Medact members, academics, partner organisations and community groups. You’ll have an understanding of how digital communications compliment campaigning and an eye for a good media story.

Your contribution to the team
You will support all financial aspects of budgeting, reporting, compliance and financial management of grants managed by ARTICLE 19, including all finance-related work with grant-receiving partners. The role is a key part of improving our programme delivery by supporting grant budget holders.

The Talent Set is excited to be working with an incredible charity as they search for a Legacy and In Memory Marketing Manager to support them for an exciting 7 month contract.
Key responsibilities:
Strategic Planning & Delivery
- Develop and implement LIM operational plans, identifying opportunities to drive future income growth and deepen engagement with diverse supporter audiences.
- Lead the planning and execution of integrated fundraising campaigns, including TV, digital, direct mail, telemarketing, email, and events to increase awareness, generate enquiries, and steward legacy pledgers and in memory donors.
Team Leadership
- Line-manage, coach, and support the LIM Marketing Officer, empowering them to develop professionally and contribute fully to team objectives.
- Approve campaign strategies and briefs, ensuring alignment with annual goals and broader organisational priorities.
Content & Campaign Management
- Oversee content creation, campaign development, and project management to ensure timely, effective delivery.
- Ensure all communications are aligned with brand guidelines and convey consistent messaging across channels.
Performance & Budget Management
- Manage campaign budgets and report on expenditure and outcomes, ensuring cost-effectiveness and strategic alignment.

- Stay current with trends and developments in legacy and in memory fundraising, bringing forward new ideas to increase impact and engagement.
Person specification:
- Proven experience working with fundraising or marketing campaigns

Key Responsibilities
• You will provide strategic leadership for all communications activity across the charity, working closely with colleagues to develop and deliver multidisciplinary communications plans that support corporate objectives. You will be responsible for evaluating communications performance, reporting against KPIs, and using data to drive improvement. You’ll play a key role in horizon-scanning and forward planning, ensuring our messaging is proactive and responsive to external developments.
• You’ll oversee all of Pact’s digital platforms, including our social media channels and websites, as well as those for the Prisoners’ Families Helpline. • Marketing and branding will be central to your remit. You’ll ensure the organisation maintains a strong and coherent visual and written identity, and you’ll manage a library of media assets and case studies that bring our work to life. You will also offer trusted support and guidance to colleagues and volunteers promoting Pact’s services locally.
• A core part of the role will involve amplifying the voices of people with lived experience. You’ll oversee the regular generation of powerful case studies and service user stories to be shared across internal and external channels, always ensuring ethical and inclusive storytelling.
• You’ll also contribute to the planning and promotion of key organisational events, including staff and volunteer gatherings, stakeholder roundtables and receptions.
• Ultimately, you will be the guardian of the Pact brand and the leader of our communications culture – someone who empowers others, inspires creativity, and champions clear, compassionate communication at every level.
Person Specification
• You will have significant experience in a senior communications, PR or marketing leadership role, with a proven ability to develop and evaluate impactful strategies. You’ll be an exceptional communicator with a keen eye for storytelling and audience engagement, and you’ll have experience managing digital platforms and growing audiences through content innovation.
• Strong leadership and team management skills are essential, as is a collaborative, facilitative approach that brings out the best in others. You’ll need to be a confident relationship-builder, able to influence at senior levels and build trust with stakeholders, media, and partners.
• Ideally, you will bring experience or understanding of the voluntary, criminal justice or social justice sectors. A strong grasp of inclusive communication and accessibility standards is highly desirable, along with an ethical approach to storytelling that respects and amplifies lived experience.

We’re looking for a Junior Developer to join our Technology and Solutions team at Prostate Cancer UK on a fixed term basis.
As part of our Technology landscape, we have invested substantial amount of time and resources to benefit in robotic automation using a market leading new platform TOCA.IO. Our energetic IT team works at the forefront of automation, delivering solutions that streamline operations and enhance productivity.
This is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the full development lifecycle projects You’ll work alongside our small internal IT team, reporting directly to the Solutions Manager and supported by a SQL Developer and Business Analyst, contributing to the design, development, testing, and deployment of IT systems. You’ll be developing and maintaining automation scripts and software applications.
In this role, you’ll support teams across the charity as the first point of contact for data development and analysis. It’s a great opportunity to see the difference we’re making as we’re striving for a world where no man dies from prostate cancer.
What we want from you
We're looking for a self-starter with a strong problem-solving mindset to join our team. This role requires working in a collaborative way with the development team to design and implement IT solutions using the right technology platform.
You'll have good understanding of SQL databases with some knowledge or hands-on experience of programming skills in languages such as Python, PHP. With excellent communicating skills, able to explain technical information clearly and confidently to people who aren’t technical experts.
This role is ideal for individuals at the beginning of their IT careers who possess a foundational understanding of information technology and a strong desire to expand your knowledge and skills.
