About the role:
You will work closely with both the Challenge and Community Events and Digital teams to implement and help develop and oversee a new digital marketing strategy, crucial to enable the Challenge & Community team to maximise participation and income whilst ensuring supporters have the best experience possible when taking part in any event for Combat Stress.
You will be developing and enhancing our digital programmes, creative development and optimising campaigns and social journeys. You'll manage thorough market research and identify target audiences in order to create data-driven campaigns and be able to identify and optimise digital plans and initiatives which will enable Combat Stress to meet both our long and short-term goals.
You will be working in a fast-paced environment which is fun and rewarding. You'll need to be able to prioritise a sometimes demanding and shifting workload, work well under pressure.
You must have previous experience working in a similar role with large income and expenditure budgets with a proven track record of successfully managing multiple digital campaigns from conception to execution.

About the Role

Role Purpose

Role description
As Commercial Sales & Events Coordinator you’ll provide essential administrative and operational support to the weddings and event hire team. Dealing with initial enquiries and conducting show-rounds to putting together event packages and maintaining the booking system are all in a days work. In addition, you’ll be adept at liaising with clients and suppliers, setting up for events and delivering the best possible experience to guests on the day – always making sure we deliver a first-class service. Weddings, film shoots (we can certainly name drop a few people!), event and venue hires - you’ll deliver excellent customer service and administrative support. You’ll be helping to maximize Gunnersbury’s commercial potential and ensure a safe and welcoming environment for everyone. Established in 1997, Jigsaw4u provide a range of services for children, young people and families experiencing complex social and emotional difficulties in South West London. Skills:
Fundraising Expertise:
• At least three years of experience in fundraising within the non-profit sector
• A good working knowledge of direct marketing for donor recruitment, appeals and stewardship across different channels, with a particular focus on digital
• Familiarity with Engaging Networks or similar fundraising platforms
Strategic Thinking:
• Ability to develop and implement target-led strategies for lead generation
• A strategic mindset to identify and engage potential donors effectively
Creative Approach:
• Creativity in designing campaigns and messages to capture the attention of potential donors

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Job Description
Waterwise is looking for a Head of Commercial Services. This is a new permanent role on our Senior Leadership Team, reporting to the CEO and specifically designed to deliver against the next phase of Waterwise’s journey – increasing our reach and impact on water efficiency both within and beyond the water sector. You’ll be leading and broadening our commercial offer, helping us drive even greater impact in water efficiency, and the income to support it, across the UK. You’ll refine our proposition and pricing of existing services, seeking opportunities to cross-sell additional services to existing audiences, as well as broadening our reach, engaging with completely new audiences and developing and shaping new commercial services aligned to new customer needs. You will have strong experience at senior level in driving commercial impact for good, and everything this involves in terms of income, growth, commercial strategy and delivery, and risk management. You’ll be working closely with our Board, and reporting to the CEO and the Board on finance and risk.
