�� About the Role
We are looking for an experienced AI Engineer to join our AI Platform team.
The AI Platform team supports our product teams in developing the best and safest AI features in the EdTech space. The team maintain AI platform services, prompt libraries, and reusable pipelines that can be applied across multiple projects.
In this role, you may work on:

Enhancing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines,
-
Optimising embedding and vector similarity systems through semantic search, clustering, filtering logic, and dimensionality reduction techniques.

Supporting model evaluation and safety tooling, such as automated test harnesses, hallucination detection, content moderation and input guardrails.
-
Contributing to model fine-tuning, prompting and deployment, with a focus on balancing performance, accuracy, and cost-effectiveness.
This is a hands-on role with plenty of scope for technical leadership and mentoring, alongside the opportunity to shape our engineering practices and culture. You'll be part of a supportive, collaborative team that cares deeply about accessibility, usability, and delivering tools that genuinely improve learning.

�� What We’re Looking For

3+ years experience of continuously improving services using AI/ Web apps technologies
-
Knowledge of relevant common architectures, with some experience designing simple technical solutions based on product requirements

Professional experience building high-performing software using modern frameworks and libraries relevant to the product area (e.g. NumPy, pandas, and scikit-learn.

Experience designing, testing, and deploying reliable software systems, including automated testing and, where relevant, evaluation of model or system performance using cloud-based tools.

Able to collaborate effectively in multidisciplinary teams and communicate clearly.

The health information team produced high quality, accessible health and patient information for people affected by breast cancer or worried about their breast health. Our printed information is used by healthcare professionals across the UK, and our online information includes over 200 webpages.
The health content editor plays a pivotal role in the creation and reviewing of our information portfolio. We’re looking for an organised and collaborative individual to project manage and edit individual information products, working alongside our team of subject matter experts.
About you
You’re a clear communicator with the ability to break down complex medical information for a lay audience. You have excellent attention to detail and are committed to making health information accessible and accurate. You’ll be an experienced editor looking to put your skills and knowledge into practice. You’re someone who is used to juggling an array of projects and can manage and prioritise them.

We’re looking for an Income Officer to join our Fundraising Team on a 12-month Fixed Term Contract. As an Income Officer at the Motor Neurone Disease (MND) Association, you’ll play a key role in ensuring all income is processed efficiently, accurately, and with the highest standards of supporter care. You’ll help maintain the integrity of our income data and make sure every supporter’s contribution is handled with respect and precision. This is an excellent opportunity to use your attention to detail and problem-solving skills to support meaningful work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process income and related data accurately on the CRM database, ensuring all income is accurate and coded correctly
- Allocate restricted income in line with supporters’ wishes and organisational guidelines
- Maintain strong relationships with supporters, responding to enquiries by phone, email, or post with professionalism and care
- Manage over 7,000 regular supporters through Direct Debit, Standing Order, and Payroll Giving, including reconciliations and regular transaction processing
- Carry out Gift Aid checks before HMRC submissions and help maximise Gift Aid income
- Maintain and manage financial and data systems with high data integrity, ensuring compliance with Data Protection and audit requirements
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to streamline processes and identify practical improvements to manage increasing transaction volumes
- Support the wider Supporter Care and Fundraising teams through integrated working and shared learning
About You:
- Skilled in using databases, with proven accuracy in data entry and financial processing
- Experienced in financial or donation processing systems, with strong understanding of related procedures
- Confident problem solver with strong analytical and organisational abilities
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Excellent communicator, with the ability to handle complex enquiries clearly and sensitively
- Able to prioritise your workload effectively, work independently, and contribute positively within a team
